I had my 2nd Pfizer vaccination two days ago. No side effects noticed. I'm in northern California where the health authorities are expanding the vaccination program - now includes front line workers, over 65', and in three weeks anyone with an underlying condition (generously defined). Now to figure a way to get to thailand without a mandatory quarantine of 14 days.

Moonlight observation - I've been looking at the nightly videos introducing the "stars"...no much change over the past weeks with the lineup. Five to seven in the intro from Nicky to babe. However there seem to be more customers. Two weeks ago, and also last week no one was sitting in the first row in front of the stage. Saturday night's show had customers there and more customers in the seating area adjacent to where the shower was. Hope this is an omen that business is strong...given its a four day holiday, I can't be sure.

My Facebook feed today showed a video marked "Moonlight" but was of 4 shirtless fit guys in shorts wearing construction worker gear coming down the steps from Hot Male to the street and performing. It also showed what appeared to be a bar underneath the Hot Male bar area. Need a report from the on scene locals.

It was on Instagram and Facebook...it consisted of the start of show parade of "stars". Everyone looked familiar as if it was a recycled video from October 2019. It wasn't, it was from the present...Nicky, babe, etc. It was more interesting than the new Jupiter video which was posted earlier tonight.

I look at reviews but usually only for finding out the opening times. I prefer recommendations from those I value and trust...must be why so many Forum members like Madrid Pizza...which has a 4.5 rating on Trip Advisor ( I just checked).

United Airlines in San Francisco on October 1 will provide, for a steep fee, 15 min rapid Covid test for passengers who want to fly to Hawaii. For a smaller fee these an at home 48 hour test.
This is toe in the water stuff, but if it can help to restart tourism in Hawaii, which given its quarantine rules is similar to Thailand and also has a desperate tourism economy, it might be something that can be copied and adapted.
