but better count your change if you paid with 100 note, last two times I did I got 80 as change so as always , better to be prepared with exact change. I know it's great disservice to all visitors but in both cases I let them have that 10 baht extra.

market forces at work - Africans like hunks are rarity and therefore command higher price. Twinks are not stupid , they know from their better built bar friends how much they got and try higher as well but I found blunt explanation ' I like big boys " works. You are taking serious risk if you follow underscored comment of vinapu or the likes as it may mean different thing to different people. Sometimes out of boredom I read comments on agoda , expedia or booking.com on places I stay and know very well and am amazed what people are saying. We human race like to generalize based on sometimes very cursory experience.
