While I'm not connoisseur of fine accommodation of 5 star type you may consider my opinion informed because on my last 3 trips I stay in all three hotels in that fabulous , gate to heaven , soi. Jun -2016 - Ambiance, Dec -2016 -Copa and Sept -2017-New Cafe Royal as former Le Cafe Royale is now called. In all cases in the room step or two above the cheapest one ,Standard or whatever they call it . Never stay in most expensive Penthouse or Suite or whatever the name for top floor rooms they use. As for food staying one one doesn't stop you from having breakfast or other meal in another one unless breakfast is included in the room rate. In fact in December at Copa which is not providing breakfast, one could order breakfast in the room prepared at Ambiance at the same cost it'd cost in their restaurant /170-190 if I recall correctly /. Speaking about rooms I found them similarly furnished and appointed , A/C and safety boxes working perfectly and maintained daily, with coffee / tea making facilities. I did not have any issues with noise but it may depend on the room more than on hotel as all of them are sitting on top of the show bar and also have masseurs on duty / yes , that's new at Cafe Royal /. Only faults I can name: at Ambiance , maze like corridors at Copa , no breakfast on the site at Cafe , sliding door to the toilet, not as good for privacy as regular ones all three - whole soi, including boy you offed last night , will see who is your companion for tonight but I doubt it causes more sensation than another car passing by on 2nd road. but those are minor issues , easily overlooked. My advice for myself for next trip everybody can utilize : compare prizes and go for the best deal like breakfast for 2 included or toss the coin if can't decide, you will not go wrong

With 800 off fee for the show boys BBB is most expensive in whole country even leaving Dreamboys in the dust /with their 650 or as somebody recently reported 700/. fact is that regular off fee is still 500 at BBB and boy drink at 450 while shocking for Pattaya fits somewhat with 400-500 of Bangkok ones. But wait - which bar is pulling greatest crowds ? Not Sunee bars their 100 baht drinks but BBB with 280. This seems to support theory that winning bar is one where is fun to be and price is just secondary. To cheer price conscious crowd there's no shortage of bars with cheap drinks and nice boys /Nice Boys itself among others/ and is still easy land 1000 ST, 1500 LT if one knows where to look for it and it;s not prone to be star struck. One of my nicest surprises last trip was selection at Super A, not my types but still quite a few very acceptable. To chip into inflation debate in my opinion tips are not even keeping with food price inflation, in 1000/2000 days street meal was available everywhere for 30 baht , now it's 50-60. But there's one unheralded Thai advantage - dental care costs are only fraction of what uninsured will pay at home in most Western countries and prescription drug I pay 40 $ at home I bought for 11 $ without prescription in the airport pharmacy.

I even think that this makes sense , after all we got a boy from estabilishment , not from street somewhere. buy won't be fired but they may make him paying imputed off fee out of hos tip. They may become less attractive for some but rarer species for those who look for them thus commanding better rate. In short , I think all of Super A boys will go for 1000 ST while very few if any of Jupiter or Tawan ones will. 3. Keep in mind that boy of your dream boy may be busy during day / work , home chores, needs to go to the gym or simply needs to sleep because his last off was long time / and for the same reasons may not be available after hours, the same like all of us working folks doing our best 9-5 but not keen on overtimes.
