Day 8 I woke up still pretty late but today I have one errand to run. I did some research that i can actually go there by taking 2 different songtheaw instead of taking taxi. And the place i wanted to go is close to Big C central pattaya so I can kill two birds with a stone. It is still too early to have a good sample size for any statistic on wuhan virus to be reliable. Majority cases outside china can be directly trace to Wuhan/hubei area, and very rarely we here the human to human infection occurs outside china. We do have cases in vietnam, japan, and german though of human to huma infection, and again can be traced to having recent contact with those who have been to wuhan area. To be honest, this time around, most area, even china are better prepared than the many outbreak before. The best way to avoid this virus thankfully is similar with how to avoid common flu anyway, so from that perspective, follow the guideline on hygene and we should be fine.

Its about 10pm when enter Xboys and its a full house, with lots of regulars, friends of owners, and owners from other bars coming to visit and celebrate Xboys party. There is a french guy hosting the event, and when i enter, there are in the middle of pulling out numbers for lucky draws. Prizes range from 100 baht discount in one of the bars or karaoke bars in pattaya, to a bottle of whiskey, and even fancy dinner in some Jomtien restaurant. Shows starts 15min after 10pm, and tonight they have 3 shows, 2 more at 1130pm, and another 1.15am. Not sure if they have similar time and number of show everynight or just for this anniversary, but i know they do have at least 2 shows other days previously. I ended up staying for all the shows, and got a lucky draw as well lol. I can honestly say their shows improved a lot compared to last year. The 10k baht winner is also someone well known to the crowd there, not sure what if he is owner or vip customer but he kept the winning for himself. There are few guys in the crowd that have been winning lucky draws multiple times as entry for lucky draw is through buying drinks, with opening a bottle gave u 10 entries. The owner are really in giving mode, though i believe lots of the vouchers mightve been gift from other bars as well. The party ends with a speech from the owner thanking everyone and singing happy bday song and cutting the cake and distribute them to all boys and customers alike, along with free wine to staff and boys. It was definitely a fun party and i am glad i was able to be part of it. It was close to 2.30am when i decided to leave. But not before i had a chance to see if anyone i want to off. One particular guy, which i really like his face, though his body is regular but wide and toned, does interest me. He has that bad boy look and he did the first shower show, and while its not the sexiest, i dont hate it. At one point, he was called by a customer for a drink and at that point i figured he will be offed, but before i left, i saw him going back to the stage. So i call mamasan, discuss the off, mamasan pushing ST using their room, but i told him i want at my hotel for LT. We end up agreeing to ST at my hotel, after several miscommunication with boys and the short time place who dont allow me to even check to see if its acceptable or not. Anyway, nothing to shout about his performance, it's just ok, definitely not a dud but given that ive been getting lots of great guys, this one definitely rank at the bottom. But good thing about pattaya, the ST rate is cheap so I dont feel i lost much. Thinking back, there is a quite muscular guy in Xboy, but he looks older and not as good looking but unfortunately he was snatch by a customer earlier. Well, its my first day here, i had high hope that things will get better from here on, and yes I can honestly say now that it does gets better. Lots better.

Day 4 First of all, sorry for few days absence of reporting. Its long weekend here but I am too lazy to update. Today, i'll be making my way to Pattaya. As mentioned before, my longtime companion asked to leave early, but he didnt woke me up, but rather waited until i woke up before taking shower and dressed up to leave. Its clear that he doesnt do LT often, and wanted to go back to sleep. A sleep-deprived boy is not what i want too, so I said ok and sent him off with his tip. In my mind, I will still off him in the future, but definitely only for ST or maybe with a little incentive, a prolonged ST rather than LT unless he changed his mind and willing to go LT and sleep only after breakfast lol. His service is still really good, very passionate and gosh that body is firm and hot. In fact, I didnt even thought of taking him LT and was equally surprised he said yes when asked. But another big reason that im not so pissed off that he asked to leave early is I already have another boy arranged to come before i checked out of the hotel. I have been texting this guy even before I arrived in bangkok. Ive been seeing him before, but never at my hotel. He worked in Arena, and each trip, Ill try my best to go there with him at least once a trip. His english is pretty limited, hence I am not sure if he will come to my hotel or not. My first plan was to have him overnight yesterday, but he later texted me he went to play footbal that night, so cannot overnight with me. Having never had him even come to my hotel before, i didnt expect an overnight with him is possible, so i had jupiter dancer for my backup. So when he said he cant overnight, i asked if he can come the next morning instead, and he said yes. Told him i stay near arena, and next morning, before breakfast, i texted him. Got no reply, so i called him and he answered and said he will come after shower. He arrived at my hotel around 10am. He did his normal arena routine and for the next hour i am in 7th heaven lol. He always deliver and weirdly enough, I prefer his massage in my hotel bed better than massage table for the first time. I usually take 90min massage in arena, but at the hotel i didnt specify any time and go with the flow and we finished a bit early as he moved to the fun part earlier but that also means the fun part is longer too. Paid him standard ST tips and considering how much he will make for 1 hour massage at shop plus tip, he definitely got more. He told me he has a car and drive to work usually, and today is his off day as he will go back home so he is happy to get to earn tips right before he goes back home. Given my bad experience with arena mamasan before, and he is one of the reason i still go to arena, if i can avoid going to arena, Ill continue this way. No rush of time, boys gets to keep all the tips, and no rude mamasan. Maybe next time, i can finally gets to take him LT. My hotel gave me a late check out so i can check out at 2pm. I head out to have brunch since i skipped breakfast for my morning massage session. Before i head to Suvarnabhumi Airport for the bus to pattaya, I planned to meet with @z909 to catch up and chat. I texted him half an hour before check out and he told me he will arrived a bit after 2 pm so we agree to meet for coffee at KERK, near chong nongsi BTS. Great cosy hipster cafe and we chatted more than 2 hours on many topics, sharing our experiences. He just came back from pattaya so he also share with me some updates there as well. I also asked some pointer on Laos, as it is my first time there. Close to 5pm, I excused myself as i needed to start moving if i want to be ready for tonight bar visit in Boyztown. Took BTS to Phaya Thai, and change to MRT straight to Suvarnabhumi airport. Went to the Airport bus ticket counter, bought a ticket and only have to wait 30min for the next bus. Arrived at Pattaya a little over 7.30pm or so, and checked out at hotel Zing around 8pm. Took a quick shower and i am ready to go out exploring Pattaya after one year absence. Thanks to @williewillie who updated in the forum about Xboys 10th Anniversary party which is happening tonight, so Im anxious to see what they have to offer. Last year visit, I did off my first regular boy from pattaya from this bar so I did have a great memories from this bar. I did reread my pattaya report on xboys so i can make some comparison after 1 year visit. Took songthaew to Boyztown, grab quick dinner and made my way to Xboys, and had a peak in Abomb on the way, and didnt really see any stunner there yet. So I continue to Xboys while making note that Dreamboys on the opposite side also have shows close around 11.30pm or so.

Too bad i cant comment on brazillian boys, as when i travel for work, given the security concern in brazil, i dont dare venture out and jeopardize my work visit. I dont want to be in trouble when the police asked where i was when i got robbed and the answer is inside a sauna somewhere lol. I wish i could extent my stay but due to the nature of my work, needed to return back as soon as possible. But i did hire a brazillian guy elsewhere and boy they are totally on a different level altogether and its so easy to fall in love with one if you are not careful lol

I can attest that rio food is lame and expensive especially those beach-facing restaurant along copacabana and ipanema beach. Ive tried the downtown restaurants too but its all the same, albeit less expensive. Safety is a concern if you venture out of the normal tourist area and past certain hours, which is not at all a concern in thailand. Hotels is cheaper in thailand, value for money wise too, as u can get 5 stars hotel near all the action for usd 100 or so. This is true for most of south east asian country minus singapore of course. Ive only been to rio, but hotel prices along the beach are way too expensive for same quality same size room compared to bangkok. And brazil inflation is a bit crazy and unpredictable too, so go when its cheap like now.
