OK. I returned to Black and White last night prepared to play. I ended up going to a nearby hostel (30 euros) with two boys -- yes TWO -- both Romanian (50 euro each). I was there briefly tonight around 12:30 am. Few boys and fewer customers. One boy told me there is a stage show at 2 am and the place closes at 5am. It was a cool party, though not risque. Lots of porn starts socializing, snapping pics, dancing.
