  1. Because you can’t see that Riobard’s text is just a silly joke to introduce his pictures, not actually asking for comment on the pros and cons of killing cute animals to eat them. That discussion is is for another forum altogether.
  2. Oh my god. Jefferson (who used to be Victor’s room mate) just told me he doesn’t go to work at pointe either. They are all leaving? Competition from hotter guys is too hard?
  3. Ahem, Mvan ... we already knew from Riobard’s second picture of the same rock in the same post:
  4. @Actionforyou At 202, ask for Victor to get a massage. I like him, good guy, formally trained as a masseur I think, and it can be tantric if you want to. They have a “menu” and tantric is one of the options I can’t remember the price, but it was reasonable.
  5. Even if they have a place to play, I strongly recommend that you do not go to somebody’s private home, unless you truly trust them. Or unless you feel you can fight your way out (with a damaged knee, that seems unlikely). How do you know there won’t be 3 of his friends there, ready to coerce you into withdrawing a large amount from the ATM? (They will only realise that you didn’t bring an ATM card after they attempt to coerce you, which could be quite a scary experience). Frankly it is better at your hotel if you put everything in the safe. At least he knows that you could call for help at any time and the security staff will come. Sex motel is the best option, since your things are not there, and there can’t be a group of thugs waiting for you there.
  6. Errrr.... are you aware that Medellín in completely inland? You want a lake-side resort near Medellín?

    The Organ

Well at least Adam keeps everything under 1 thread. It suits me better than Avalon on M4M who creates a new thread for each topic of interest to him. That is easily 10 new threads per day.
  8. It is only available if you are the one who started the thread.
  9. Thanks guys. My question was about the hassle, the process and how many free hours I would end up enjoying in the city center, not whether Bogota itself is worth it. That, I know. From what you say it looks like I could end up with a little bit more than 5:30 hours in the city, versus 4:30 hours in the process (Uber, security, immigration, waiting at the gate, etc ) Seems worth it.
  10. 1) Final dest is Rio 2) Same airline for both flights (avianca) and it would be just one single booking. That is, if I actually book this flight.
  11. For those who have tried that: Would it be worth getting out of the airport and visiting the city? The airport seems very close to the center. But mainly my question is about: - is the immigration process in Colombia (in and out) so painful that it kills the opportunity? - can I just leave my luggage in their transit system and I don’t have to pick it up at the carrousel even if I leave the airport, or is this breaking some sort of rule? Thanks!
  12. That explains a 1993 rate at the minimum possible in their system. Not very clever, but not everyone has time to clean up data on a free website.
  13. If you search for “Salvador” and “Recife” on this forum, you may find other threads discussing these destinations.

    Time Out!

Given the handle he chose, none of the above are as good a fit as Lucky Luke’s comics final strip, riding away from everyone he just helped, towards the setting sun. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucky_Luke
  15. Lol! auto generated text, using data that’s Glitchy.
  16. Seems Tasso is not alone for having observed this behaviour. I was also very disappointed back in 2012 by the attitude of a group of Romanian hustlers in a hustler bar in Vienna. That is my only experience. There must be some sort of organised “ring” that causes them to aggregate and then share a common behaviour like this, when abroad. I mean, it is not as if Romanians in Romania are any worse than Italians in Italy.
  17. For those among us who have never been. Corujinha de Copacabana Rua Hilário de Gouvêia, 7 - Copacabana https://goo.gl/maps/9d96B8Eko322
  18. That’s a fair observation They should use the cabin-waiting-time to get to know their client better, work on him, and maybe land themselves an overnight :-)
  19. I think it started because of the free cabins at 117 on Tuesdays (I am not sure if It is still the case, but it was in dec 17). This attracted the local clients who prefer not to pay for cabins, so more clients on that day, and in turn, the GPs understood they can find more clients on Tuesday if they go to 117. So as a result there are more GPs on Tuesday, which in turn attracts even more clients, etc. until you have supply/demand market saturation.

    Time Out!

Too many things in one post! 12 answers went through my mind. Don’t know how to respond and not appear like I am overanalysing this. So I guess it is just... come back when you miss us?
  22. Thanks! So not very common to have one. But definitely under (poor) cover.
  23. Really, so anyone can knows who they are? They are not really under cover? Well then if that is the case, not much of what I was saying is relevant. Please ignore me!
