  1. I usually agree with you. Yes, it is your country, but Brexit was as dumb as our election of George W. Bush. Come on Z you can't trust the BBC as they are all pro union and biased,. You can;'t trust the press for the same reason, and reporters only pick out the dumb Brexit supporters to interview. You really believe this? You do recognize how this sounds like it is coming from our Donald Trump. It should be obvious that the people who you cannot trust are people like Farage and Johnson who walk away from the problem they were instrumental in creating. I like Irish's map above, but recent anthropology has call the Celts, "people joined together by culture and tradition", rather then a distinct genetic grouping. Ireland would gain much by getting Northern Ireland but I do not see the advantage in either Ireland or Scotland to join together, when they can remain separate states in the Union. Would love to hear more from Irish and Scotty on this. Forget Gibraltar, no way is she going back to the border hassles Spain would and could re-impose on her. Soon you will get a request to kindly remove that airbase. Where are your new markets coming from without the Union. You are now going alone against predatory countries like China and the USA. Good Luck.
  2. Have you given consideration to the schism that occurred in the Christian Church between the Arians and the Trinatarians from the 3td to the 6th century? Even more fundamental and still alive and well today today, with Arian doctrine Churches like the Mormans.
  3. Good bye Londoner. There are so many errors in your good bye letter that I could correct you on.. Suffice it to say, you severely edit history. Yes, these poets existed, gay life in Morocco, etc. blah blah blah. Not the point. What their faith teaches is the point, and how gays exist in Middle East now, and even during Morocco times, is the point. Shall we say the ultimate closet. Step out of the private area and you are actually dead. Nor did the West start this round of Arab Terrorism. The oldest existing terrorist organization in the Middle East is the Muslim Brotherhood, from whom we got Al Qaeda, and ISIS. Sorry L, it started in 1928 in response to a secular constitution adopted by the Egyptian (non European) government.
  4. Every year!!!! I googled it and yes, it is mainly a Lao and Thai Lao (Issan) festival and parade, and it is to bring the rains. Learning something new every day. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocket_Festival
  5. https://youtu.be/YVOevUSM8LQ Seriously it is called a Girandola. Anyone ever seen one up close, or this big?
  6. You do realize how many updates Scooby would have had to make by now. Not just ding to dong to dong plus, but other variations.
  7. Happy Birthday for many years to come. Oh to be a young 55 again.
  8. https://youtu.be/T5OiGQOZWic Can a mod post this utube video-do not know how to do it. It was to read "something besides endless bar and boy talk",, but besides got dropped !!
  9. I like the word too, but it is not benign, and I do object to how it may be used.
  10. To me, it is just a boy who wants to join his friends at some party that is happening at a later time. For example, it could be a friends birthday party., I am sure he wanted money (BD present, booze) but not a long time date. Since his only offer was the long time he took the offer, to do his act and get away to where he really wanted to be. Sadly, many Thais seem to shun long term planning, so they tend not tot worry about having a good customer base. It is a shame that Farang B was treated this way. I know I would have had very hurt feelings..
  11. I have always had great luck with Bangkok Air. BA feels more like business travel then economy. Free travelers lounge goes with you ticket, they have a decent on board snack, no hassle about baggage, and you get an assigned seat.

Err make, that 3. Married partner loves the USA. Here now for 15 months and not homesick. Also, he now has many friends he made in school here. I did bring him here on two trips of one month each prior to our permanent move, so he knew what to expect. One thing that really helps is the very very very liberal attitude of the city I live in.
  13. I have read, especially when Chasing Neverland came out.. I have never seen where Barre dated men, but I could point out his sexless marriage to a women for 15 years. Yes, no DIRECT evidence exists that he may have molested these children, and we can say the same about Michaerl Jackson, but in both cases I can't help feeling something isn't quite right.
  14. Keep reading, he was not only in love with a nine year old, but when the mother died he changed the will to show that it was the mother's wishes that he be their guardian. Not really a homosexual, unless you consider sex with small boys part of homosexuality. I do not.
  15. Actually I only get grumpy with people driving from the back seat, and you are wrong about testosterone and mood. Mood is the reason that many people do take testosterone. Not being able to perform alone can cause a mood drop, but it does directly affect mood outside of this side effect. One of many articles in GOOGLE on Testosterone and mood that you will not find in say, a law book. http://www.everydayhealth.com/hs/low-testosterone-guide/low-testosterone-boost-emotional-health/ PS There are many other things besides prostate cancer that can be adversely affected. One further note. The testosterone that I received in Thailand was by far stronger then what you get in the US. Had to use 1/2 dose here, and unlike the US product I often got bad headaches even at 1/2 dose.
  16. Been taking 1cc per month for ten years now. Why I take it is for my mood. Ever hear the term grumpy old man? Well that is what happens when your testosterone gets low. No longer grumpy, but not much change in sexual drive as it was already okay--low testosterone or not. Do not take this on your own without test. Too much is worse then too little. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/sexual-health/in-depth/testosterone-therapy/art-20045728
  17. LOL. tks for the correction. I am afraid it was party time last night.
  18. Firecat, "When I look for info about a location on this Forum, I am looking for information on Boys and Sex. I think that is what most people on this Forum are looking for." I too have traveled to a lot of places in the world, but I am sure many of this posters to this forum have gone more places then I have in the world. Like Firecat, I too spend a lot of time checking out the country (city) before I arrive, but unlike Firecat I get much more information off this and other web sites then just boys and sex. Yes, hotels and restaurants, but also scams (some worldwide, some unique to Thailand or Phuket, etc), bars, sites and interesting places to visit and see (tks Christian_PFC),and the most important of all, I get information on the people who live here, and often I can make contact with what I think is a kindred sole and get even more up front and personal information.. I learned more about Thailand from meeting Gaybutton and talking with him, then I ever got off any web site. Also, I very carefully read all and any warnings about people or places to avoid, and like all the information I obtain, I evaluate the information based on what I think the credibility of the poster who posted said information. I do not know about others, but to me there is far more to be got from life, and message boards then boys and sex, and I want to know as much as the people who live in the area before I arrive. I think that these message boards can give you that information, or at the worst, can lead you to someone who can. . Not boys and sex only, not in my case.
  19. True, but this board still attacks the better posters---for the most part. Worth checking the posts here, whether or not you contribute. So I suspect that most people, who did often post here, do monitor this board.
  20. Two days ago we lost an American Icon of Baseball. For non-Americans: Lawrence Peter "Yogi" Berra (May 12, 1925 – September 22, 2015) was an American professional baseball catcher, manager, and coach who played 19 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) (1946–63, 1965), all but the last for the New York Yankees. An 18-time All-Star and 10-time World Series champion as a player, Berra had a career batting average of .285, while compiling 358 home runs and 1,430 runs batted in. He is one of only five players to win the American League Most Valuable Player Award three times. Widely regarded as one of the greatest catchers in baseball history,[1] he was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972. Yogi was known for his witticisms: Can you tell what he said versus what Mark Twain said. Take this Gaurdian test and find out.; Yogi's mind definitely worked in a different, but good way. . http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/sep/24/yogi-berra-mark-twain-who-said-it
  21. Interesting name. According to wiki this was a promotional idea of the village. This actually means: : Parish [church] of [st.] Mary (Llanfair) [in] Hollow (pwll) of the White Hazel [township] (gwyn gyll) near (go ger) the rapid whirlpool (y chwyrn drobwll) [and] the parish [church] of [st.] Tysilio (Llantysilio) with a red cave ([a]g ogo[f] goch). They actually teach how to pronounce it: http://llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.co.uk/say.php
  22. Just a thought. If you like to stay in serviced apartments, I highly recommend Centre Point Silom. My Partner and I have always found the rooms to spacious and clean. This hotel lies over a mini mall with a Robinsons, Starbucks, Tops, and about 10 different dining options. The hotel is steps away from BTS Saphen Taskin, and two stops away from the gay Silom scene. I have seen people bring "guests" to their rooms, and not seen the staff question them. The people that stay there give this place a 97% satisfaction rating on Expedia.
  23. I am surprised you would admit this. It only confirms the many rumors I have heard about your penis.
  24. I just learn a lot ot something I never knew before. Proof maybe, that ignorance is bliss. Part of me wants to ask how you know about this and the operation to correct it? The better part of me says, "don't ask", he may actually tell you how he knows.
  25. I too have seen this happen, but agree this is one rare occurrence. I also completely agree with you and Abang that the idea that the idea that you solely possess a younger man, because you are in a relationship with him is controlling at the best, and dictatorial at the worst. If you truly have a connection (other then physical) with a younger man, why would you care if he had sex with someone else. Other then doing it with one of your friends, bringing home a disease, or fucking in the bed you both share, no other rules have ever been discussed with my partner. Here we are in mutual agreement. Sex where a child is produced does and should have rules to insure support of the child, but non reproductive sex--bring it on with caution.. I would part from Mr. Burke in that I think you can find love without having to rent it in Thailand. I am not sure the love will be what psychologist call "agape", but it will be as sound as many relationships are in America. The secret, to me, is not to look in the bars, or massage parlors. You may find Mr. right in Gay Romeo or one of the other web sites where he will be the boy that is just looking for a friend (You know the guy you usually pass by, because sex is not mentioned.) I know you all know of relationships in your own countries of younger and older men (rare, I know), but why anyone would think that Thailand would not have the same type of younger guy looking for an older (Daddy) surprises me. Younger guys who truly like older men are out there. One needs to get out of the bar, maybe out of Pattaya and Bangkok and go find them if love and a relationship is what you are really looking for. If all you want is sex, more power to you. There is nothing wrong with an enjoyable mutual transaction where all are happy with the results, but then don't complain about cheating, fickleness, lies, etc. You are not engaged in a real relationship but in a transaction, the vary reason why the majority of gay men come to Thailand. Relax, enjoy yourselves and do not sweat the small stuff. 6 years together, one year married anniversary.
