Day 3 ended with T in my room. Once again, we had a session in the morning when we woke up. He left after showering. It was Saturday and I thought of going to Chatuchak but the thought of the crowds turned me off. I wanted a day of exploration on my own. I decided to go south - Chong Nosi area. I walked and explored this particular CBD area. Experienced forum members would probably have figured out by now that I intended to check out Baan Tewa.
 
I had lunch at a quaint cafe called the Unicorn Cafe, a theme cafe focusing on unicorns, My Little Pony and the colour pink - lots of pink everywhere. 200 baht for 3 scoops of ice cream and 8 waffles in a rainbow of colours was worth it. After that, I just wandered around the shops in the office buildings. I stumbled upon a branch of Asia One bookstore and was delighted to find a copy of the December issue of Attitude - a gay Thai magazine with some pictures of Thai boys. It's pretty difficult to find Attitude on the magazine stands because it gets sold out very quickly.
 
At 1pm, I made my way to Baan Tewa. In terms of location, it's easy to find. Just drop off at Chong Nosi BTS and exit down the stairs and turn left into a lane. Baan Tewa is at the end of the lane. Unfortunately, when I was there, there were only 2 masseurs available. Most of the masseurs report for work after 2pm. I decided on a young and cute looking boy. I had wanted 90 minutes (which cost 790 baht) but the boy asked me if I would accept 60 minutes for 600 baht. He asked me three times. I was puzzled why he would ask me for a shorter massage. I would discover why later. While I was deciding whether to go for 90 minutes or 60 minutes, I remembered the wise words of advice given by many forum members here previously - follow the recommendations of the boys because they know best.
 
So I agreed to 60 minutes with minimum tip of 1000 baht. The boy brought me up some stairs to the room on the top floor. There was a sturdy bed in the middle with a cutout for the head. The boy let me shower first while he brought up the cream and oils. After my shower, I lay on the bed. It was my first time on a bed with a cutout for my head.
 
The boy came in and started energetically, even going up on the bed above me to massage me. He had strong strokes. The first 15 minutes were really good. After that came the scrubbing and I soon realised that he only did basic scrubbing, nothing advanced. He also lacked the sensual and erotic touches that I received from the masseur at Nine Spa.
 
But all this while, we were engaged in a lively and pleasant conversation. He had been to Singapore once so we could chat on a common topic. Then I found out more about him. He had only started on massage job for 7 months. He had to quit his studies because he could not afford the school fees so he had to work. He said that he managed to earn enough so that he could go back to school in March when the school term starts. He was working another 2 months. It was then that I realised that he was not an experienced masseur hence he was hesitant to give me 90 minutes massage. I really appreciated his honesty. He could have bluffed his way through 90 minutes but he did not.
 
We proceeded to the specials. He was very affectionate and I enjoyed his smooth young slender body. We showered together and soaped and washed my back very well. I tipped him very generously (1500 baht) despite his inexperience and lack of skills in massage. A variety of reasons
1) I was moved by his story
2) Christmas was near and I was feeling generous
3) He gave good after-massage service
4) I had a great conversation with him about Singapore
5) He showered for me (which the guy from Arena didn't do the previous day!)
 
I guess if I had gone to Baan Tewa later, I would not have picked him. But fate works in mysterious ways. I did not get the true Baan Tewa experience hence I cannot make like-for-like comparison with Arena, Prince and Nine Spa, which was my intention in the first place.
 
After the boy got the tip, he was smiling happily. We continued chatting at the entrance while I sipped green tea. Before I left, I gave him a hug and encouraged him to study hard when he goes back to school.

I am in Bangkok now but on the way to airport! Had my fill of fun last night. Merry Christmas!

I shall sidetrack now to reveal why P slept for so long on Saturday. On Friday night (11 plus towards 12), a Chinese customer had gone into X Boys and invited interested boys to drink with him. He would pay their off fees to the bar but he would not pay any short time or long time because no sex was involved. It was just drinking. 6 boys ended up with this Chinese customer and P was one of them. They went to 3 different bars (one in Thaniya and two in Patpong) from midnight until 6am. P said he had never drunk so much whisky in his life before. He was drunk but could still go home at 6am. He proudly revealed to me that he didn't puke. But he had a massive hangover and had to sleep the hangover off the entire day hence he was late and couldn't meet me at 9pm on Saturday night.
