Because I had my accommodations already arranged, I did not take him up on what he provided. An acquaintance of mine from Great Britain used his services and found them to be all right, especially his apartment. Frank also connected my amigo with some Cubanos and apparently relayed to give the guys no more than 20 CUC's which is the equivalent of twenty dollars. I am thrilled to discover a reputable storage firm, Moby Self-storage, has opened a site in Gamboa district, old port just a few blocks north of New Meio Mundo. So far, storage companies have been not centrally located and they have offered minimum space sizes too large for my needs. Brazil is my primary travel destination, but I now have to make connections and prefer to travel light with only carry on wherever possible. Moreover, domestic flights where you want only carry on for shorter visits tend to have stricter poundage compared to long haul travel. Which is better Lagoa or Fragata? Is some night better than others in each?

I do not remember the entrance prices being as complicated and confusing as the Lagoa site indicates today. Help interpreting, please? Under the precos tab ... 1) was there always a 2-tier system for cash versus debit/credit? 2) does the baths admission include the bar admission? I am assuming with the baths admission there is no minimum bar tab? Whereas there is a minimum for bar admission excluding baths? 3) how do the prices play out for baths users also utilizing the bar? Hi All, There was a thread about clothing ettiquette, and someone mentioned he uses only a towel and sticks his phone there. Is there no danger of theft while in the cabin with the garoto (or in other places), or do guys in such cases pass through the locker before? Ditto about money: I left my wallet in the locker of ocurse, and went there after the deed to pay the garoto. However, as I was sitting and interacting with garotos, I sometimes wanted to tip them just for 5-10 minutes of their time. In my current trip to Sao Paulo, I have spent many hours in Lagoa but wanted something different. If you are curious about Lagoa, it has been very busy the nights I was there, especially Saturday night. At least 60 guys. Anyway, I wanted an actual massage with a little sensuality thrown in. It would be good to listen this advice from out long-time Brazil expert Tomcal: If you have been waiting for a long time to visit Brazil i would do it now!! I do not think personally that the sauna scene will last more then a couple more years! One example that Tomcal cites is the fact that the megatropolis So Paolo has only two saunas with garotos, and they both have their slow nights. With the decline in the Brazilian economy, many locals will find themselves with insufficient funds to keep visiting the saunas as often as they wish.
