slight embarrassing question

hi all , im going to ask a question .....im around midsixties and have a medical question that you might have an answer for 

when my foreskin retracts , it is tight and sometimes sore to retract and then does not want to go to its original state {stays retracted}. 

this is quiet uncomfortable .

 

anyone with similar experience and if so whats the solution ?

Mmmm...I have never heard of this I must admit 

I'm mostly into seeing psychology/ psychiatrist professionals ...but I will be seeing my Psychiatrist on Monday who I believe was a medical doctor before

But a very odd man who may or may know your condition 🍆who sits on a leather chair with one leg over the other writing stories I'm telling him about

I am  big fan of UNCUT,  but so sorry you are having issues with your "turtleneck"......   I have done some reading on the issue and I believe there are "excercises" you can do to STRETCH the foreskin and make retraction easier and more comfortable ?   Certainly you should discuss your particular issues with your doctor.....

And I am always available to "assist" you with your foreskin stretching.  😏   While what I lack in medical degrees, I make up for with "enthusiasm" and foreskin SKILL>  

Good Luck,   see a doctor,   noone should suffer with issues that are "fixable".....

The medical term is paraphimosis although difficulties with both retraction and reposition suggest phimosis as well. It would be advisable to seek assessment and intervention via primary care physician or urologist. You likely have several more years of sexual function and would not want to compromise your penile tissue health by simply enduring the condition. 

I am a bit surprised that it appears you have not had this addressed in spite of current senior age. Is this later age onset? In that case PDE5i uptake commenced in later years may be a contributor. While not anatomically constricting foreskin, Sildenafil (Viagra) or Tadalafil (Cialis) may elevate penile congestion even post-ejaculation and exacerbate paraphimosis.

@Riobard is correct. I would get this matter attended to promptly. As mentioned in the article, paraphimosis can lead to gangrene, and actual loss of the glans (head of the penis). Steroid creams can be attempted, but often circumcision will be needed. I'd seek the advice of a physician (preferably a urologist) ASAP, as the outcome can be quite unfortunate if gangrene of the glans sets in.

I would encourage to OP's actions to be guided by a urologist, and not by YouTube ads. The presence of paraphimosis really makes matters more complicated and more urgent than simple phimosis. PhimoStop is only indicated for Kikiros Grade 2 or less:
