On this page they have descriptions of all the rooms and suites and on each one they have air conditioning listed, the suites (all of them) have 2 air conditioners each. Oh, and the suites have king sized beds not queen size. Yes all rooms at Raya are air conditioned, on their website if you click on accommodation it has all the room descriptions

I've been to both straight and gay bj bars and yes they are what you suspect, the gay one was when Golden Cock was at its sleaziest, I don't think it was meant to be a bj bar though but the experience was very nice. Delving into this one a bit late, my reasons for visiting Thailand are simple, I like the people, the culture, the food etc but sex is a side line for me in Thailand. Prince Massage negotiated a short term lease from the new owner of the property on Sukhumvit 11. It seems that there's a slowdown on new upmarket property development and whatever this property is destined to be is on hold. Hello boys, good news is that Hero will be reopening in the old premises on November 30th and the new name will be New Hero. If the member of the other forum gives his permission I will copy his post here with all the info.

Most likely just the airline that specified the seating requirement.

Look for the airline that is using the 787 if possible, I have found Thai airways (flying from Australia) to be good value. Those 787's to me have a little more leg room and are more comfortable than the other planes as well (I'm 6'1" so appreciate that extra little bit of leg room).

If you're there on a weekend you can always go to Chatuchak market, get on the MRT and the stop is right at the markets.

For mine I would recommend The Prince massage, I have always got good service there with both massage and afters. You are correct about Adonis being no more, pity about that, I had the most brutal (and wonderful) screwing there, the boy was well hung and he really new how to use it and he liked to use it hard and deep (definitely wasn't recommended for novices). Keep an eye on the forum as there is talk that Hero may be reopening and in the old location, could be interesting if it comes true.

There's a Soi Chai Yot which runs off Soi 11 but you follow around to the right instead of the usual left and it's just around the bend, I suppose that could be it. Just looking at Google earth and what do I see at that soi Chai Yot but a sign for the old Albury mens club

The one on the corner would be Baruza, or it used to be, I think The Smoking Pug is around the corner and across the street
