Maybe the rents there are higher now in sunee or maybe the owners are not renting them out anymore ,who knows? Maybe new future development I shouldn't change the topic but does anyone know why the gay bars are not leasing out shops in sunee anymore?

Last time taking boys from sunee Plaza I was forced to take 2 motor bike taxis to my jomtien hotel agate ,of course now I can order a grab or bolt ...but I'm thinking of staying a few nights around that area ,Sunee , rather than travel in & out from jomtien. So I see on the booking sites the Marina hotel is still going on sunee Plaza ,it was a old dive when I saw it how is it now? I guess the closest decent gay hotels would be the Mosaik apartments ,is that still going ? I think the baan dok mai ended up closing All the gay hotels back then were thriving , I think I once stated in one called the elephant hotel I wonder why sunee Plaza died out ,anyway that's another story ,my topic is about decent hotels close by ! I think last time I stayed at the Mosaik was like 2015,I used to love the cafe opposite on the corner , Pakistan guy who was with his Thai family,he used to build train sets showed me his collection, couldn't get away from him,he was intrigued by Abraham Lincoln 😂 He was a nice guy just don't talk about American railway history with him 😂

Watching the Dw world news this morning, terrible stuff about the murder of a American girl in a Castle Disney in Germany Think I might not visit there they seem to have a high crime rate . A workmate went to Munich last year for a week and said he was accosted on the railway tunnels by Middle eastern refugees Doesn't sound nice

Bangkok or Pattaya?

I'm wondering why gay areas in Pattaya don't have many ladyboys working ,unlike the straight areas where I noticed on another straight Pattaya forum they were all complaining the ladyboys are working or mixing in with the girls in the girlie bars ! Don't we as mature aged gay men go for ladyboys ,it seems not xwe aren't their customer base it seems

I was just on Grinder in my own country,have the full subscription so logged into Bangkok area ready for my upcoming trip I saw a African guy so messaged him for a price . (Bangkok) He replied 4,000 baht for 1 hour ! Now that's a lot actually western price . The only time I have ever paid that and more was in Cambodia for a straight guy . Have you or do you pay over this amount and for what reason. Obviously in Pattaya where im a regular visitor 1000 B is the norm But....ok it's a African guy I know
