No thanks, I can do that alone better and cheaper. I had massage in "I'm fine" near BTS Saphan Khwai. I met the boy the day before at a food stall and came back and asked for him. Massage was good, but no hint of happy ending. So I left it at that, give him more time, and come back again and ask if more is possible.

Hilarious! There was a post some time ago about toilets in MRT (?) stations being opened for passengers if they ask staff. And I once witnessed a passenger shitting himself on the bus. Sounds like the boy I had sit with me in June. The only one on stage who did smile at me, several times. When I took boys from Saranrom years ago, there was a failure rate of over 50% (i.e. I would not take the boy again, and even advice friends that he is useless in bed). But the amount of time and money (500 THB for short time, plus 200 for short-time hotel) invested was low enough to make it worthwhile.

I have no experience with RentMen in Thailand, but I use other similar websites/apps (gboysiam, gayromeo, hornet, blued) for free and paid hook-ups, and there are plenty of no-show. The reasons can be multiple: difficulty of communication (English/Thai); the boy is not interested in meeting, just playing around; something better or more important comes along; general sensory overload; general space-time confusion; empty battery or running out of credit; poor work ethic, and many more. You just had a bad day. I have chatted with many boys in boys in Pattaya online, mostly in English (but if necessary I can switch to Thai) and have not experienced problems as you describe on a regular basis. The one or other I ordered at night for the following morning (between 9 and 12) overslept, and then messaged me in the afternoon (when I was on the bus to Bangkok), but I had several in the morning (between 9 and 12). You should give online another chance. The advantages are multiple: cheaper than bars, open 24/7, more choice. The disadvantages are: sometimes poor pictures, endless chat, space/time confusion.

I had massage above X-Size pool hall a month ago. I found it worth noticing that the shower inside the room has only cold water, so I went outside for a hot shower in the shared shower. There was no soap or shower gel or shampoo at the shower, after searching around for a while I found a piece of soap.

Two offs in one night are rare, I think. I tend to off boys early because then they are not in a rush to get back to the bar. There was only one case where I took a video of activities with a boy, that was to catch him as a thief. But starting in 2017 (never had this 2009-2016), several boys asked if they could take videos of our activities, can be without showing my face. The first I reluctantly agreed, but he was more busy with the camera than pleasing me, and from then on I refused.

I think you mean Nice Boys and not Dream Boys. First, Dream Boys is in Boyztown, and second, description of activities and some boys you mention (I remember #8 and #38) fit Nice Boys. Did you meet them? How do they work as a couple? I have been in Chiang Rai this year, but didn't know of Regency Boy Bar, else I would have checked. I didn't notice anything on the street or on the apps that would help the OP.

Several bars are moving from Soi Twilight to across Surawong: X-Size now G-Boy, Fresh Boys, Tokyo Boys (which bar was that in Soi Twilight?). So you might want to have a look there as well. And don't forget Silom Soi 6 with Super A, Golden Cock, Nature Boys, with prices less than half of Soi Twilight.
