I second that. Last Dec he was my guide for just a day but helped me to arrange car with driver to some remote temples which would be time consuming to do while there ( I did some asking while so I know ). Also ensured me that driver is gay friendly so when I took boy with me to one of those trips I did not need to explain anything.

and they are doing smart thing, after being stuck in traffic in bus 149 which took fully 70 minutes just to cross Saphan Taksin bridge last Friday between 6.20 and 7.30 p.m. my advice is take bus only to any BTS / MRT station in sight and continue by train from there. After all not that upsetting as I was planning massage at Senso which came to naught because of delay so approx 3000 saved , long live a bus 149 ! , LOL

not sure free transport would ease congestion, rather increase it

there are quite a few of us who do not care or even prefer straights anyways so it's matter of preference , just like tea over coffee . you did very smart thing, even if one party enjoys something immensely if other doesn't it will not be happy time together unless boy is truly professional and just carries on because of work ethics but this is rare. Although depending of what we are some boys may be more accommodating to some clients and not at all to others, not to mention that on second encounter if they liked you before because you respected their limits , boys may be more accommodating, at times even surprisingly more.

perhaps there are as many definitions of those as there are us here on this forum. Affordability depends on our means , trip budget and financial discipline we can impose on ourselves. While going to Thailand we need to consider other that boy expenses. I prefer to lavish money on boys, with mixed results I haste to say but skimp on food , accommodation and shopping. Others may like retail therapy , gourmet food and taking advantage of relatively cheap luxury in Thailand's hotels obviously leaving less to spent on sin. We can present our preferences here but need to understand that what is ours not necessarily is other's . I for one don't blink an eye if I need to pay 1000 baht over going rate for an off but would consider waste of money to take taxi to Pattaya and pay the same 1000 baht for that. And it will be those who say exactly opposite, both approaches have own merit and at end of day that 1000 baht while it adds up over vacation days it still digestible sum of money for most of us. If it's not and one is still coming perhaps it merits careful consideration if Thai trip is worth of risking financial ruin. The same goes with reasonable. While on short vacation I think of not wasting that short time of fun on haggling and shopping for warmers and still cheaper body, on longer term, strong in knowledge I can out-wait that beautiful yet greedy boy I could employ more of cold shoulders when bar hopping even if it means lonely shower and night from time to time. For me most important factor to consider is value for money in my eyes. I will be posting trip reports of trip I returned from yesterday shortly but one thing is clear to me when I look back at those fabulous 2 weeks - all offs I overpaid I enjoyed much much more than those I managed to get economical tip request. Quite a few boys sensed that they can skin me alive and they did and yet they provided anesthetics by finding what I like and deliver with gusto leaving me smiling despite all that money "wasted" on them.

I'm not one to generalize based on my limited experience. In the past Jupiter boys failed me twice so I even mentally removed them as as an off option but now I offed two implants from Tawan , first Mekhin in Dec and Oud this one and I can say mostly good things only. So in future will try again. As for Boy66 boy I offed is star there and former one at Jupiter. He had some reputation of arrogance on forums but I can't confirm that , was fine with me although stated up front he is straight and not into kissing , caressing , body worship etc so in my eyes he is just wasting his assets but if I know up front at least can make decision so again I don't see as an attitude problem on his part
