  1. Guys: So, I was a little apprehensive about going to Santo Domingo alone just because I let the media/movies into my mind a little bit and let it drive me nuts. However, I think Dominican men are some of the hottest men in the world (I'm from NYC) and I had to make a trip down there just once. I got tons of tips from @BlkSuperman, my boytoy bff, about how to plan my trip so I immediately got in touch with Manny who really hooked this whole trip up for me. Guys, TRUST ME, Manny is the THE DUDE who will make your trip the hottest. trip. ever. So, I am new to sex tourism, but, I have to say that now I am going to return, frequently. Manny told me that he would…

  2. For those in Sao Paulo this Friday: Many who visit Lagoa and Fragata use the bus and/or Metro service to get to the saunas in the early evening. Then, when they leave later, around nine or so, they use Uber or a taxi to get back to their place of stay. However, this Friday, there will be a bus and Metro strike. This means that traffic will be unmanageable in Sao Paulo. For those in Sao Paulo, you might consider going to Rio or Curitiba or elsewhere for the weekend. For sure, your Friday will be a day of nothing but crowds and traffic jams in Sao Paulo. With the transit strike, you will wish you had gone to a different city. The stri…

  3. Apparently there is quite a surge in Dengue fever in Brazil, especially Sao Paulo, because of the mosquitos. If it isn't the muggers after us, what next - https://www1.folha.uol.com.br/internacional/en/scienceandhealth/2019/04/dengue-fever-cases-surging.shtml

  4. Those of us who have already taken that deep dive into reading “Tourist Attractions: Performing Race and Masculinity in Brazil’s Sexual Economy”, the published completed academic research of ethnographer Dr. Gregory C. Mitchell (Chair of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Williams College) are familiar with these passages. But for the newly initiated (or to those who just don’t like reading heady, voluminous academic treatises), this is a pretty damn enticing introductory summary! — The book discusses most if not all of the same topics that frequently pop up on the LATAM forum, including the one that many here dread: age differences and attractiveness: …

  8. I am quite fond of David Miranda, but am not a fan of Glenn Greenwald, not in the least. But I do love how Glenn Greenwald somehow always seems to get the press to gloss over the circumstances of their meeting. David Miranda was a 20-year-old Ipanema Posto 9 beach hustler high school student living in a very poor favela and Greenwald was a 38 year old rich Harvard-educated attorney American tourist trolling the gay beach, while staying in an Ipanema penthouse. You know exactly what this was about! “His life changed, he says, one day in 2005, when he was playing volleyball on Ipanema beach and accidentally knocked over an American tourist’s drink. That tourist was att…

Finally I m planning a trip to Brazil. I must admit it's because of this forum I got to know about Brazil and its beauties. Yes I ll be visiting Saunas in Rio and SP..but I was also exploring Rio on Grindr by using fake GPS.. and can see many GPs near Copacabana. Can anyone suggest if it will be a safe thing to bring an escort to my hotel room? I can not speak portuguese and Spanish. But I have hired escorts to my hotel room in Thailand, Dubai, Germany and India. (So not a complete newbie)

On my first visit to Lagoa today , I caught word from two boys that Lagoa may close it's doors at the end of June. The boys are unsure but it may be due to increasing prices of rent. One disclaimer is my Portuguese isn't what one would call strong. I wonder if the "Revelation party. What will Lagoa's future will be like?" on June first is in regards to this.

Hi, I am planning a trip to Bogota and need a recommendation for a hotel or airbnb that is close to stripper bars or massage/sauna and allow guests. I currently choose Chapinero area but am open to any recommendations. Thanks

  13. I posted earlier about a possible visit to MEX- San Miguel Allende-Mérida but have now decided to skip San Miguel. I’ll spend a few days in Roma Norte at the Stanza hotel and arrive to Mérida on July 18-26. Im interested to try an Airbnb in Mérida. PLEASE share any insights: a beautiful place, quiet, clean and close to guys I can find on Grindr and bring back without any hassle. I prefer complete privacy. As Ive mentioned before I’m not interested in bars or clubs. Orgies and naked hang out places only thanks to those who have sent messages on my earlier posts, please feel free to update Steve

  14. I'm trying to plan a trip to Brazil and it seems that all the flights from Philadelphia have a short layover in Sao Paulo (GRU) before going onto Rio (GIG). This is my first trip to Brazil and I only plan to stay for 10 days including flight time and I'm wondering if it's better to stay in sp or continue on to Rio?

https://riotimesonline.com/brazil-news/rio-business/state-owned-companies-to-dissmiss-over-25000-employees/ With Brazil's economy in the pits, this layoff only ads more to the economic crises. And, it probably adds more garotos to the saunas looking for cash to survive since they will be laid off from their government job.

Instead of being open to hookups while traveling, it began feeling like a necessary part of the trip—that it was my international duty to make nations closer by having my body parts smashing up against some resident’s. And while there's nothing wrong with wanting to hook up on vacation, I've come to the realization that that I was relying on making out in new places just as tourists depend on Fodor’s Travel Guides as the blueprint for a proper trip.” How Dating Apps Ruined Traveling

  24. Back again in the colorful country of Colombia. First few days in Bogota. Chapinero is still a fine place to stay. I learned some additional 'do's and don'ts' about where to go at what time. But it's something you get used to. I would recommend to invite a local boy for drinks and dinner; he gives you a lot of useful info. This time I invited a guy over, I visited cabinas and sauna and went to other guys places and used a motel in Calle 58. It all went fine: I tell the boys I'm keen on securety, I don't bring valuables, if the come over I tell them I need to check them in with ID. People here understand those precautions. Next time I will use the motels more. It's a…
