I know about the saunas but have never visited them. Too self-conscious. Maybe one day I shall pluck up courage to go in.

So sorry yo see that it turned into such a bitch fest towards the end. Funny thing is most of the posters that are fighting are usually quite reasonable and aligned in their thinking, so hopefully your next TR wont be so mysteriously triggering!
