For me this misses almost the whole point. Furthermore, even in a case of combining both, we're all used to 1st theraputic and then sex. Why?

The best massage I have ever had was in Laos: the guy combined the two from the beginning; I climaxed about 40 minutes into the session; and he continued the massage for 20 minutes - relaxing me after the 'exertion' and allowing me to savour a sensual afterglow.   (-:

I have never succeeded in reenacting that; masseurs seem to not undrstnd the concept.   )-:

I agree, for me the guy was in San Francisco, I’ve seen him a number of times over the years.  I just wish he was closer.

Yes and yes

It's K Man Spa, if that makes a difference! Good website, close to BTS Saphan Khwai.

I turned my shame into action, looked it up, was dutifully impressed by their straightforwardness.

Any other parlours like this in bkk or pattaya?

Fafa massage, bangkok, certainly.

Is this a geography thing? 3 of the 4 r clustered together...

And why isnt it more prevalent in the heart of silom (and pattaya)?

Because Silom is business district with a lot of middle class workers, massage shops with extras can be there but they need to present a more respectable facade than is the case in Saphan Khwai.

There are H shops in both Silom and Sukhumvit (Senso and Jey respectively) but they are fewer and more tucked away, than the sheer concentration of H shops at SK.

In olden times, Saphan Kwai was a smallish nightlife district with several go-go bars but these were mostly girlie bars with Thais as their market. Eventually a small number of gay go-go bars opened and westerners discovered it. From what I recall, it was never particularly popular - no doubt being so far from the Silom/Suriwong axis. Now the gay go-go bars all seem to have disappeared and it clearly has morphed into a spa hub.

Yes, Fafa massage is worth considering. It is in On Nut, which is quite a distance from Silom. You get the BTS to Siam, then change to the Silom line going to Kheha.

They are clear with pricing and whether the boys are top, bottom or both. There are boys on the premises, but you can also order off premise.

The rooms are quite basic, but that's not a problem for me.

Husband and I will be visiting BKK this November. Staying at a riverfront hotel. Looking for an upscale spa or massage studio for a "real" massage with sensual potential. Another option would be a guy who does outcalls. Thanks in advance.
