I did. It's how I was introduced to the scene - in the short time room in Suriwong hotel in that underpass leading to the Moonlight bar

I don’t know if this helps but sign in front of Raya says for short and long term stays, nice rooms friendly staff no pool

Raya is not cheap. For long term stays, airbnb is better option.

likely you are right but for long terms stays they may have an attractive price option, never hurts to investigate
