  1. >> It looks like your site is up >>and running and doing OK. > >Thanks, Oz, and we wish you the best too! > >Hitting the Alexa top 100,000 before even opening for business >was quite a surprise. But we like it. ;-) Lesson 1: Don't rely on Alexa rankings, It is of no value. It is a determination of only people who use the Alexa toolbar. It excludes all Mac users. Example, if I, only one person, put the toolbar on my IE window and I go to the site 150 times a day to check things, Alexa registers that and I can easily move up in the rankings very fast. Alexa is often something used by marketers to show their site is of more value that it is actually worth. Those of us who have been in the business for a long time don't rely on it. Just a suggestion.
  2. >They could have kept the business going by signing the ISP >contract. They chose to kill it instead. Deej, either you are tremendously naive or you have been egregiously misled. In either case, I wish you the best on your new business enterprise. It looks like your site is up and running and doing OK.
  3. Even been to Ipanema Beach?

Happy Endings = often equal a smile at the end of a session brought on by a sexual act, often masterbation or as they say in Thailand Jack WOW. I have always enjoyed B and N Massage. Their address is on our database here. They have a full house of great guys and I have always found someone I liked there. Thanks for the other suggestions,. I have not been to those places and will give them a try.
  5. Thank you for the excellent report on Chiang Mai. I also think that PJ'S Place is simply amazing. The staff are great and the complex was built with high standards. Peter also cooks a mean breakfast. Thanks for the great report!
  6. >I’m sorry, I’m feeling a bit feklempt right now. Until later, >the new me, for you all……. > >http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y273/chgo/hairspray-3.jpg LOL I love the new dress. So colorful and vivid. As always, the mouth open wide for one reason or another.
  7. I think this is an interesting topic. I would like to know more. Where can I find those South American gang bangers?
  8. I am too Gaybutton. The site only works for me with Proxy. I am happy that Spike was able to get the site back live. I hope all is well with him and that whatever happened is now resolved. Best of luck Sawatdee!
  9. >Finally, lest there be any confusion, I sincerely wish success >in the new venture to daddy and to you if you are a player in >the venture. However, when people speak of the Temple Whores >they invite closer inspection of the Temple Virgins. TY, I think you summed up my feelings better than I could have done. Thank you. If anyone cannot put 2 and 2 together to get 4 after reading your post, they will never be able to figure it out. Lucky wrote in another thread: Just today a poster dredged up the old Hooboy/Foxy issues and in the process baited the moderator of another site, who, of course, immediately took the bait. Yet I have no doubt that this poster also wants to see a message center that doesn't dwell on the past or disparage others. Just because we get caught up in that doesn't mean we wouldn't like to see it end. I don't know if I was baited into my initial post or not. However, Lucky is right in that I would like to leave the past in the past. That being said, I will try my hardest not to bring up many of the issues raised in this thread. Some things needed to be said and they have been said in this thread. For those not in the know, I don't know how to make things clearer so it is best I just learn to keep some things to myself. I am not sure if Deej baited me or I baited him. In either case, we both should have just kept swimming.
  10. "Gee, Pattaya's Barbara Hutton got stiffed of a couple hundred baht and gets his pink knickers all in a twist." First, how did you know my knickers were pink? Do I know you? "But you can't pick and choose the principles you want upheld;" Of course I can. "The harem of five, the expensive toys, allowing your bf to off three of his friends from the same bar in one night," Five is not the actual number. And, I did allow my bf to off three of his friends. He had fun and then they all came back to my place and laughed at my pink knickers. "you have established yourself as someone who revels in access" Actually, I hate anyone having access to me. Perhaps you meant excess? "It wasn't too long ago that you took off in a huff, all disenchanted with Shitsville and swearing never to come back." You must have been smoking something when you read my post dear. I never said I would never come back. I think I said, a few days, weeks or months. It must be that memory thing getting to you again. "Don't you think your boys talk about you - the tricks they've played on you? " hehe. I hope so. Would it be any fun for them if they didn't? I do appreciate your interest in me. Really, I do. Perhaps since I bring you so much entertainment, you could buy me a cheeseburger at Niddys? That is about the closest access I give at the moment. I hope the meal would not be to excesive for you.

    Re: Topman

LOL. I don't choke. I lost my gag reflex years ago. I can't remember the name of my date last night. I should have known you would know both names and numbers. If only I had your memory skills.
  12. That has happened to me on several occassions. However, we had spent 600 bath on drinks in the bar and it was not the drink charge. It was the greed charge.
  13. I received the following letter to a personal e-mail account. As I did not recognize the sender, I thougth it must have been meant for the public as it was not a private message. ------------------------------------------- As Deej suggested on Hoo’s site, I googled Hooboy. It was said that Oz had a link to MER as a paid advertisement. When I went there, I found there was not any ad but I did find the site called Hooboy. I clicked the link and guess where it took me? To a site called Hooboy.com the Male Escort Review with only links to this site. I find it repulsive that Hooboy.com is linked to your site and that there are those that violate standards of common decency. I am not sure if you own the site now or if is just renting it as you tried to do with m4m. The fact remains that Daddy is the one who is left with the Hooboy brand and legacy. He is the one carrying the touch that will keep the name going. This pathetic attempt to infringe upon that brand is despicable. Signed, (name withheld) Dear NoName, Thanks for the letter. I do appreciate it. Often in life people have brain farts and that is easily an excuse for one to not know the difference between his ass and a hole in the ground. It is sometimes required that others point out this difference for them as it is obvious to others. Yes, we own the name hooboy.com. Yes, we have had google keywords on most escort related domain names. Frankly, I did not even think about the domain name for hooboy.com until Deej pointed it out to me. It never crossed my mind. When we placed the ads on google for MER, we asked google to select all relevant keywords. They did and we approved them. Hooboy was only one of several hundred that we used. When Deej pointed out to me that this was a popular keyword, I did some research and found out that he was right. I then bought the domain name from the previous owner. I want to thank Deej for pointing this out to me. I know he wants us to succeed and we appreciate any help and advice that any one has. As far as the name hooboy is concerned, it does not belong to Daddy. It does not belong to me. It belongs to the public. HooBoy did not 'will' to Daddy his name or its use or even bestow an unofficial blessing on Daddy for the name or the site. HooBoy's family did NOT license or sell or bless the site and/or name over to Daddy. Else, could anyone believe that Daddy would NOT be using it and enforcing exclusivity? Those who knew HooBoy KNOW WELL that his intent was to share the site with, and ultimately pass the site on to Foxy. That did not happen. Put bluntly, nobody owns the HooBoy name or legacy. Daddy worked for over a year publishing reviews on the HooBoy site. He earned the copyright to those reviews. He has the right to take them wherever he desires. He did not earn the HooBoy name or site or the message center or the archived reviews. If you feel otherwise then direct your outrage to Hooboy's Family. They chose not to recognize any such claim. He did not acquire the name or site or the use rights from the Family/Estate. Most importantly, HooBoy made contrary intentions known when he was alive. I like that Deej stated that sites should create their own site and build their own brand. I wish all would do this. Perhaps Deej should look very close to home before pointing any fingers. As the saying goes, people who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Noname, it seems that your outrage and repulsion is less directed at your 'presumed' rape of HooBoy's name and legacy than it is directed to competition to the unauthorized defacto status quo. The status quo resulting from the impasse between HooBoy’s family and Daddy, regarding the disposition of the legacy, brought on by HooBoy’s untimely passing. If your concern is really HooBoy's legacy then your outrage should be directed at that impasse and the subsequent actions by those involved. Anyway, NoName, I appreciate your letter and hope this helps you to understand things a bit better. Oz

ROFL Well, I guess we learned a great deal about Freud and LMTU in that one statemenet didn't we? Personally, if I would looking at sitting on the tools, I would check out Crazy Dragon. There is a sexy guy in there with one that should be registered as armed and dangerous.
  15. >It's been said in many ways... but regrets are more often for >things NOT done, than things done. Thanks for reminding us of >that. I totally agree. As you know me very well, you know I do tend to jump into things fast and without too much thinking. Here I was with a beautiful Laotian boy that I adore. He is amazing sex and a great companion and speaks perfect English. He is a real catch. But, when I saw what was walking down the street I knew I could not wait as I knew that if I did, I may not ever see him again. That I would have regretted. I don't know how things will end up. He is still with me today. Luckily, the Laotian boy did not get upset. On the contrary, he told the boy what a great guy I was and that he should take good care of me and the treatment would be returned 10fold. I am not sure how well he took the Laotian boy's advice as he is not taking great care of me. But, damm, when the TV is on and he is watching it. I am watching him. No regrets on my part. As for Vincent, I hear that Barcelona has many boy named Vincent. If you are not stuck on the French Canadian name, perhaps a Vincent of another culture will also peak your interest.
  16. I've been to Niddy's. I liked Niddy. I didn't care for the cheeseburger. But, I am not sure if it was the taste or the pissy nature of waiting so long for it. I did test the place early on and need to give it another try. I think Chris takes the LMTU approach to advertising. Just keep em talking and the business will flow. jk Chris. I do think you have a nice place and I enjoyed meeting you and your boyfriend. I do not mind at all your posts here. But, you do bring the criticism on yourself by your declarations. I know as GayThailand is the ONLY source for Gay Thailand information. Or, so we say. We are not the only source and you don't have the best cheeseburger. But, to each his own. For me, the best cheeseburger in Pattaya is made in my backyard. It is not up for sale so you will have to take me at my word. But, remember, I also like em big and tasty right off the grill. I also like my boys big and tasty and right off the farm. jk
  17. >I fucked more than 20 married men when I was in High >School...does that make them gay? YES
  18. I went to a bar last night and was overcharged for a drink. It got a little under my skin so I asked the mamasan what the price for drinks and offs were. My boyfriend has 3 friends that work in the bar and he took them off the night before and out on the town. They charged 300 baht for off fee but it was supposed to be 250. I asked about this and was told that times were slow and not many customers. I explained that overcharging makes someone not want to go to that bar and I would not go there if the prices were not consistent. I know that the off fee for Dream Boys in Bangkok is 400. This bar has my favorite mamasan in Thailand. I have never been led astray by her. I know she has an agenda when she sees me as I always buy here a few drinks and I tip very well. But, in return, she makes sure I go home at the end of the night with the guy that is right for me. Once I took a guy from there that did not work out. The next night she asked me about it and I said it was not good. She gave me a free drink and a free off. Sundance in Pattaya is 200 bath. This is the one place that I have never had try to screw me for drinks or off fees or the like. The owner is quiet but nice. The boys are friendly. The mamasan is sweet and personable. I have never had a wrong tab in this bar. It is now managed by the guys who ran Kaos before and when they were at Kaos, they were also very reliable. I try to get in there every few night for a drink but Jomptien has take over the back row. Dynamite in Boyztown is another place that gets it right every time. I do think the mamasan there is the best that Pattaya has to offer. He is always on top of things and knows every boy that works for him better than any other mamasan in Pattaya. What other off fees do you encounter? Do you see different prices for different times of the year?
  19. FYI Marc Anthony, his name was not Vincent. However, I did meet a guy named Vinny yesterday. He was retired military and came from NYC. I don't think he was your type but I told him about Montreal and he is interested in the Black and Blue. Shall I give him your number? Barry, you are right. Adam, the steps have started. Last night was my first overnight with him. He was fantastic and wonderful. It is not often I let someone sleep over and he blended right into the home. His body sank into the mattress like it was the missing piece to make the bed perfect. He didn't snore which is a good thing. We had our first English lesson last night. He is a quick learner. I am not sure what good it is for him to know Anatomy 101 but it was nice to listen to his voice say all the body parts. When I got to dick, he said, "big cock." At least he knew he was given a blessing. I wondered if I was being hustled. We played pool last night at a local bar. He seemed to know everyone there. We played 4 games and I won all four. I asked if he wanted to play for 20 baht and he said OK. He broke and got every ball in and won the game. My eyebrows uplifted and I wondered if I was being set up. Excitement in the air. My friends know me well and told me last night to learn from mistakes of the past. "Don't spoil him," they all said. I looked at his smile and said, "I have too. He is just too damm sexy not to spoil a little bit." "Take it easy," they warned. "Not my style." I said. With those words in mind, I told him I would take him shopping today. I will try to heed the advice of those wiser than me. But, in the end, I can't wait to get him some clothes that fit his personality. One thing I learned ages ago when shopping with boys is that you must let them take the lead and go where they want to go and get what they want to get. I do not give my opinions very much. OK. Well, perhaps I do point them in the direction I would like to see them in. But, I let them take it from there. All joking aside, the feeling that someone special can bring to any of us is worth its weight in gold. When you feel happy bubbles inside when you first gaze at someone for the night or when you see him soundly sleeping next to you is not something many in the world can experience. I have been lucky enough to have this feeling many times. And, while the heart may tell me that I would go to the ends of the earth for a guy I barely know, my mind tells me where I need to draw the line. My mind has been entering the equation more and more over the years. It is often thanks to the stories from my friends and from the stories from Hooboy's site and others. We all have common dreams and desires. Some are easier filled than others. I don't know if this guy is the fulfillment of one of those for me or just a brief respite on my journey to find the right one. In any case, if I only had today, I certainly had a great smile last night and this morning. How easy it is for some of us to find pleasure in the simple touch of a beautiful man. BTW: For those interested, he is a twink. But, not your average ordinary twink. He is a Thai kick boxer. Firm body, large thick legs and chest. He body is as strong as a tree trunk. He has the look of a bad boy from East LA. Yes, the touch and the sweetness make the obvious oblivious.
  20. >Resorts can be almost as dreadful as cruises. I really love cruises. I have a great time on them. My problem is that the access to the Internet is so expensive that I cannot enjoy myself. A few years back, I took a few NYC boys on a cruise to the Caribbean. We had a blast. The cruise was a great bargain. Our liquor tab at the end was 5 times the cost of the cruise. That speaks wonders for the bargain (or about the guys I was traveling with.) >(Also, nice nuance in your comment on RH. "The satirist >shoots to kill while the humorist brings his prey back alive >and eventually releases him again for another chance." -- >Peter de Vries) LOL I am not part of the NRA and have no guns in my current residence.
  21. Welcome to the boards Icon. I spoke to many here about her. The news about this was shot into the media spotlight. The one thing that most have said is that the government is going to tighten up on the laws for hiring teachers. I think this is a very good thing. But, I thought that since most of the schools that hire teachers require a working visa that they would at least do a check on their employees. I spoke to several teachers here and they said that was not true if the teacher is being hired to teach English. Anyway, I am not sure this is the guy, but perhaps it will bring attention back to the case and help get it solved.
  22. When I saw you I fell in love, and you smiled because you knew. -- William Shakespeare Last night I was sitting having dinner with a friend in Thailand. I had a guy from Laos that I have known for a long time with me. He is 23 years old and has traveled with me in the past. He often says he is my mamasan instead of my boyfriend. I still love to play with him but he knows that my attention drifts quickly. As we were having dinner, in front of the restaurant walked a beauty like I have not seen in ages. My eyes wandered and the conversation at the table became only a whisper in my mind. He noticed that I was staring at him and he decided to smile. I returned that smile with an even larger one and a wink. He returned the wink with a stop in his tracks, turn around and come to say hello to me. As he walked near, his smile increased. The eyes never left mine. We spoke. Well, not really spoke too well but we tried to communicate. He has just come to my city that day. He was walking into the area to see what was there. He said to my friend, "I think I have found what I was looking for." We invited him to eat with us and go out on the town. He did. He then returned to my house for a late night swim and a Heineken in the moonlight. I know not the same as Champaign but that is all I had. The sex was simply amazing. I was almost taken to a place I had not been in years. There was no penetration and it was mostly sweet kisses and hard hands. Sugar mixed with spice always feels right. :9 :9 We showered and I gave him my number. I went to sleep more content than in years. I wondered if he would ever call. I wondered if I would get to see him again. I wondered if he was the one meant to be the one. I have wondered these things in the past. Many come true and many don't. But, the excitement of it all is what makes the Land of Smiles so amazing!
  23. NEW DELHI (Reuters) - An Indian businessman born with two penises wants one of them removed surgically as he wants to marry and lead a normal sexual life, a newspaper report said Saturday. The 24-year-old man from the northern state of Uttar Pradesh admitted himself to a New Delhi hospital this week with an extremely rare medical condition called penile duplication or diphallus, the Times of India said. "Two fully functional penes is unheard of even in medical literature. In the more common form of diphallus, one organ is rudimentary," the newspaper quoted a surgeon as saying. The surgery was expected to be challenging as both organs were well-formed and full blood supply to the retained penis had to be ensured to allow it to function normally, he added. The newspaper did not disclose the identity of the man or the hospital to protect the patient's privacy. There are about 100 such reported cases of diphallus around the world and it is known to occur among one in 5.5 million men, the newspaper said. It is caused by the failure of the mesodermal bands in the embryo to fuse properly. The mesodermal bands are one of three primary layers of the embryo from which several body parts are formed. http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060819/od_nm/india_operation_dc
  24. Actually, I started that sentence with APARENTLY. apparently - as far as one knows or can see
  25. >Envy Rockhard for his Starwood vacation? I think not. Perhaps the vacation was a much needed rest. Or, perhaps he has a large work product (project) that he needed to take care of. Though, knowing his moniker, he may just be part of the next season of The Apprentice. I would envy him if he were on an African Safari (a dream for me). But, I have never been much of a resort kind of guy.
