Virtually no change for the five or six years I was seeing him. First they suddenly lose their sheen, then their shape. I would not recognize him if I run into him casually. I guess we saw different photos. They all aged and with aging often comes some fat but none I saw were fat. He got a degree in engineering and is into competitive body building. That pic was taken a few months ago. I think he is about 34/35 now.
