Ok It varies, saunas since play is free is cheapest. But bar vs massage I would say usually massage is cheaper as you are not paying as Vinapu pointed out for drinks. Also Arena is my go to and cheaper than the other H places (and last trip my favorite massage guy in Bangkok. So all in abut less then tip at the bars. (I tend to go for muscle guys snd tips were more or maybe im just not as good at negotiating lol.

I remember years ago when they first opened. I saw an article in a glossy gay magazine where they said they had rooms where tourists could stay and have access to their massage guys. That must not have worked since I haven’t heard of it since so I’m guessing those are the VIP rooms.

It can be fun to do things with friends sometimes. I am quite able to do things on my own. Doing things with others is good also.

1 I never tried but it probably depends on the guy, some guys seem to have a set program others seem to have never heard of a massage before lol. I’ve seen massage places that do out call. That might work better. In any case you at H places you can just take charge. If the massage isn’t working signal time to move on. The guy I saw several times at arena seemed ok one time when I wanted to move on. 2 if you don’t like bars don’t go to bars. If you do just say no, last trip I didn’t buy a single waiter/ mamasan/pimp a drink. If i liked someone I would wave them over or ask someone to. 3 not to my knowledge other then some massage places do outcall and of course rentmen(though that’s expensive. Other options apps(grinder etc) lots of pros on there. Also sex clubs/ spas: Maxwell Olsen had a good range of young fit guys when I was there other then the locker room and pool areas you wear cloths they issue (also private cubicles available) but there are lots to choose from. If you do think to try a massage place I recommend “ ShamelessMack2” a blog with lots of reviews where you can kind of get a feel for what the places are like. Finally it sounds like they sensed a first timer. For the record you were neither the first or the last to fall into this. If you aren’t ready tell them so, when you are you pick who sits with you. Whatever you decide have fun!

It’s been years but on my early trips to Thailand I stayed near Nana and saw lots of Khatoy around and entering Nana and saw several in the elevator with their dates…. Funny to me I remember an a tour there were three Australians 2 guys and a woman scandalizing the Indian family up front. One of their stories was that two had taken the third to Nana where he got drunk and made out with a ladyboy and got beat up a bit for his response after reaching down…. I liked it for the location and room. The pool And shower were to cold for me. That may be because temperature was less hot and humid.

If in silom, Maxwell Osen was really nice. Lunch included in the price. Lots of areas for relaxing, as well as areas for hooking up. Everything was spotless. Younger crowd.
