nothing rude, call boy over( preferred for me) or ask mamasan to call him for you , buy him a drink , have small talk and then decide to off him or send him back with small tip 100-200 for his time. It happens all the time and boys are used to it, some even may collect more from those small tips on good night than short time tip. If you see there's no chemistry , cut your loses and send guy back, pity off doesn't make sense for either one. The same if you like boy but you sense that he is somewhat reluctant, doesn't engage you , looks at the stage , not at you , sits stiff etc. Sure sign he is not keen - chalk it off to experience and start looking for a next prey. As for ' get a feel" , in some bars you may take it literally and check the goods , in other it may be out of bounds so don't be too forthcoming until you get a feel of the place so to speak.

Yes , in Jupiter it's easy to fall in the background with all that hunks but as far as I see there's easy way to come to the light - flashing smile like above as smiles seem to be tightly controlled in that bar. He look great on those pictures IMNSHO

all true and can't agree more but Swampy is 24 hrs airport and lots of people are deparing and arriving when ARL is not operating. One of those Thai wonders - airport busy like hell all night ( my longest wait in immigration there was when I arrived well past midnight ) but vital service like ARL stops for 6 hours completely

nothing rude in your comment, just very realistic but exceptions apply. Like young people everywhere some may be travel hungry and having means can actually do exactly that specially that some countries in neighborhood are quite inexpensive , even compared to Thailand and Bangkok in particular . I know two boys who went to expensive Singapore on their own for short trips just to see it, had friends there but it had nothing to do with customers. I don't have any reason not to believe their stories from how subject come in conversation.

I met several members , from brief chat to day long trips to the woods and it was always universally pleasant and trip routine breaking experience. Looking forward for more repeats and new meetings. Sometimes suggestion for meeting is declined or ignored and I don't take offence understanding not only need for privacy but also fact that on vacations people have other things to do than converse over beer with stranger sharing the same interests. One meeting did not materialize I suspect because my look did not meet expectations , LOL I was waiting in the agreed place, farang passed by just glancing over me without stopping and after 1/2 hr of no show I just took off but I received some excuse later so no problem at all.

welcome back , we were waiting patiently for you to get over your vacations and start reporting back. Hope following days brought better luck than crappy airports, no-show cars, uneatable sandwiches , not to mention door knobs and other first day nuisances.
