  1. I hope your lungs turn out to be healthy; there was a tuberculosis scare in Pattaya before the pandemic, so it's a good thing you're having things looked at by a doctor.
  2. I don't know if anyone is taking anything too personally, but I can share a story that might show it works both ways. I once took a guy back to my hotel and was not very turned on by him. I lost my hard-on. It was embarrassing to me and I'm sure very insulting to him, but he still wanted some action and so pulled out his phone and started sharing some videos with me to help get me hard again. It was awkward but I thought since young people have grown up with smartphones and have lived their lives through their smartphones, maybe this is how many of them have sex. So we watched porn together while he caressed my cock until it stood erect again. He could have shown his disappointment when I lost my hard-on but instead came up with a solution, however awkward for me it may have been. And when I allowed myself to accept the situation, watching videos on his phone turned out to be a solution to better sex.
  3. It depends on whether you want an audience, which will definitely be riveted to your impromptu boylesque show. Allow me to reminisce. It was about 20 years ago, on a Monday night in DJ Station, and unlike any other night of the week, you could actually make your way through the entire club without having to push, squeeze or be turned into a turnstile. It was a thin crowd for DJ Station, and I remember wondering if I had made a mistake in going there. But right after I ordered a shot of tequila, I saw a cute 20-something coming down the stairs with a gaggle of friends. We locked eyes and flashed smiles. He came to me. We talked. We kind of shifted our bodies as though we were actually into the music we were trying to talk over. I quickly grew tired of shouting, figured we were both in DJ Station looking for exactly the same thing so invited him back to my hotel. He feigned a look of shock. I bought it. "I guess he doesn't want to leave his friends this early in the night," I thought, believing I had overplayed my hand. After a couple of beats, he replied with something that took me several seconds to understand: "I don't even know if you're a good kisser yet," he said, batting his eyelashes. As his friends and the rest of the club looked on, I wrapped my fingers around his head, gently rested my thumbs on his pretty cheeks, pulled his lips to mine and sent my tongue on a mission to win over his. I didn't give him time to catch his breath and he didn't seem to need any because his own tongue was answering every wick of my own. I can't tell you how long that kiss lasted. Thirty seconds? Five minutes? An entire DJ set? But when we drifted back to reality his friends were gone and I had passed his test. As you might imagine, back at my hotel he turned out to be a bossy bottom. But before we even got to intercourse, before we even got into the shower, he unzipped my pants and began worshiping my cock with his extraordinarily talented mouth. He brought me to the verge of climax several times before somehow divining how close to erupting I was and deciding to retest my kissing skills, my salty pre-cum residue on his tongue. The next time he made his way back to my raging hard-on, he didn't stop. I whispered, "If you don't stop that, I'm gonna cum in your mouth." He paused, looked concerned and again skipped a couple beats while measuring his rely: "Can you cum twice?" "Sure," I answered. "But it'll take a half hour or so -- or about the same time it'll take me to lick my cum off your tongue, then for both of us to shower." He gave me the cutest smile before going back to work, only wrapping his lips around my mushroom head and not much further down, lathering the most sensitive part of my cock with his saliva and sending endorphins throughout my body like I had just done a line of the most potent recreational drug known to mankind. I didn't last much longer, and when I began ejaculating, he began moaning louder than me, deep-throating every one of my 16 centimeters he had brought to throbbing anticipation. When we got out of the shower, that first ejaculation out of the way, our romp in the bed lasted two hours. He came three times before I came that promised second time in one of the most epic nights of sex in my life. So, um, yeh, the kissing test in public places works. In fact, if I'm ever asked in any bar to take someone back to my hotel, I might have to give the same reply. "But I don't even know if you are a good kisser yet."
  4. Nice report. Very happy to hear of the taxi solution. Do you know if Tarntawan still gives its guests vouchers to use the Clark Hatch Fitness Center and Pool in Soi Thaniya? If it does, I might have to make a reservation.
  5. So, um, is anyone watching the Netflix boys love series Young Royals? It's so much better than anything of this genre that Thai studios have put out. The two leads are super hot, cute teens (one of the actors is 22 in real life but looks younger than his onscreen lover). The production quality is up to Hollywood standards. The story is absolutely beautiful. It's also tender. It treats homosexuality as an accepted norm. Everyone is OK with it. The conflict is that one of the protagonists is the Swedish crown prince with an overbearing mother who expects her son to do his part to ensure an heir and protect the crown, regardless of the cost. The main characters' love first develops with a series of glances and smiles. It evolves into hands sneaking toward each other during a horror movie fright night party. Eventually the hands meet and a couple fingers overlap. The kissing scenes look like the actors are actually enjoying each other's lips and tongues. The facial expressions when the boys hold each other are adorable. When they go to bed, their hands are all over the other's body, even reaching beneath the waist band of one's undergarment. Really daring TV! Again, they make you believe they are really into each other's body. They are totally lost in their own ecstasy. Not only is their acting sublime, but every single cast member gives a phenomenal Emmy-worthy performance. I was absolutely convinced of the characters' villainy or warmheartedness. "That's who they really must be in real life," I kept thinking. And the script is flawless. Each 44-minute or so episode is storytelling perfection. And did I mention it's kind of sexy? Season 2 just started earlier this month.
  6. I'm sorry to hear the place hasn't really sprung back to life yet. But wiling away time at the beach doesn't sound too bad. Hopefully Bangkok has more to offer. BTW, what was your final impression of the Classroom?
  7. Oh my god what a nightmare thx 4 this photo!
  8. Thanks for this story. I really enjoyed reading it. I think I'm gonna miss Chinese gay tourists. I hope they're allowed to travel soon. As for your question, if you just wanna soak up the atmosphere for an hour or so I suggest arriving a little before 1 a.m. By then you won't have to worry about waiting in line. (There's actually a pretty thorough body check that slows things down when everyone arrives around the same time starting at about 10.) Plus, the place will be full by then, the crowd will be into one another and the music, and there will be plenty of excitement in the air to be swept away by. By the way, a lot of people start leaving around 2:30. If you do make it to one of these parties, walking back to Silom at 3 in the morning is for some reason SO MUCH FUN! It's a long walk, but I highly recommend the experience. You have an hour or so to trade notes -- Hey, remember that hot French guy who was hitting on you? -- then, when you turn the corner onto Silom, it's like a whole nother party has been waiting for you. I hope you have a great time!
  9. You know what? I sometimes think about this danger when I'm in DJ Station or G.O.D., but these big rave-type parties don't seem to be that kind of packed (though if I ever do make it to one again I'll definitely look around for the fire exits when I arrive). By the way, I received an email last night from the SK Party organizers. They're going to move next year's party back to a huge ball room on the 31st floor of Centara Grand, kind of behind Central World but part of the same complex. They used to hold the parties there until five or six years ago. It's a much larger hall, with higher ceilings and much bigger chill-out areas where everyone can mingle. Especially good for mingling is the balcony. Despite not having a spectacular view it does feel intoxicating to be outside that high up, enjoying a chat, having a smoke. Such a great feeling. Then there's all those Adonises waiting for you to join them inside. I had so many great nights with a Thai friend in this ball room. I miss him so much. Wanna go back. If only for old time's sake.
  10. Are you an idiot or just pretending to be one? If Bill Heineke has his way, every hotel would have no choice but to add these charges. Of course the hotels could charge more without a government mandate, though those that do would chase many of their customers to hotels not charging such a fee. By getting the government to mandate this tax, Heineke is ensuring he won't have to compete on price; all hotels would charge the fee, and the only choice tourists would have would be to go to another country.
  11. I have noticed. I spent the first two years sending money to family members and friends who lost their incomes. Yet no one is calling to socialize their losses with a special tax on a certain industry's customers. This is absolutely galling. Billionaire hotel chain owners do not socialize their profits in good times yet feel entitled to having the government help them socialize their losses in bad times.
  12. This is infuriating. Corporations now think they have the right to tax us. Fuck Bill Heinecke. I will never again stay at an Avani, Anantara or any other of his shitty hotels.
  13. There's no sex. In fact, there's not even any sexual tension. No one hitting on anyone else. And now that I think about it, that's kind of surprising. These parties attract tons of Chinese who all seem to show up in big groups of friends. There is some mingling between groups and some sharing of deets over WeChat. The majority of this crowd seems to be in their early 20s. They all have tight, gym-trained bodies. They all lose their shirts before they hit the main hall, which is tightly packed. Most of them wear ... what are they called? Halters? Holsters? They're leather or neon plastic straps laced around the pecs and shoulders. I first noticed them becoming a gay fashion trend about eight years ago. This Chinese crowd also snorts a lot of cocaine, right out in the open. Kind of flagrantly. I figure their fathers are high-up party officials and they're used to getting away with stuff. I think that, like me, they feel a sense of euphoric freedom at these parties but that their sense of euphoria is much more intense than mine. And there's always a contingent of Japanese bears. They form big long lines, with one grabbing and hugging a friend from behind until there's like 15 or more fat, sweaty Japanese dudes all holding on to one another as if for dear life and swaying from side to side. These swaying mountains of flesh are actually kind of a nuisance as the bears are big enough to knock you off balance if they sway into you and the human chains they form are long and impossible to get around. I'm convinced the Japanese bears are all on Molly because they look really, really happy! There are also fair-sized contingents from Thailand, of course, as well as from Singapore and other Asian countries. These groups also have tight, gym-trained bodies and are also shirtless but wearing those halter things. Finally there is a smattering of Westerners with their boyfriends or small groups of friends. Some of us take our shirts off and you can tell that maybe at one time many, many years ago we had tight, gym-trained bodies. Or maybe we never did and want to take off our shirts anyway. We're drunk and it feels good! There's just one huge floor with risers on either side set aside for guys who buy much more expensive "VIP" tickets. These guys all have great bodies and seem to buy the VIP tickets specifically to stand on those risers and show off their chiseled physiques. I know what you're thinking, and, yes, I do a lot of staring and drooling at these events -- and promising myself to get back into a serious gym routine. A lot of the DJs seem to play a similar genre of EDM. Some of the DJs really get the crowd moving, and their ability to do so is probably the best reason to go to these events. It's just fantastic to lose yourself in the music, in the euphoria, and become one with 10,000 other gay men. I love it! And there are no breaks. The music never stops. Elaborate, theatrical shows take place but they seem to start spontaneously. The DJ sets don't seem to be interrupted, they just segue from one to the other. There are also lines of muscle-bound go-go boys from all over Asia who occasionally parade along the stage, the center of which juts out into the crowd. But if you got bored at an SK party after one hour, I'm sure you won't like the White Party. It's basically the exact same thing, just maybe not as big or crowded. Now that I'm typing this I'm wondering what this year's party will be like with all the fine bodies from China confined to their home country? And that reminds me: My usual New Year's hotel, Sathorn Vista, is always packed with fine young gay Chinese guys, some of whom rent out the entire top floor and hold huge orgies every night. They're so huge the organizers have to station their own English-speaking doormen outside the hotel to manage the long line of horny youngsters waiting to get in. There are also very polite Chinese doormen stationed in the elevator lobby. I've never been invited up to one of these orgies, but I get a feeling I know exactly what's going on up there. Also, Sathorn Vista is an excellent place to stay if you go to Bangkok for the gay nightlife. Check it out! Hmm, apparently there is no word limit on this forum.
  14. These parties are my happy place. I don't think they're billed as men-only events, but they pretty much are. They are so god damn gay! And when you get 10,000 young gay men (plus one old motherfucker) together to let loose, well, it's a sense of freedom I've felt nowhere else ... except at the SK Parties. I can still go to the SK parties, but my boss has banned me from taking off over New Year's because I did so too many years in a row (specifically to go to the White Party) that my coworkers grew angry that they always had to give up their New Year's holidays. By the way, GCircuit, which puts on the SK parties during the Songkran holidays, has begun sending out emails about the upcoming event.

  16. I have several gripes with OnlyFans. First of all, it is very difficult if not impossible to search for the type of performers I want to watch. You pretty much have to know the performer's handle to find him. Generic searches for terms like "Thai twink" are exercises in frustration. I once saw on Twitter an OnlyFans clip of Max and Yos, two Youtubers I hadn't realized were also on OnlyFans, then went to OnlyFans to subscribe but couldn't find them. I tried all kind of combinations like "Max & Yos," "Max&Yos" and "Max and Yos." I had to go back to Twitter, do a search for Max and Yos, then look for the watermark that shows their handle in the ripped videos Chinese accounts were posting. Unfortunately, most of these Chinese accounts obscure the watermark, but I eventually found one. I believe the handle was MaxandYos. By the way, I'm certain many people on this board will love Max and Yos videos. Max is a big French Canadian with the most humungous cock I've ever seen. Yos, from Indonesia, is one of the most beautiful twinks I have ever seen, and he's a sexual dynamo. Their videos are some of the greatest gay porn ever made. Well worth the price of a subscription. Back to my rant. When I am able to find an attractive OnlyFans performer via Twitter or some other platform, there is no preview function on OnlyFans that allows me to see what kind of videos the performer posts. Does he only post jack-off videos? I once found a really attractive Cambodian model and subscribed only to find solo videos or videos where his girlfriend wanks him. What a waste of money. Another time on Twitter I came across a young Thai couple that posted a video of themselves jacking each other off on a public bus. Extremely hot! I subscribed only to find a bunch of videos that were cropped so tightly you could only see the genital area and the partner's hand. Another big waste of money. I like watching facial expressions and abs contracting when watching porn. I also really love watching the body language of bottoms when they're getting fucked so well that they slip into a state of ecstasy. Sometimes I like watching kinky stuff like songing but I'm not interested at all in a pair of hairy balls slapping against a pimply ass. With too many OnlyFans accounts, however, all I get is hairy balls when what I really want to see is a hot, tight Asian body being fucked into euphoria. And that's another problem with OnlyFans: A lot of people posting on the site are not professional porn actors and don't want to be associated with their OnlyFans accounts. As a result they do not show their faces and in many cases don't even show their bodies. A similar gripe is that many OnlyFans actors film themselves simply by putting their phones on a tripod. This results in one static angle not at all conducive to fully showing the action on the bed. If I knew any of these actors I would offer my videography skills for free. Finally, OnlyFans is super expensive. $10 a month for one account doesn't sound so bad, but you're getting no variety for that fee and pretty soon even Max and Yos get a bit stale. When your subscription lapses, you can't watch anything you feel like you've already paid for. For this reason I prefer sites like mensrush.tv, where you pay more up front for each video but maintain access to that video in perpetuity.
  17. Phuket is wonderful if you have a PADI diving license or want to get one, or if you like other water sports and sightseeing by boat. However, it is not a gay destination.
  18. I've stayed there before, met a guy at DJ Station, brought him back to the hotel and walked straight to the elevators. No one batted an eye, though we did stand out. All the other couples in the elevator were straight -- Middle Eastern dudes with Thai ladies.
  19. Very helpful discussion, it piqued my interest in The Raya Surawong, so I checked it out on Tripadvisor. One of the reviews has this to say about the after-midnight entrance: "The doors to the main entrance will be locked at midnight, and the lift at their car park shall be used instead for entering or exiting the property. There was a security officer near the alternative entrance, who was there to stare at me with a very indifferent look when I was waiting to collect my food from my Grab rider. He even stood next to me and stared while I waited for the lift afterwards, so that was really awkward." Has anyone else encountered such a security guard?
  20. I can't tell you how many bad experiences I've had at this resort, from a rude receptionist to an ant infestation, from hard, uncomfortable mattresses to being unable to get a baht bus in either direction because all of them, whether they're on their way to Jomtien or Pattaya, are full. It's an awful place in the middle of nowheresville. But it does have a nice pool if you wanna hang out all by yourself.
  21. Nothing's wrong with Klook, but the price for its fast-track service was given in Japanese yen, ¥5,000 to be specific, and that seemed high. It turns out it was only a tad higher than the Bangkok Airport Limousine fast-track service. Maybe I'll use Klook next time.
  22. Thank you! This Bangkok Airport Limousine fast-track service is the one I used several years ago. From what I remember, the lines were really short that time, and I didn't really save much time at all. But it was a nice insurance policy to have. Oh, and it's much, much cheaper than the service in your first link!
  23. If I remember correctly, the first several times I came to Bangkok, the closing time along Silom Soi 4 and Soi 2 was 4 a.m. It used to feel so wonderful moving from a dark nightclub somewhere in the vicinity to an outside table next to a still-open bar on Soi 4, and let the rays of a warm morning sun penetrate and punctuate an intoxicating night out on the town. Those kinds of experiences might be in the cards again.
