I never ever accept a "by the hour business". We define a session and then agree on a session price. 

This is the current rate in Paris for really good looking guys. Funny thing, I chatted today with a Brazilian I met many times in Rio Sauna (I met him first time in 2017 and he is more a friend now). He is very good looking, with a muscular body. He is gold on rentmen. He has a very nice personnality and now speaks some English. 
I tried to meet him in Paris, but it was extremely difficult since he was extremely busy. We were to meet yesterday for lunch but he had to cancel since he spent the nite with a client. He proposed to delay to 2 pm, but making clear that he had another appointment at 3 pm. I proposed to meet after his appointment, but he said that he had another appointment at 6 pm and then went to spend the nite with a customer ... 
He charged 200 Euros for outcalls and 150 Euros at his place. For outcalls, he did not accept to take the metro but asked to be picked up and taken back by taxi ... 
If he were less successfull and somehow struggling to have business, he might accept lower prices. It is really an offer and demand situation of a given boy. 
In the past, after his first trip to Europe, he made it clear to me that he would not accept in Brazil the local Brazilian prices but some intermediate price between European and Brazilian prices ...

There is also one in Sao Paulo. I discovered it during my last trip. It is basically a large bar with a stage and an even larger backŕoom. In the backroom, there is a pitch dark darkroom with lot of action. Far too dark for me ! Impossible to see any action. Even moving is difficult since there is absolutely no light .... 
Most of patrons are daddies, Tom of Finland types, aged between 30 and 60.
The day I went there, there were 2 interactive boys whom I considered sexy (the same who will be performing this coming saturday). I was wondering how interactive they were ... They were quite a lot, even proactive, inviting customers  to come and cuddle, kiss or suck them or even sucking customers on the stage. Great experience that day thanks to the sex appeal of the interactive boys. Most of the time, though, their models are not appealing to me. 
Might be worth a repeat in the future.

Yesterday, a friend of mine, a regular in Pointe, was charged 2 bottles of whisky for 900 BRL. He did not drink any whisky ... the barman came and accepted that it was maybe an error ... then my friend realized that he had been charged for 3 rooms when he actually only used 2 ... the  barman was still at reception when my own bill appeared on the screen and he said : "I forgot the Heineken you had !" I made fun of him asking him how he could remember what the various customers had drunk and claimed that I did not drink any beer. They accepted to remove the item. Last time I went there, they tried to charge me a room on a free cabin night since I had spend 3 minutes more in the room ie 33 minutes instead of 30 minutes. 
One boy mentionned to me yesterday that he recently left the place with a customer who was drunk and the customer was overcharged by ... 1000 BRL.
So, check your bill in Pointe !

I agree - I always check the bill both at 117 and at Pointe.
There has been maybe only one or two occasions at 117 when the bill was incorrect - but I quickly got that it's a habit at Pointe. In the past few years, it got so bad that I started laughing correcting the bill every bloody time - every night at Pointe there would be extra drinks or extra items (the receptionist would bring one of the bar staff and the item/s would get removed - but it just happened almost every time).
It got slightly better when Junior's son started to man the reception, and he's also very friendly - however, even with him some games continue. Once, I saw a charge for a suite on a free suite night on Weds - Junior's son told me, "oh you had a nicer suite, they are not free". Those who've ever been to any Rio sauna, be it 117 or Pointe, know that no single suite there is any nice. After a bit of an argument, that paid suite became free as it should be.
On another night, there was a "cleaning fee" - again, Junior's son claimed this was added to the bill by a cleaning lady - and there was nothing untoward in the suite apart from your usual cum on the sheets. That cleaning fee stayed. I didn't get any extra drinks on the bills recently though - but even though I like Pointe and I want them to succeed, this is the only sauna in Brazil I'm constantly disputing my bills with. With their attendance clearly dropping in the past 2 years and them ceding even more ground to 117, I fear this is the very wrong strategy on their part.

The ‘gayborhood’ in San Juan is on the other side of the highway from the traditional tourist areas of Condado and Ocean Park. Its an easy 10-15 minute walk from most hotels to the three main clusters of bars, discos and bathhouse located in the Santurce Arts & Culture District.
Gay Bars in San Juan’s Condado Tourist Area: Although Condado used to be the center of all gay nightlife, over-gentrification has left the traditional tourist strip with only one remaining gay bar.  But don’t worry – its a short walk under the highway to the Santurce Arts District where all the action continues just a 10 minute walk from Condado hotels.

Oasis (formerly Splash)  – 6 Ave Condado across from the Marriott, next to Sandy Beach Hotel.  Monday night is very popular with lots of strippers, low lights and much too much artificial smoke/fog/yuck… Look for Walgreens and CVS and walk toward the beach. Open afternoons til night. Neighborhood bar and tapas restaurant just a few steps to the beach.  Atlantic Beach Hotel/Oceano Restaurant Beach – Also check out the beach in front of Atlantic Beach Hotel and Oceano Restaurantwhich is still very gay most days. Two blocks from Oasis (formerly Splash) if walking on the beach. Look for Calle Vendig if arriving via Ashford Avenue. The Atlantic Beach Hotel is listed in many gay guides – but call them and ask if you will be allowed to bring a friend up to your room – in the past, travelers have reported a strict ‘no visitors’ policy.
Street Cruising – Lots of gay guys and gals live in Condado – so cruise along Ashford Avenue any time of day or night! Gay Bars and Clubs in Santurce Arts District:  If you are at any of the Condado hotels – you can get to the Santurce Arts District by just crossing over or under the highway.
There are three clusters of gay bars in the Santurce Arts District:
Stop 18 at R.H. Todd Ave & Ponce de Leon Ave near the Metro Theater and Museum of Contemporary Art.  
Stop 22 is further down Ponce de Leon Ave at the intersection of De Diego Ave near the Fine Arts Center & Puerto Rico Museum of Art.
 Stop 24 is another 7-10 minute walk near the the intersection of Ponce de Leon and Calle Bolivar or Calle San Jorge. You can easily walk between each of the areas in about 10 minutes or grab a taxi.  Note: ‘Stops’ or ‘Paradas’ are how locals estimate location along Ponce de Leon Avenue in the Arts District.  This is a remnant from the old trolley system which hasn’t run since the 1940’s. There are no signs with the numbers (even at the bus stops) but all locals and taxi drivers will understand the general location from the ‘stop’ or ‘parada’ number.   Santurce: Stop 18 Gay Bars – across the highway from Condado near Metro Theater & Museum of Contemporary Art. These are on Calle Condado (mislabeled Avenida Condado on the street sign) which is one block to the right if you are facing the Museum of Contemporary Art.  The street has abandoned buildings and looks very seedy – but is generally safe.  If someone approaches you just say ‘No Thanks’ and move on, just like you would in NYC. There are also a few straight bars on the block, so be careful and don’t assume everyone is gay – use your ‘gaydar’ and be respectful.  If taking a taxi – just tell them ‘Stop 18’ and then go one block to the bars. 
#6. SX – 1204 Ave Ponce de Leon – Late night strippers and dance every night. Find the stainless steel door (usually with a doorman) and then go downstairs. There is a straight bar just next door at street level, so don’t get confused.  Hot bartenders, strippers, loud music, dance floor in the front. Go upstairs at the back and then downstairs to find the darker, less noisy ‘hang-out’ area.
#7. VIP – 613 Calle Condado – Very popular with the young Reggaetón and hip-hop crowd. Starts late and stays open after the other bars have closed. Same building as Scandalo but closer to Ponce de Leon.

#9.  El Chinchorro de ‘W’ –  Calle Condado on the block before Circo. New gay bar and snacks with great Happy Hour prices.  Very popular late night!

Circo – 650 Calle Condado – Multi-level video bar and disco. Mansion Lounge – this is a straight bar in the middle of all the gay action on Calle Condado.KRASH Disco – 1257 Ave Ponce de Leon (next to Metro Cinema). Closed permanently for several years, but is still in many guides – so we’ve listed it for reference only
Santurce: Stop 22  Gay Bars:  Across the highway between the Fine Arts Center & Puerto Rico Museum of Art.  If taking a taxi, tell them Ponce de Leon & Ave. De Diego – Santurce.
#4. Tia Maria Bar & Liquor Store – 326 Ave De Diego – Neighborhood Gay Bar. Open from afternoon til midnight or 1am on weekdays, later weekends.  Make sure you go on Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday nights for gay Karaoke from about 9pm until ???
#5. The Palace – 1501 Ave Ponce de Leon (2rd Floor) – 2nd floor disco and rooftop bar/terrace. Just around the corner from Tia Maria. Update April 2, 2016: They have now put up a new sign saying ‘Coming Soon’ and the entrance around the corner has a notice ‘Coming Soon’ as Papi’s Club…  so not sure what will emerge… I’ll update as soon as I get info… Santurce: Stop 24 Gay Bars: This is the intersection of Ponce de Leon and Calle Bolivar. If you arrive from Ocean Park via Calle San Jorge, go past the San Jorge Children’s Hospital and up the hill to San Mateo Church.  Then only one short block downhill to Ponce de Leon.   If walking along Ponce de Leon from Tia Maria and The Palace, you go past the Ciudadela Condo Complex, First Bank, Arrivi Theater, Cobian’s Plaza (turn right for Temptation) and some vacant buildings until Abracadabraand Hotel San Jorge (for Zal Si Puedes). If taking a taxi, tell the driver ‘Stop 24’ at Leonardo’s or Cobian’s Plaza & walk one block. Bartender Angel at Temptation!
#1. Temptation – 608 Calle Bolivar – Just one block from Cobian’s Plaza (3 blocks from Tia Maria and The Palace). Club is open from 9pm every night with Happy Hour Specials (see below for details). No cover charge. Everyone is welcome! Weekly Drag show at 2am on Saturday night! #2. Zal Si Puedes – 1700 Ave Ponce de Leon. Small, friendly club catering to the 40+ crowd. Open Wednesday – Sunday nights from about 10pm til about 2am.  Drag shows are mostly Thurs – Sat nights about 11:45pm but a diva may show up at any moment. Friendly and Fun! Located at Hotel San Jorge. The bar has seating for about 15 people – but often has up to 50 crowded in for shows plus spill-over on the street. You’ll see all the classic Latina Divas – like La Lupe, Yolandita, Paloma San Basilico, plus Barbara Streisand and Donna Summers thrown in if you’re lucky!
#3. Xteamworks – 1752 Ave Fernandez Juncos. Bathhouse on second floor open from 6pm til about 2am Sunday – Thursday and until 6am on Friday and Saturday nights. A little hard to find, so check out their website for map. It’s next to a gas station with 24 hour mini-mart and upstairs from a sign store.  Look for the doorbell next to the steel mesh gate on the right side of the ground floor entry. Very discrete from the street – very hot once you get there!  Too far to walk home, so make sure that they help you call a taxi back to your hotel – or head back to Zal Si Puedes (two blocks away) or Temptations (four blocks away) and continue the fun!

And it was actually not bad at all - I visited in 2018, 2019 and 2020, but I looked at their Instagram and other socials now, seems like nothing changed and they are going strong.
The name is Go.61 - some socials have it as Sauna Go - it's in the historic center. Similar to Fortaleza, the strongest nights are Thursday and Sunday. They had shows, caipirinhas for some spare change, free cabins, nice suites, swimming pool and even bingo where all guys come to the promise of some money. (I actually won at bingo and gave my winning slip to the garoto I was spending the night with at the sauna - he was over the moon). 

Pity I am not in SP, I would certainly have liked attending the naked piano show tonite. A few years ago, I attended a naked magician show in Fort Lauderdale. It was great fun 

 

Generally speaking, you are right. In Hot House, it is total interaction and what I saw twice was real total interaction, not only walking, turning and jumping around. All interactive boys these days went to the back room and were fucked by customers or fucked customers. This might not happen with all models  I guess. The interactive show starts at 2 am, so only the motivated customers are still there. When the light went off the saturday I was there, 5 or 6 patrons came to the models, sucking, rimming, licking and cuddling them. As a matter of fact, patrons were almost all between 30 and 45. I am pretty sure the models may decline some sex actions or sex action with some customers. 
As for the cute model Arthur Mondero who attended the interactive sex live show in 117, I did use his tight little ass. These shows in 117 were called "quartas intençoes" and were performed on wednesday nites. They did not last long, maybe a few months. They were organized by Ramiro who now moved to 555 in SP. Maybe he will organize same interactive shows there ...
