Day 6 add

i forgot to mention (blocked it out?)  in earlier when in room I turned on tv to see the horrific bombing,  I guess the orange one’s peace prize is locked in now.

Day 7 

Slow start to day, caught up with emails stuff like that. Then pad Thai at Sophia’s, very good. 

I spent the afternoon at SanSuk not a great first impression locker room could use a refresh customers made me feel young lol.  Uphill after that though sauna was busy but not packed  and most people were friendly.  All ages (legal) and types from all over.  I had a good time. Well worth the money.   

I had dinner at Buenos it was ok.  The margarita was strong.  I left with a bit of a buzz ( I don’t drink much so I’m a lightweight though).

After dinner I decided on a massage found a guy with nice biceps.  Turns out very nice body.  He gave a pretty good massage.  Soon we were on to afters and all was going well, and that feels off… oh silicone.   Still he was a very nice guy and seemed skilled at everything.   In the end it mattered much less than I would have expected.  Maybe because he really had a great body and skills and worked hard to make sure I had a great time.  So I did.

Day 8

Got up and made my way to Pattaya Walking Street,  then down to the pier and caught the ferry to Nabon on Koh Larn.(thanks to bkkmfj2648 for the inspiration and info) nice little town with narrow streets and heavy traffic.

The trip over was nice with great views.

i saw the temple, enjoyed the views of Pattaya, had a pizza.  In all had fun. 
 

Finally I mad my way to the pier where I had just missed the ferry (by minutes) but the speed boat was about to leave or as the sales woman said “leaving now”

The speed boat was fun with some nice skips ( I left my seat a couple of times) and soon back to Pattaya.

I realized I had had to much heat so headed back to my hotel pool.

The guy I had booked for the evening didn’t show or come online.

 Not one to waist time I did laundry  at a new looking laundromat across from Zing open air so good for people  watching prices vary my size of machine and temperature of water, I spent 50baht each.  A bar boy came in and out doing his as well.  

Then I walked along the beach.  Ride was out again.  Lots of people at the surf’s edge with flash lights seemingly looking for something,  I’m not sure what.  I found Lychee Fanta at 7-11 quite good.
 

 All that while watching the apps.  Of the guys I’d been talking to most took Monday off and weren’t online the other was in Bangkok.    
 

Since by this time it was just after midnight I called it a night.

Interesting.  I am like you...not something I would even think about.  I just assume they would be different young men, not work at both businesses.  Wonder how many there are that actually 'double dip' like that?!?

Is this something temporary due to construction or remodeling?  Just asking because I was thinking of going to Pattaya for a few days on my upcoming trip and Zing was one of the places I was checking out.  Might not be the best choice if possible guests are uncomfortable with the arrangement.

Not uncomfortable I don’t think the people at reception care,  just slightly inconvenient.  No it looks permanent with padlocks on gates.  More an issue is at least up where I am is hot water is just slightly warm😃

ok, good to know.  I hate cold or even warm showers.  Like mine nice and hot...just like my men.  lol.  Think Zing is off the list.

Many, to my knowledge. Some hardworking ones massage in the day and bar work at night.

remember there are two other Zing hotels in the area, one mid way between Boyztown and Jomtien is actually my favorite at the moment

That's the hotel Zing if I recall right on the main road , a walk away from Sansuk sauna 

Purple 💜 colour and breakfast 199 baht 

I did stay there a few years ago ,no balconies , a room overlooking the deserted pool area 

I think it was around 500 baht back then in low season 

There are baht buses going past for those who want to go into the Jomtien complex

Day 9  

I went to the Sanctuary of truth for the first time.  It is a very interesting place and the workmanship is amazing. On the tour you go through the workshop where they are making pieces for inside.  The setting is beautiful too.
 

There are other things to see and do here.  Lots of animals including horse drawn carriage rides (200 baht), elephant rides (500 baht). I also saw foot massages. And a 60 baht covered pickup ride to Terminal 21 saving the clime to the top.

The pickup or as they call it “taxi” is a smaller version of a Baht bus and was about to leave so I took it.

i had lunch at the mall then took bolt back to my hotel.  Where I browsed the  apps and hired a MB  he was good looking with a thin body from Madagascar.  Nice but let’s say only somewhat talented. 

Later I watched some volleyball on the beach and walked back l yet myself be lured into a massage place bu a hot guy.  The one near the corner by the bakery.  Amazing experience,  good massage mind blowing I tipped very well.
