Indeed, the stock market and crypto currencies are making a lot of people very happy.
I have been in early retirement and traveling around for sometime(until Covid started), while keep my house in the U.S. as my home base. But I am seriously thinking about getting a condo instead. It's much easier to just lock up a condo and leave. Plus, I wouldn't want to maintain a house in my older age even when I quit traveling. But that's just me.

Yes, sauna cost R100 per 40 minute session, but you need to add the entrance fee and the room charge. The total is close to R200. But the rooms at sauna are usually not nice (compare to a hotel room). The plus side with sauna is you see the guy in person before you decide if you want him, as opposed to online photos.

Just a suggestion, but instead of staying the entire 90 days at once, you'd be better off staying a few days less just in case of an emergency. In the event that something unforeseen comes up and you have to overstay your visa even by 1 day, you might have a very big problem entering the country again.

My first time was 2 weeks in Rio last month. This is my 2nd time now, also 2 weeks: one week in SP, one week Rio.
I plan to come back in June for a month and join my Brazilian friends in the gay pride parade in SP. Next winter, I plan to stay the whole max 90 days visa allowance per visit. I will be happy to escape the cold winter in the states.
I really should learn Portuguese.
