Have been checking abomb few times this trips, twice or more each night im in boystown, and saw the same 2-3 guys not my type. My guess is those hunky guys mustve been grabbed when they show up? Have you visited A-bomb recently, after my report? Would love to see or hear about if those hunky guys are still in A-bomb.

I went down to boyztown quite early today. It has been raining since my lunch time, in episodes of drizzle that has been an off and on few times. I waited for the rain to calm down before i go down, and its easy to check from ambiance terrace. When i was in bkk during christmas time, the line for anything really is bad. Regular chaophraya tourist boat didnt or no longer stop at icon siam, there is sign saying people need to take icon siam shuttle boat instead and two different location, only remember one of them is saphan thaksin. It might be temporary during end of year. I also gave up going due to the queue, but after reading here, i shouldve just go lol. owh well, another reason for next visit huh?

Today ill be doing some tourist stuff during the day. My first stop is sanctuary of truth.ive googled and read that seongthaw didnt go there so i try to get a motorsai. Ive read one thread before with members telling how dangerous a motorsai ride is in pattaya, so i am not so sure if i want a motorsai or took taxi initially. However, not long after my walk, not even reach royal garden plaza, a motorsai stopped to drop a customer and i saw the rider is a 40-50 year old women. I guess my prejudgement kicks in and tells me if anyone would be a safe motorsai rider, itll be this one and i was right. The ride to the sanctuary of truth was a breeze and very comfortable with no near misses lol. I did have to haggle a bit and we landed on a price for a return trip. When i arrived at the location, bought the ticket (500 baht). There are several package of tickets combines with several other attraction (boat rides etc) but it didnt interest me one bit. The temple itself is very impressive, made totally of woods carving and it is massive indeed. Its definitely worth the ticket price, but one time visit is probably enough to see the whole thing. One of the highlight is the lift for disable and elderly, beautifully masked by wooden carving, making it looks like a very old style man powered lift lol. Worth to note also is the workshop area where u can see some of the woods carving still being produced/restored. I spend around an hour or so and then make my way back to south pattaya for lunch. After lunch, i went back to hotel to cool down, and went out around 4pm to another tourist attraction, ripley's believe it or not museum. I use my musepass for free entrance to the museum, but there are other attractions here that might be worth a visit. Ticket price without musepass is around 600 baht, so i already made back my money worth (thanks to christianpfc for the recommendation). Its my first visit to a ripley's museum, and ive been watching the tv shows a lot when i was a kid, so this museum is definitely a worthwhile trip if you are into this kind of weird, creepy stuff lol. I toured the shopping mall after and then made my way back toward walking street to have dinner. Went back to hotel after dinner to rest and get ready for my bar visit tonight. On a side note, i have tried to made some contact from the forum and arrange a meet in pattaya. Its my first time here and it wasnt planned ahead of time, plus i dont take note about members in the forum who are usually in pattaya as my previous focus are mostly bangkok. Glad to write a first timer report! I still consider myself quite new to thailand, so many places (especially massage places) that i havent visit yet. Dreamboys had been my favorite bar, though i only took one guy on my last trip. I had to google mai pen rai after reading your post, ive seen it being mentioned several time but somehow none of the thai i took use it or they dont use it to me, or i simply didnt catch when they say it to me. Also rarely do i get thai using ending na at the end lol. Is it because im not as old, coz i come to understand ending with na is a polite way to say things to elderly?. Anyway, just want to say mai pen rai is somehow similarly used in malay culture as well. We say no as a polite way to not give troubles to host, but host will always insist on doing it anyway. Like if u visit someone, the custome is to serve drinks and snacks or food depending on time of visit, but visitors will always refuse saying its alright, u dont have to, we just ate etc. But the host will serve it anyway and we will eat or drink it anyway lol. Meanwhile, visiting someone house in the states for example, if they asked if we want a drink and we say no its alright, you wont get a drink lol.

Im really bad at planning my trips ahead of time unless i travel with friends and most of the time, they decided on the dates. Thinking to do quick trips (3 days at a time) but more frequent.

And not long after, bangkok massage guy appear and saw us, so he joined us on the table. He saw me and wai, and i said hi. KL then asked about tips etc, and off we go, me back to hotel and KL back to his hotel with the off of the day (night?). I slept through and woke up around 9am, had breakfast and then start packing. Thinking that i might be able to land a massage at prime when it opens at 12, i checked out at 11:45 or so, and left my luggage at counter and made my way to prime. When i arrived, asked the counter again if i can choose, same answer as before. Cannot for two week. Asked for massage and being told they are fully book until 6pm lol. Geez. So i make a quick tour of silom and surawong, looking for any masseur that might interest me from some of the parlour that is opened, not much choices this early, so i made my way back to hotel, pickup my luggage and make my way to suvarbhumi airport to purchase my ticket. Arrived around a bit before 15 min before 2pm, but only ticket available is for 3:10pm, so i purchase that ticket, and had a quick lunch at one of the cafe in third floor. Came back to the ticket counter around 15 min before 3pm and asked if the bus is here yet, he said not yet and asked me to wait. Just 5min or so of waiting, a guy comes and yell out pattaya, and i show him my ticket and he nodded and asked all of us to follow him to the bus. Got to my assigned seat and the bus depart on time, and arrived in pattaya about 1 hour and 45mins after.

I wouldnt have the courage to approach guys like that lol. I guess my gaydar doesnt work as good as michael, especially when i like manly or straight acting guys lol there is one time where a delivery guy comes to my place and i thought damn this guy is cute, he even initiate conversation and told me where he live lol. But my instinct is the guy is just being friendly.
