Glad to report that the bar shows have NOT been toned down, and still the same way I enjoy and remember them. Visited Jupiter and Fresh Boys on the night of 31 October (Halloween). The crowd at Jupiter was surprisingly sparse at 10:15pm with only three tables filled, and I was assigned a perfect seat right in front of the stage. The waiters were dressed as Annabelle, Chucky (and other fictional monsters I’m unable to identify), while the boys were in their jeans for the first parade, and white undies for the second. Tipped three boys who smiled at me as they walked past. Great face great body, I would have off-ed anyone of them! On the other hand, Fresh Boys was almost full-house at 11:45pm, with about 15 boys on stage, and 10 boys sitting with customers. The show began with a special Halloween item, where three boys danced fully cloaked in black. Yes, fully cloaked. Very underwhelming. But as usual, the show climaxed (pun not intended) with 8 boys taking turns to hit that pole with their cocks. Gotta mention that #25 really caught my eye, and he was the only one I tipped. Defined pecs with a huge apparatus, and adorably endearing with his awkward dance moves. I don’t remember seeing him previously (or maybe I just wasn’t paying attention)… Anyone knows if #25 is new with Fresh Boys? Might return again to off #25, but I’m not confident of handling that huge apparatus… WISH ME LUCK!

But I agree he is very handsome and popular. And he has a very handsome and cute relative working at Dreamboys number #14.

The previous #25 is now using a different number. I have no idea why the guys decide to change numbers!
November 1, 2025Nov 1 My boy, who used to work in Freshboys, told me that when they go to vacation (maybe a long one), the bar gives their number to a new boy, and will be assigned new numbers when they return from vacation.

I am told that, if they don't work at Freshboys for several days (eg sick, away in home country), they have to re register at the bar, get a new number, and turn up at 8pm for work for a while. Arriving at 8pm and staying until bar closing at 1am means they get a modest payment (150bt or 200bt - not sure) but is tedious for them as few customers in the 8 -10pm period. I think experienced staff can arrive at 9.59pm at the latest.

November 3, 2025Nov 3 Author Popular Post I guess November is not a good time to visit Bangkok… The rainy season has begun, and it has been raining EVERY NIGHT. I sure wasn’t expecting to be the only customer in Than Tawan at 10:45pm on a rainy Monday night. According to their Facebook, the show starts at 10:45pm, but Mamasan told me it will only start at 11:30pm, due to heavy rain and lack of customers. Hmmm…was I gonna wait 45 mins to watch the show? Maybe, if Mamasan could just leave me alone, instead of holding my hand and laying on my shoulder and hugging me. I would rather have a boy do that to me. But alas, none of the 12 boys there caught my eye, even though I fancy muscular hunks. So, I left after 15 mins. Moving on to Good Boys, a totally different vibe. There were about 15 customers and 30 boys (mostly twinks, and some twunks). Among them was this Chinese couple surrounded by 8 boys. Yes, EIGHT boys. Out of those remaining on stage, only #42 caught my eye, but before I could take any action, he was called down…BY THE CHINESE COUPLE. Hello?! Isn’t EIGHT enough for you?! Oh well, let’s just watch the show then. Show started punctually at 11:30pm, with more drag queens than big cock boys. The LED screen in the background was a nice addition, projecting pictures of cherry blossoms when the drag queen performed a Japanese song. But I gotta say, for big cock shows, Fresh Boys still takes the win, hands down.
