Agree with T being a hustler and he did attempted some of his tricks prior and even more recently. My approach has always been consistent either send him back to the rotation and not invite him to sit with me even when he's giving me googly eyes from the stage or even brazenly approach me to buy him a drink. Overall, he's good company to hang out with outside the bar.

Yes, Min is really cute. He's still on the slender side but I can see he's attempt to bulk up a bit.

True but I think even with the decline of that "informal charm", given Tawan/The One's small intimate space, the chance of making contact and having small talk with several guys has always been a given every visit. 

Different case with Atlas where the guys have their own spot to congregate and the space to guys ratio is so big it's so easy to be isolated in a corner and be/feel invisible.

considering that my first visit in Tawan was in 2013 certainly my reference point is different. As I already said , I wish boys had their heads in their phones leaving me alone  for  a moment  but that's still unrealized dram for me there

@CallMeLee you and I know the younger brother by a different name.

I realise I know the brothers too. I offed the older brother T last June. I wouldn't call him a hustler. He did ask me for extra 100 baht for taxi money but he was engaging and very fun to be with.

Because I offed T, I didn't want to off younger brother. But he asked me to take him out. No sex. 2k only. And I did. Twice in fact! Intelligent and good company. And he didn't ask for extra taxi money.

Unfortunately, my regular guy is not on good terms with them so no possibility of karaoke or drinks together.

Yeah, overall T is good company. From my experience, he initially came off as someone who’d try to squeeze as much money as possible from you—but I guess that’s pretty common with bar guys. One incident that stands out: he once claimed I had agreed to pay him 5,000 for an ST, which wasn’t true. That led to him getting sent back to rotation and me offing someone else. Since then, he’s become more of an “up to you” type rather than quoting ridiculous amounts.

One good thing about his “hustling” nature is that when we go out, he always looks after me and makes sure to negotiate prices—he’s worried I’ll get charged tourist rates if I speak English. He’s Vietnamese but speaks Thai fluently, like his brother.

That said, between the two, I find the younger one more endearing and less transactional.

l have never been in Good boys bar but next time l will visit there in order to see those famous Viet bro's 😄

I had once boy in such situation , we both had good laugh and I gave him 50 in 10 baht coins as 5 tokens of appreciation of good wit

I also had a pleasure of his company and I liked it as I like somewhat audacious types. He did not came across as very greedy although  he asked 3000 for short time which I considered reasonable since we had some unpaid fun in the bar as well. But he must be kept on short leash - when asked to go for smoke  it took bit longer than reasonable prompting me  to call him back politely ' hey you , come here"

When I offed T, I sat at the table and he called his brother Min over as well. While I didn’t off both, they were certainly game for it and confirmed that they don’t touch each other. When I declined to off Min as I preferred more muscle, T showed me a THIRD brother on his phone. So there’s three? I don’t think the third works at the bar though.

No. The third brother is not working at any bar currently but he is working some other job in Bangkok.

Yes, there's a third brother and I met him with his other mates last year as T and I were going out of that 7-11 near Raya.

T did mention that he's also for hire but I didn't really entertained the thought.

l personally know 3 Cambodian brothers who work in the bar industry. I met mine at Dreamboy bar last year,  his another brother was working in moonlight bar and his older brother was working in Jupiter bar.

there were 2 brothers working at Arena, I saw them years later in Dreamboys and recently  in The One (Tawan).

There's also set  working at Moonlight, well known #10  being one of them.
