This mostly means they have some of their staff sleep/staying inside and waking them up for the work, though by 1/2am this will be easy. The one I was in last night stated also a slightly higher min. tip. Others ask visitors to fone ahead for out-of-normal-time visits-but that may apply even also for times till around 16.00. There are some 16 shops in BKK advertising on TMB so you can scan them for 24 hrs service. None are in the direct Silom-tourist-ghetto though. I had a massage there at 3 a.m. after my arrival in Bkk in the beginning of Dec 2016. Massage was 1700 for 1.5 hr and I have confirmed that only 30% of it i.e. 510 baht goes to the boy so tip accordingly.
