Day 12 Sleeping with problem helped, First joy of saving 2500 last night. Second I have some consolators in Bkk and decided to employ them ASAP, send 2 Line messages and responses came after I returned from breakfast with bkkmfj. So day started to look bright. Then I found another 1500 $ in savings – I was thinking about October trip and planned on making decision after I return home. No need to wait till return, I don’t come. Last gossips with bkkmfj who is returning to Pattaya today, then walk from Raya to Sukhumvit through Lumpini and back to cool me down ( yaeh, big cooling in 30 degrees heat but it helped ). One of those morning messages was from boy not from the scene who I meet 1-2 times every trip. He comes whenever he wants and we never take offence if one of us doesn’t have time for another. Today he said he is free before work (works nights) and at 3pm I greeted him downstairs. We always order some food , he did it right away after entering in and in several minutes we were feasting on some Thai treats and Chang beer from my fridge. Quite romantic afternoon, I swear, even if I said nothing he sensed I’m distressed because he was much more tender than normally. At one point he even joked “now I go because I’m your day boy but for sure you will get another one for the night”. Prophet or what ? I wondered. Big rain in the evening and I’m sure he came to work quite soaked. Today I decided to see Fresh Boys, rarely visited bar by me as it specializes in twinks and that is not my usual diet. Bar was half full for the show , likely owing to that rain. Show quite progressive with plenty flesh and stiffies visible and touchable for a fee as artists are circulating audience offering feel for a tip. Boys many not necessarily be my type but there were 3 or 4 I’d take without any fuss. And somehow they felt it as exactly the same guys were cruising me quite actively . At 11 pm S came - that was my another morning message. He paid his off fee already so I reimbursed him promptly. Since he also came bit soaked I proceed to dry him out by taking shower together. We have our routine and there’s no need to worry about early leaving and other antics. In course of conversation he suggested if I want I can see his room tomorrow. Gladly agreed. So after very crappy night, great day and night followed.

Day 11 , part 2 Leaving Prince in the late afternoon I realized that my last meal was breakfast. So decided on destination Madrid Tavern in Charoen Krung soi 49. Brisk walk, after all I was just massaged by skilled and trained therapist, to ST Louis BTS , two stations to Saphan Taksin and then walk to KFC in Robinson complex for chat with other member who was feasting on their fare. I condemned idea right away, eating American fast food in city with such array of culinary delights looked like blasphemy for me but my friend was unfazed by my pontifications .After brief chat we parted ways and I continued to Madrid, about 10 minutes walk away. Greeted with smile as always, I did not need to say anything as lade only asked “usual” ? and in a second I had my Chang, no glass and soon heavenly smell of shallot with cherry tomatoes pizza filled the place. 365 total an finally not hungry. I returned by the bus. At 8pm both other members and me met at Foodland for our daily news exchange , discussed out todays destinations and decided to give a try to Banana club in soi 4. Both barkers were thrilled to see me being back in Bangkok, duly lowered their briefs for traditional red note distribution, one even followed us inside suggesting I by him a beer which I duly did because I like him , he knows that and is mercilessly exploiting it, he, he. At 9 pm bar was almost empty with handful of customers but there were 4 boys standing on the stage in front of us. Too bad I had other designs for tonight, otherwise I’d be offing him for sure. In meantime show started even if there were only few customers. It started well with script adhered too but after about 1 hr he asked for loo break. I noticed he took his phone with him. It was quite a long break , perhaps 15 mins and when he emerged said he got message from his brother and needs to go now . Another disaster but knowing from experience that refusal will lead nowhere I handed him 1500 which he took without the grimace, no wonder and left. It happened before. It will happen in future but for some reason since it was one of sequence of this type of behavior on this trip I was devastated . Even wondered what is possibly wrong with me. Now I fully understand lesbians who don’t want anything to do with guys. If I had option of going home in the morning I would. I had problem of putting myself together for few hours but finally went to bed to do what they say is supposed to be done with problem - sleep with it.

Day 11, part 1 Good night sleep after Y left till 9 , then breakfast with bkkmfj an latest round of gossip. Every trip I make trek to Central Rama IX as I have reliable information that one of my most memorable guys ever, one M from Senso if now hairdresser there. I don’t have any sinister motived but would like to shake his hand after all those years. Unfortunately this was my 4th or 5th attempt and I did not see him there. Oh, well , will try next time , it’s only 6 MRT stops from Silom. I returned to Sam Yan station ready to walk to Raya but bus 45 handily came to it’s stop and I went to Main Post Office as I has something to buy there. Since they started to but English sign on stops I found myself using buses more and more in Bangkok, not fastest way to go around but cheap and interesting. Ordinary bus it’s only 8 baht, AirConditioned about 20. There was some discussion on forum about Prince and I volunteered to go and check as place lately is completely unheralded here. It’s quite a walk from Raya , perhaps 30 minutes but it’s nothing for somebody who walks from Patpong to Moonlight regularly. We even exchanged Line and till end of trip I was getting messages in the morning and in the evening regularly of “I miss you , come to see me again”. They sensibly stopped as soon as I announced I’m on my way to the airport few days later. Prince is one of those upscale shops with prices to match. 1.5 hr massage course is 1500 and min tip 2000, I upped it by 200 and got impression that James kind of expected even more but said nothing. He told me shop is busy but almost all, he used 95% figure customers are Chinese. Few of them were perusing selection when I arrived and few were doing the same when I left. You still may have boy in BKK for 500 if you go hunting around Saranrom Park at night. and at another end of scale are Moonlight models , some of them ask for 7000 even 8000 for short time max 2 hr. One of Jey Spa guys suggested all nighter for 10000 as I reported in May. Some bars in Pattaya are asking for 800 and 1050 off fee, chances are boys from there may polish our shoes for 1000 but not necessarily allow use of their back door or get dirty with ours. I , as everybody, don't like recent surge in prices which I consider excessive greed on part of boys but we only have two viable options, negotiate fees down which may or may not be successful . I was surprised by how firm few guys were. Or look for cheaper alternatives, most boys in Saphan Kwai still are happy with 1000 baht tip and those are Bangkok prices too. People who , like me are into hunks have it harder and again it's market, Twinks abound everywhere but if you want muscle you must do your search. Chances are , rare species will charge accordingly.
