[A new massage place?]

Not new at all. It has be there for ages.  Used to be called Art massage but perhaps renamed now.  I was staying at the tarntawan hotel and some boys are quite cute.  They try to solicit everytime i walk through but i am loyal to green massage.   Kinda regret to trying the cutie i was eyeing tho. 
 

And regarding the grand old dame tarntawan hotel,  it has indeed aged and in need of renovation but i still find the service top notch.  The security guard is always on his toes. 

Overall still a good choice to stay.

As for Mike's I find it convenient & reliable.

I couldn't imagine walking &  getting a baht bus up to the bus station with a suitcase then a bus to Airport.

I stayed at the agate and discovered something new. They have a tuk tuk and can send guest to the nearby jomtien bus station. 
I will be back beginning jul and will definitely stay there again.

Oh yes. I am staying at the agate and sometimes feel like i am the only gay in a village of russia. 
I am suprised though that the money exchangers are still accepting rubles.  
With so many russians here in pattaya and phuket there is a danger putin may annex these 2 provinces and hold a sham referendum and rename them pattayagrod and phuketsk.

I am luckly my airfare cost less than 200.  
With global inflation rife, thailand is still a very affordable option.

Indeed.   I arrived yesterday and walked around bit and i can attest that it is dead.  
my grindr is abuzz with freelancers looking for ST.  Outside the complex, i do notice a lot of russians.
