February 8Feb 8 Did I catch your attention with the subject line of this post? Hahaha What's a good steakhouse in Bangkok, at a reasonable price? Where you can enjoy a good, tasty piece of meat without paying exorbitant prices, as if you were dining out in a Western country. When I lived in Phuket years ago, I regularly went to Churrasco Phuket Steakhouse. It's an example of truly good quality meat at a reasonable price. But... in Bangkok?
February 8Feb 8 I had to research this to feed my other good pieces of meat (Cambodians and Burmese) 😂 Arno’s is my go to for quality cuts of steak at reasonable prices. The nearest branch is at Silom Serene Hotel, a short walk from Soi 4 but the hours were quite irregular so I’ve also been to the one at Narathiwat 20. Far superior to Wine Connection! If you want to splurge, El Gaucho but the boy-meat ate so fast and so much that it bankrupted me. Cocotte is supposed to be good too I rarely eat steak in Bangkok as I find it overpriced, which I was told is due to most Thais not eating beef so there aren’t economies of scale for steakhouses.
February 8Feb 8 I must say I was a little disturbed by the heading title ,even on the border of being offended by it as I'm sure some of you too have Neverless I do look forward to hearing where one may purchase a good quality steak 🥩
February 8Feb 8 Friends of mine were at Wolfgang's Steakhouse recently and they said it's very good. Expensive of course.

That's also not what I was looking for when I wrote in my post: Quote Where you can enjoy a good, tasty piece of meat without paying exorbitant prices, as if you were dining out in a Western country. In that respect, there is a similarity in what I look for in a good piece of meat and a boy when I come to Bangkok: I want good quality but not for the same price as I would pay at home... lol
