Newscene - really enjoying your reporting and so glad you are are having an enjoyable break in Bangkok with plenty of interesting activity. In a gay bar the normal terminology for paying to take a guy out of the bar is to “off” the guy which is the equivalent of to ”barfine” a girl. Effectively this is a payment to take the guy OFF the premises hence the use of the word as a verb to “off”. I noticed throughout your report you use the expression “offer” instead of “off” as in the example below. Please keep the reports coming - love reading them and hope to find you have been successful in offing (not offering) more guys for fun as your holiday progresses.

Earlier in the year after your first visit to Mexico, you were thinking you were going to have to end your relationship with Burboy after your Songkran trip and that in future you would be concentrating on Mexico. Now from this post we see Burboy being named as your BF (I recall your BF was previously back home in USA). Also from another post, I see you are to be back in Bangkok again shortly and taking up your usual bar seat on Soi Twilight. This looks like great and exciting news. Sounds like the love, attention and allure of Burboy has lead to a change of heart and that the amazing Burboy (who from your posts is damn close in both looks and character to being Mr Perfect) has won your heart. If that's right, so happy for you both. I and I'm sure other board members would love an update on your activities when you have a moment.

A thread has appeared in the GAY THAILAND section which refers to travel to Taipei and includes a link to a well written post from another board. Very clearly this has been posted in the wrong section of this forum and one member has suggested it is relocated to GAY ASIA. This has resulted in a ridiculous and tedious war between a couple of undignified posters. There is a section in GAY ASIA titled Gay-China-Taiwan-Hong-Kong-Macau which is clearly the appropriate place for this thread or perhaps a new dedicated TAIWAN section could be added within GAY ASIA.. Having the thread in GAY THAILAND is akin to finding a guide book on London under the France section is a travel bookshop which is clearly a nonsense. May I respectfully suggest that the moderator / owner of this excellent board moves the thread to the correct location. This board is an excellent travel resource but is is important that threads are filed / posted in the right location so people can easily locate them when planning a trip.

I saw Wit for a chat on Saturday evening. He was in good spirits but frustrated at not being able to work due to the bloody knee and was walking with quite a limp. Indeed it was an accident on his motorbike. He hoped to be working again by Monday. Glad you gave him a little help from Western Union. I bought him a drink and gave him a small tip too. Given that Moses specifically described, the sex with three of the 5 guys as "raw", I thought he was specifying that he had barebacked with them which quite shocked me. They did when I was there.......but only out of hours - not when working. Take them to a bar or club or for a bite to eat and get to know them first. Lovely guys.

A&P (Arthur & Paul) is a great place to stay. Lots of fun to be had with the massage guys (Walter & Guru in particular but Lennie was a dud) and the cute bartender after closing time.
