The main place is a place on the corner of Infanta and Calle 23 (La Rampa) called Bim Bom...in Vedado. is technically an ice cream place.... but is the meeting place for most of Havana's gays... really gay and gay for pay.

The hustlers used to be "honorable", was like a job to them. Now they try to rob people, not perform, constantly demanding things.... they think EVERY foreigner is rich and doesn't work for their money...so why should they...the list goes on.

True.  The last round of airline mergers should not have been allowed under Sherman Anti-Trust laws.  I was a loyal Continental customer (and 1 million miler) before they merged with United.  For years you could tell the difference between the Continental and United Flight attendants.  They were kept separate for years.  The United Flight Attendants were always ruder and less customer service orientated.  The lack of competition affects fares and the level of customer service.  Quite possibly, layers of middle management that have been cut to increase profits without giving authority to make decisions at lower levels (Gate Agents) contributed to this fiasco.
Don't get me wrong, I'm in favor of profits.  But companies must balance customer service with profits.

If you go def do the Jose Cuervo express train tour, was amazing and prob the only reason I'd head back to GDL...but find someone to go with on that tour, is what made it fun too....
 
Monterrey is a cool city with lots of options too for gay life , but just for a long weekend type of trip.

Short answer is No!  I loved Corujinhas!!  My friends and I in those days stayed in Copacabana a couole bocks from there and we took guys back every night!  Now with 3 - 5 guys staying at apt in Ipanema i have bypassed the need for the hustler bars in Rio and the guys much prefer a regular restaurant to go to in the evenings!

I agree with most of what you said except cost of boys in Pattaya are not that dissimilar when you factor in all the costs and there is a much better App Boys where the cost is again similar to what you will pay in Brazil after you factor in Sauna fees, room fees etc etc etc.

I'm in infrequent poster here, usually only check in when I know I'll be heading this way to see if anything has changed.

PROS Thailand: More guys speak some basic English, accommodations cheaper, transportation cheaper, food cheaper,                                          AMAZING massages, more places & options...disco, go-go, massage, sauna, host bars, safer late night, drinks                              are more $$$, long flights are good for airline mileage status.
 
PROS BRASIL: BIG cocks (I've become a size queen admittedly) , AMAZING sex 99.999% of the time, rates are cheaper for                                  programmas, Churrascarias .....
 
 
I have fun in both places.....drink more in Thailand, better sex in Brasil. Guys in Thailand view foreigners more as an ATM, in Brasil they see us as customer or a friend. MANY westerners live in Thailand and are almost cult like about Thailand and many different nationalities......many not friendly at all.

Yes, I believe is valid, I have used Bookings.com in the past (not in Brazil) and it was a good experience. Is important to notice that often the booking sites have a better deal than going to the hotel website, or even calling them directly, despite the fact that obviously the hotels have to compensate the agencies.
