  1. Kind of a follow up to   http://www.gaythailand.com/forums/topic/9533-single-men-targeted-upon-exit-from-usa/

Although this is usually encountered on your return, not departure.

As such I thought I should keep it separate from the "exit" thread.

Hell I don't even mind them searching my luggage anymore.

But women customs agents are worse, thinking you have to answer to them on their

inquisition of nosiness - usually met with deserving condescending look of boredom and amusement.

  2. found this article informative and interesting. doubt if I would try it though.

also note this is upon arriving back in the USA.

    http://www.firstinternationalguide.com/usa/usa-immigration-and-citizenship/refusing-answering-questions-from-customs-and-border-protection-officers-when-re-entering-the-us.html

“Why were you in China?” asked the passport control officer, a woman with the appearance and disposition of a prison matron.

“None of your business,” I said.

    Her eyes widened in disbelief.

    “Excuse me?” she asked.

“I’m not going to be interrogated as a pre-condition of re-entering my own country,” I said.

This did not go over well. She asked a series of questions, such as how long I had been in China, whether I was there on personal business or commercial business, etc. I stood silently. She said that her questions were mandated by Congress and that I should complain to Congress instead of refusing to cooperate with her.

She asked me to take one of my small bags off her counter. I complied.

She picked up the phone and told someone I “was refusing to cooperate at all.” This was incorrect. I had presented her with proof of citizenship (a U.S. passport) and had moved the bag when she asked. What I was refusing to do was answer her questions.

A male Customs and Border Protection officer appeared to escort me to “Secondary.” He tried the good cop routine, cajoling me to just answer a few questions so that I could be on my way. I repeated that I refused to be interrogated as a pre-condition of re-entering my own country.

“Am I free to go?” I asked.

    “No,” he said. ..."

  3. I have seen some persons having been pulled over before boarding, being questioned beside folding tables containing the contents of their carry-on. Have seen these most unlikely types being questioned on god-knows-what.  Older men and elderly women, I don't remember exactly. Just figured the luck-of-the-draw and sucks to be them as I walked past on my way.

Don't even  remember exactly where either or which way I was travelng. Maybe a few times in Narita. Maybe a couple times in the USA. Certainly last month departing Bangkok.

Is it possible it was just your unlucky day that day?

Just that one time and statistically improbable to ever happen again for a long long time.

BTW- Relax, have a great and safe trip, and enjoy.

Tip generously, maybe find one to take care of,

    or take care of you.

  4. Actually on my first visit to TH I was on the lookout for any kind of boys under any kind of duress, as that

woud actually bother me greatly. So I don't disagree in the least with their objective if t is against

    trafficking people.

And while I said before that I think this has little to do with **homeland security* I think they are

overstepping their implied mission  as they really have little to actually do. Bob might have misunderstood my intent

to the previous post since I capitalized it as **Homeland Security,** the "organization" (using the term - organization-

    very loosely).

  5. As far as bring belligerent to them I am certain customs can make your return a living hell.

Dunno what **Homeland Security** can do (I am sure the same) generally I just would  give them

an amused condescending pathetic look and put them in their place- once forewarned.

Thanks for the warning- Minneapolis used to be my favorite place to go through.

    Hopefully not many more times.

    Wow the sheer stupidity.

Sounds exactly the same dumb questions customs always asks.

Getting stopped regularly on my return as my trip counter goes up.

Kinda funny- they will ask if you are traveling alone,

how many times. It's all in your passport/ticket info.

Just a standard question to help gauge the credibility of your next answers-

all while watching your reaction/body language.

They are inferiors thinking psychology is *real science.*

  6. back at it without him:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/0...n_5104904.html (and run out of town :) )

"Amanda Eccles said to KFOR-TV, “It’s just sickening. You know, it’s just innocent kids that lost lives and it’s sickening for them to even think that way.”

Though WBC reportedly had a permit to picket for half an hour beginning at 2:00 p.m., they stayed for a mere eight minutes before hastily getting into their cars and driving away when Moore residents began to cross the picket lines. Police intervened to separate the protestors and counter-protestors as the WBC rushed to leave.

The Westboro Baptist Church posted a Vine video afterwards which failed to mention their hasty departure:

“I thought it was hilarious. I mean I really did. We sat there and laughed the whole time,” Tina Johnson, a counter-protester, commented. “They were running, yeah.”

Dan Eccles told KFOR, “They shagged tail, got in them cars and was leaving in a hurry. Oh yeah, they was gone!”

Moore Police reported that no one was arrested or taken into custody after the incident. According to KOCO local news, the police said that despite the high amount of tension, the crowd remained "relatively respectful."
  7. bet you can hardly wait to come back through customs/immigration USA.

now almost automatically upon reentry- how many times have you been?

    follow the blue line.

upon entry to Thailand customs  see my polite happy smile and return it.

can just imagine how they might react if I was honest in my answer.

why do you travel there so much -

    "because I feel like it"

  8. this is kind of a follow up to "911 on Better Being Hospital in Bangkok"

    (mostly the second video response)

    http://www.gaythailand.com/forums/topic/9048-911-on-better-being-hospital-in-bangkok/

Found this video link on a different topic:

(but related to the electric stimulation - sorry not-sex-related)

    http://www.wzzm13.com/video/3446559711001/1/Researchers-buzz-the-brain-to-speed-up-learning

    with earlier studies here:

(rather lengthy, with pdf download llink)

    http://www.nature.com/news/2011/110413/full/472156a.html

    Just looked interesting.

  9. As with cruising ads everywhere, you have to wonder why they don't include stats of themselves.

Would including these stats make a reply more likely, or less likely?

Since they aren't included, what type of responder would this attract, if any?

    (Ooh, ooh - **69** posts  :yahoo: )

  10. Took great restraint not to call the hotel to have them  motorcy my info up the street to the bar up the street.

Kind of "up to Buddah" and he decided on the postcard delivery.

Couple weeks later and I am of the mind "why the hell he took me motorcycle looking at TukCom,

also phones, computers, and a glance  at the gold shop on the way past."

Just my email/facebook all year and I would be open game to help his 62 yo mother's fake

    operations/emergencies.

Sure had fun with his gorgeous bod and tipped him well for about 9 nights straight,

but still kinda miss him. And kinda glad all his friends know one farang that escaped his clutches,

    if only by dumb luck.
