gytis123 Posted Sunday at 12:36 PM Author Posted Sunday at 12:36 PM Just to update. I found accomodation in I Residence Hotel Sathorn and I really like it. Rooms even have a desk so you can do some work on computer. Perfect place which is more local and relaxed. Walkable distance to Silom. Food prices are way more cheaper here and no touts to harass you after every 5 meters kram987, FunFifties, daydreamer and 1 other 4 Quote

(I believe there is another I-Residence in Suan Phlu, I vaguely recall on the same soi as Prince Massage.) I have stayed at both, maybe 10 - 15 years ago. I recall that the furnishings and interior of the Chong Nonsi one was rather tired and needed a refresh (and the main reason why I never booked again despite its great location). Can you tell us if this is still the case or if the interior and fittings have been updated? Quote

macaroni21 Posted yesterday at 03:52 PM Posted yesterday at 03:52 PM Ah, I stand corrected. Trust Vinapu to know just about all the hotels in the general vicinity. The one in Suan Phlu I never went back to because it was rather inconvenient for public transport. vinapu 1 Quote

You not far from truth as I stay in most hotels in the area with exception of expensive ones. Even if I did not stay , my friends were and I had chance of peeking into their room out of curiosity . Never camped in either I Residences but passed by them enough times to notice where they are. jamiebee 1 Quote
