Day 9 This morning we went to the train market where the train comes right up to the stalls and had a very good time there. We also went to the floating market and had lunch at the floating market That took up half the day. Both events were well worth it. At 4 PM. I had a massage at TCS with Name Much more impressive up close than in his pictures. He was strong, but so nice and gentle. He has an “awe shucks” manner to him. He is very, very accommodating. I would give him a strong, recommend, especially if you’re looking somebody on the more muscular, beefier side.

I made the arrangements with History via the LINE app . Then they sent me a link to pay either a five hundred baht deposit or pay for the entire cost of the massage (not including the tip for Foam). The link led to a payment page that was primarily in Thai. However, it was very easy to use via Google Translate camera. It asked very simple questions such as credit card number, and expiration date, etc. I paid with a non Thai credit card without problems and got a confirmation from History via LINE

Day 8 Today I had a massage at history of massages. I took the BTS there and had no trouble getting there. When I got to the building, it was a little tricky, but I do remember somebody saying it was upstairs so I looked for some steps went upstairs, and I could see it from the top of the steps. I decided to go with Foam . He seemed to be consistently recommended by people on Massage Insider. However, most of them speak Thai. There was no indication whether Foam spoke English and I failed to ask. He did not speak English. Thai only. But that turned out to be just fine anyway. He was very cute. He was very sweet. He actually was a good massage therapist. He was also quite sensual. I would highly recommend him. On the Massage Insider chat group they consistently recommended him for his attitude, massage skills, and the fact that he was gay. I would have to agree with them on their assessment. History of massages is at the National Stadium station which was interesting. I got to listen to a women’s team doing cheers or getting psyched up at the sports science Institute. I had to walk by that on my way to the massage shop. The big MBK Mall is very close to that BTS station as well. I am not much of a shopper so I gave the mall a pass. I only have one criticism of History of Massages. The drain on my shower was clogged. It’s supposed to be a high-end shop. Foam did apologize for that and did inform the people at the front desk about the need for a plumber for that room. It still drained, but very slowly. I wasn’t particularly happy with that situation until I saw how seriously Foam reacted to it and then I felt much better. The premises otherwise seemed perfectly fine and it’s a generally new building.

The walk from the MRT to Glam was shorter than I thought it would be based on the map.

There were some guys there, but I am not sure if they were already there for arranged meets. I had made arrangements to have my massage with Oak via LINE before heading out. I suspect that the majority of customers make an appointment with the guy they want.

Day 7 This morning it’s not supposed to rain until 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I took a walk through Lumpini Park. Very pleasant in the morning with all the joggers and the walkers. I took the MRT to Glam‘s Spa. I ended up getting there earlier than I expected. The reception is quite nice. I have a massage with Oak. I had a wonderful time with Oak. He’s deceptively muscular. A very, very hard body to the touch. And he was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I was very very happy with my experience at Glam. He also speaks very good English

Since I don’t drink alcohol, I guess I don’t have to worry about them watering down my sparkling water. 😆

Day 6 I woke up today with a little bit of an upset stomach. That settled down rather quickly and I was able to eat breakfast. And then went to Icon Siam Mall. I am not big on shopping at all. But I did think that it was probably something I should go and see. I then decided to go to the snake farm in the Silom area. they have pythons and cobras and kraits as well as pit vipers and other poisonous and non-poisonous snakes. Had appointment at Ssense with Knott at 430 pm. Decided to walk because it was lightly sprinkling and so pleasant. Google brought me to the accessory building. But the main building was easy to find. I was early and they brought me upstairs to a waiting area. Their front area is quite tight. There were plenty of guys there. So if you didn’t have an appointment, there would be little problem getting a massage. Then Knott took me back to the other building. He’s taller than me and certainly a lot more muscular. He couldn’t have been nicer. It was a very well orchestrated massage which I really enjoyed from beginning to end. I did end up giving him his Google review. I also answer questions to the Line inquiry from his boss. I thought he was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him give me a massage in the future. After walking past all of the Massage boys in Silom Soi 6 tonight , the homeless people at the end of the street also offered to give me a massage. Perhaps I haven’t been paying attention, but I don’t remember them offering that service before. I thought it was hilarious. Maybe they thought I would pay them not to give me a massage.

Day 5 We had breakfast and took our taxi back to Bangkok. Cloudy with some rain. Went up to top of Mahanakon. Spectacular view with sunny and partially cloudy in one direction and rain and clouds in the other direction. It was a cool contrast. Because of the season there was almost no line and very few people up there making pictures easy to take. Ate at Kai New Zealand restaurant The lamb shank was delicious. Scrub and massage at Prime. Love that combo. The guys are so nice and I always enjoy my time there. Went to Jupiter. Good male singer. Some nice looking guys in the parade. I did like the low pressure environment.

Day 4 My credit cards are not working for the Grab app. I spent a bunch of time trying to troubleshoot this. I decided that I just have to pay cash. I suspect that the majority of users of Grab probably just paid cash. In the morning, we went to the Sanctuary of Truth Museum. That was really cool. I love the explanation of Buddhist philosophy, primarily through the sculptures and the fact that they built the whole thing in wood to emphasize the impermanence of life. Took a long walk along the Pattaya Beach. I ended up in BoysTown, but wasn’t very impressed with the area. I did walk past Paradise Spa. There was nobody there that interested in me in the slightest . I just smiled, nodded and moved on. In the evening I went over to Jomtien. There I had a massage at Sala Kaya. I used the same provider that Emil used with the glasses and it was an excellent massage with very pleasant afters. he was very chatty and we had a nice discussion about the Isan area where he is from. Took a grab motorbike back to my hotel with a driver who spoke English quite well. It turns out his father was from England. You would not know that looking at him. He was very cool. I gave him a nice tip. he was really really slim which I could tell from holding his waist with my left hand during the ride.

Day 3 After breakfast had a 1 hr massage at new place next to Than Tawan with young muscular man. This was one of the only places open at that time before our ride down to Pattaya. He was the only one there at that time but I thought he was cute and muscular. No sheet was used to cover me during the massage. Perhaps he was worried I would be too hot. 😉 In any case, I was perfectly comfortable with the temperature and his wandering hands. Just HJ but very enjoyable. Took car from Silom to Pattaya at 1230 pm. Lots of road work on the route. We had lunch in a food court, which was pretty good. It was here in Pattaya near where we were staying. Then we decided to go to Jomtien and I went to Burriom. I had my second massage of the day, along with my second happy ending. I don’t recall my massage therapist’s name, but he was definitely bigger and more muscular than most of the other guys working at the shop. I did get a chance to chat with Owen who was recently featured on the forum. He doesn’t really speak any English. I also had difficulty communicating with him via Google. I was just chatting with him after my massage in front of the store. I walked around quite a bit while waiting for my partner to finish his massage. Pattaya is definitely Twink City. They certainly have their admirers, but, I prefer guys who have a bit more meat on their bones.

Day 2 After breakfast, I got a haircut. That went very well. I wish that I had that particular barber back home. I made an appointment at 2 PM with Ball at Jey Spa. I took the BTS. This was my first time there. Everybody was very nice to me. There are online reports about rudeness from the front staff, but I didn’t see a hint of it with me or other patrons. Ball is probably my ideal physical type. He’s shorter than me. He said he was 165 cm. He’s nicely muscled. He could not have been nicer. His English is very good. I had an unbelievably good session with him. It lasted the full 90 minutes. I look forward to seeing him again in the future(maybe before the end of this vacation when I get back from Pattaya) He has massage skills in addition to his other skills.😉

I just got home from my trip to Asia which began in mid September. I took notes and am posting now.

I don’t assume that guys working in H shops necessarily are trained for massage. This guy clearly had been trained. I asked him and he told me that he was trained with a massage certificate and used to work in a Type 1 massage shop. He had been working at Senso for a month or so.

Day 1 Arrival It was very easy to get through immigration. We arrived around 1 PM. We did have access to the priority line. We got through and out with our bags within about 20 minutes. I used my EU passport so that I could get a stamp in that for future use with the E Gates. We worked our way out to the Grab area and waited another 15 minutes for our car. There wasn’t that much traffic going into Bangkok and we got to Quarter Silom without any problems. I went to Senso. I was treated by Tong. He was thinner than my ideal pick but he ended up being a really good choice. He does have a massage certificate. He also managed to keep the full 90 minutes very interesting. when I came downstairs, there were at least two guys there were much more my type. I don’t regret Tong, but if they were there, when I first came in, I probably would have picked one of them. In the evening got another massage. I’m right next the Prime so I got a scrub and massage. I don’t remember his name. He did use rubber scrubbing gloves during this scrub and it was probably the best scrub I’ve ever had. I’m more used to Korean style, and this was combination of the enzyme scrub as well as using the actual gloves so really enjoyable and quite adventurous in scrubbing me fully exposed with me erect. I sort of thought it was deliberate on his part. Later at one point on my back during the massage portion and my erection was falling in the way of where he was working on my left thigh. He kept moving it. I got the impression that he might be getting a little annoyed So I held it out of the way myself for him. Ha ha ha. In retrospect, I may have been better off letting him deal with it It’s rainy season and it is hot and humid with rain off and on.

They have condoms with all sorts of different textures and designs. Cheaper and less painful than mooks. And most importantly, not permanent

I haven‘t posted my trip report. Still traveling. But Chok was my last massage of the trip and he was fantastic. Strong recommend from me.

I got one a couple of weeks ago and the woman told me that it’s good for seven years.

My approach to museums is to Google the top five or so things in the particular museum. Then I target those five or so things. And then I meander through a few areas, stopping at things that catch my eye. And then I leave. I do like museums, but I think they can be overwhelming and exhausting. So I like to have a plan and a strategy when I go into one. I don’t spend more than an hour or an hour and a half in a museum. I can always come back.

I have not read this review yet, and I don’t know if Shan Wellness is a soft shop or not. But Massage Insider has strict rules against mentioning full penetrating service action at soft facilities. You can imply the extra service went above and beyond, etc. With hard shops like Jey Spa, you have a lot more leeway

People have had a great deal of trouble selling their condos when they decided to move or had to return to their home country.

My advice in Thailand would be to rent so that you could walk away
