It used to be possible in the toilets in Silom Center, but there is always a cleaning person there now. I used to try it in the 90s, because in Tokyo where I was living, that was the easiest way to meet people, but never had any luck in BKK. If you want to try it, it still happens in Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, but if you’re older and not hung, it’s basically a waste of time. Here’s how it works though. You have to be in a cruisy toilet. Just any old restroom won’t do. Stand at the urinal and play with your dick. If the guy next to you is interested, he’ll do the same. Sometimes people just jerk off at the urinal.
