I have blocked the policeman. I am sick of his unreliability, he is treating me as a hook up and not as a client. I lost my interest and he would not accept a "no" as an answer. I moved on.
I cannot compare to Mexico, I have never been there. I can tell you you would have lots of free sex using Grindr. I am still to go to the local disco, but it does not start until 2 AM. I am physically and emotionally exhausted today (we had Dad's ashes ceremony this noon) and I am not going. Perhaps next week end.
Please be aware that what I am sharing so far is from Corrientes, an inside the country provincial capital pretty much out of the international trendy circuits. Situation in Buenos Aires is pretty different and I will report on that by the second week of July.
And now I have to leave you because my veterinary student passed both of his finals and he is coming to celebrate. I am tired but still horny.
    Thank you for enjoying!

A couple more pics that may interest you. This is a standard bathroom in any home in Argentina:

As you can see, there is a bidet. It is really unusual an Argentine bathroom without one, and I will never understand how Americans, so focused always in max comfort have not yet acquire this as a national standard.
For those into cooking, like my adorable @epigonos, this is one of my favorite traditional dishes in Paraguay and Argentinean Northeast, the mbaipu or mbapy (name from Guaraní, language of the homonymous native nation).

Giving back after taking from this forum.....
Since I was forewarned that Tuesday is a dud, I went there early Wednesday (had to fly out that evening). At 4:30 I was almost the only seeker. Apparently it's enough for a newbie not to speak Portugese to merit special care. Without a hint from me, the receptionist called the english-speaking owner-manager. Roy asked if I needed any help, I said no (given my Rio experience), but he nevertheless imparted some wisdom: the customary rate is R100; if you enjoyed the boy very much - do not give him more than 150.....
The place was squeaky clean; each of the 2 towels was nylon-wrapped; I liked the layout better than 117's. Entering the shower, I met Lucas who left the water running for me. He is just my type (see photo enclosed), and being short on time - after showering I looked for him.
He was softly flirtatious, hugging, stroking, offering his endowment. When I asked for his rate, he surprised me with "80", and off we went. We spent 30 minutes together, and he was really into satisfying me; VERY generous with his kissing and flexible on all matters oral. Per instructions, I paid 150, which made him happy as well, and departed for my flight.
Probably won't be back to POA, but fortunately for me - he generously obliged me with souvenir photos.

Erm, at the risk of creating more anomosity, the problem I have with the format is not so much with the OP's descriptives. But he has elected day-by-accounts installations that take time to assemble, partly due to detail inclusion. It worked better earlier in the first trip due to some suspense that emerged. The writing style is fun but I would be more riveted and absorb the tone better if it were one continuous post without an extensive array of questions and comments in between.
If the OP specifically wants his intermissions filled with sponsor announcements, I am OK with that, but I would then hope to know when the oeuvre is complete and bingeable.
This is not Dynasty circa 1981 at the local gay watering hole. Or Elena Ferrante's Neapolitan quadrilogy.
One "ask" that I would put forward is that commentators spend more time describing erotic experiences in keeping with the Board's mandate. This in place of jumping all over somebody else's basically inocuous remark.
The OP has also specifically asked for feedback about whether to continue, having previously received favourable responses earlier in the year. There is an emoji 'reaction' procedure in place. To my way of thinking, if you ask "please sir, would you like some more?", then you are potentially inviting critique in either direction.
Numazu is a mature savvy adult who has game, and in every other respect does not seem to require an explicit, identifiable fan base, right? (Right?). In this case, no need to paternalize him by taking up a cause he himself has not necessarily initiated. He has the prerogative, like anyone else, to tell our dear tart (who happened this one time to go a little unsavoury yet not treacle ... and yes do tell the calorie counter results) or others to 'piss off'.
And now we are really genuinely into topic-splitting territory.

Thats is a pity that I haven't seem this forum before, last year I spent 1 week in Havana, after a Cruise. But actually no action at all, just found some guys on grindr , however they were really below average. I went to Malecon few times to check what was going on, but none of the guys gave any signs that they were there for "sale".... well, I am a 30yo Brazilian, so maybe they got me as a local....
Las Vegas was closed on the day I tried to go. I went to downtown Plaza Central, but the guys who were sitting there were not attractive at all... once when I was having dinner on La Rampa, a cute swiss guy (28-30 yo) asked if he could seat with me, since the restaurant was fuĺl... we had a great conversation, and I understood he was gay, but I was a bit afraid to ask the confirmation. After dinner he told me that he knew a nice club close by, and invited me to another drink (of course I accepted, already quite excited to have some action after a week) - this club was in a basement in La Rampa.
Entering the place, I realized it was a brothel! A straight brothel! What a deception... we were immediately approched by 2 girls around 19-20yo. Of couse, I politely refused, but the swiss guy decided to go with her LOL ... again after some drinks, with a broken heart I walked back to my "casa particular". LOL

    Thanks for reading!
    A few things:
i have actually not been to São Paulo yet, I am going there end of May, my language difficulties were in Porto Alegre. I have been learning Portuguese using Babbel, we’ll see if that yields any results.  If you google “typical weather in may in Rio” it should give expected high and low temperatures, the numbers of days that it rains, etc. I don’t know about the bracelet thing in a dance clubs, but the bill was correct in the saunas. Going below 100 in Rio saunas might be difficult but you could try, if you first explain you want limited service.. They shouldn’t be offended but very likely won’t say yes. Some ask for 150 for a session, and 75 would be setting a precedent.  I think Uber is very active 24 hours like all major cities, but never tried to hire in the middle of the night. Since the airport has flights landing, I would expect drivers waiting in the area.  Btw, Daddy has removed my thread on his message-forum because it was “promoting prostitution” which is now presumed to be illegal in the US.
I am glad @TotallyOz is here and safely abroad to keep public theses memories.

PopeFrancis reacted to torogen in Costa Rica report from a past trip
I have not seen much info on Costa Rica here, so I wrote up a report about a trip I took several years ago. I checked as I was writing, and most of the info still seems to be relevant (places are still in operation, etc.) Prices may have changed, of course.

I have visited Costa Rica twice now, but haven’t been since summer 2012. I am excited to return next month. I found Costa Rica to be beautiful and laid back, and a lot of fun. The country’s infrastructure is very basic, with a clear division between the poor/older areas and the newer upscale areas. All of the gay attractions I visited were in the older areas.  I stayed in San Jose and in Manuel Antonio and enjoyed both.

    San Jose

The strip club Pucho’s has a very standard formula: At 10:00 PM, the strippers all come out in G-strings and dance for exactly 10 minutes. Afterward, you get 50 minutes of drag queens who are actually pretty good. At 11:00 PM, the boys return, but this time fully nude…then 50 more minutes of drag queens. At midnight, the dancers return, but this time with erections, and they dance for 10 minutes. Many clients approach the stage and sample the merchandise (sometimes even with their mouths). If at any time you decide you want a “private” with one of the dancers, you pay the bartender, and the dancer takes you behind the scenes. I did not go, but it seemed that they simply took clients into the dressing room, where other strippers and drag queens were located. Any of those strippers is available for a fee, but you may have to pay a fee to the bar if they leave before the midnight show.

Pucho’s is popular among locals, but not just for the dancers. They have a restaurant and a patio and a dark room attached. This was not immediately apparent, because the door is kept closed between the two parts…you must go through what looks like a door to the outside, but is really a door into the restaurant, cut through the corner of the restaurant, and then exit again onto the patio. The dark room and patio are packed. Many types of guys. Younger, older, nondescript, handsome…truly all types of guys go there.

There is a brothel in San Jose called Oasis Erotic Massage. You enter the place, and the proprietor calls all the working guys to the front, and you get to make your choice. There are different price points, and the proprietor explains in Spanish that everything is included including oral, or penetration if you go with the more expensive option (you also get a nicer room). You basically pay $25 or $40, depending on what you want, and that includes the use of a room for an hour. Despite the very explicit assurances by the guy who runs the place, the guy I went with (a handsome and friendly 19 year old from Honduras), tried to get more money from me for basic services. I wouldn’t say it was a great option, but a few of the guys were at least young/cute/fuckable.

The better place I found to look for escorts was on craigslist or on the Spanish language websites that offer erotic services ads, or on Grindr (I apologize, but I can’t recall the specific website that had many ads for escorts and massage). On this next trip, I will also try Planet Romeo.

I had a lot of luck simply going to bars and meeting people. Ticos are friendly and approachable, and gay tourists are enough of a novelty to garner some attention just by their presence.

Late one night, after exiting Pucho’s and getting into one of the many waiting taxis, the driver asked me if I was looking for a boy, because he knew a place where lots of hustlers hang out--Parque Nacional on Av.1 and Calle 19. He said that any of them would be very happy to do anything I wanted for $20, or they would stay the whole day/night for $40. I had already arranged to meet someone at my hotel for massage and oral ($20), but I took his card and he promised he would take me there the next day. Unfortunately, with the janky cell phone service at that time, I could not reach him the next day, despite trying about 20 times. I got a message each time saying the person you are trying to reach is out of the area or unavailable. I did call a regular taxi and try to drive past the park the next evening, but the driver did not speak English, so rather than explaining what I was doing, I asked him to drive slowly past the park because I was looking for a friend. After one trip around the block, and not seeing any likely candidates, I told him to circle back and I would get out and wait for my friend, and he immediately responded with alarm, “No, no, no. Muy peligroso! (very dangerous)” This was something I encountered several times in San Jose: warnings from the locals to never walk anywhere downtown after dark. Always take a taxi. Even for a trip of one or two blocks. I didn’t spend enough time there to gauge if these warnings were overblown, because I figured it was probably better to be safe than sorry, and I took a taxi everywhere. And one final note on the taxis: three of my taxi drivers let me know very plainly that they would be willing to fuck for a little money, and I got the feeling that several others would have been open to the idea.

    Manuel Antonio

Manuel Antonio has a reputation as a gay destination, but the reasons for that seem to be historical (there used to be a popular nude beach, but it has been shut down because a hotel was built overlooking the beach). There is a gay hotel that I enjoyed very much (Hotel Villa Roca: https://www.villaroca.com/ ), but the area has very little to offer in the way of sex tourism, at least that I could find. It is pretty much a beautiful jungle paradise, with an amazing national forest where I saw sloths, toucans, howler monkeys, spider monkeys, and a beautiful but very poisonous golden eyelash viper (oropel). The tour guide I hired through the desk clerk at my hotel turned out to be a fun and friendly gay bear who came onto me, but he wasn’t really my type, so I passed, but I did enjoy his tour very much. There were two guys in the area offering massage, but it was clear that it was legit/therapeutic massage, and the desk clerk acted completely scandalized when I asked if there were any guys who offered “extra” service. He shouted at me, “NO!” and said there was no way any guys in the area would do such a thing. This despite the fact that I was hit up by a few guys on Grindr, so I knew very well that there WERE locals who were willing to provide services for a fee. Most of those guys live in the nearby town of Quepos, so expect to pay for their taxi to your location if you stay at Villa Roca or one of the resorts closer to the national park.

There were multiple other clients staying at the property. They have a happy hour each evening at the pool, and that offered a chance to hang out with the other guests, who were mostly from Mexico and Costa Rica, or from other Central and South American countries. I got the vibe that the very handsome bartender would have been available for pay.

One last note about Manuel Antonio/Villa Roca: After I returned to San Jose, I happened to see one of the owners of Villa Roca at a bar with an attractive, much younger guy. So, if I were to return to Manuel Antonio, I would be more likely to ask the owners of the property about the availability of rentboys, rather than the officious desk clerk. Or maybe hire someone in San Jose and take them along if you want to be sure of companionship.

Thanks for the feedback so far.  I'll get to some of the questions posted here, but I thought I'd post a response I wrote from some PMs I got because of this post.  Some members have asked me on how to visit a Chaturbate studio in Colombia. The owners of these studios of course do not want their studios to be known as brothels, and what the models do on their own time is their business, but to those who want to visit a studio, here was my response:
    Hi there,
I guess I lucked out on the first Chaturbate model I contacted to meet with me. He is one of the favorites of the studio, and the model was eager to show me the studio and to meet the owner as well. Soon after that the boys came to know me (or my reputation), so I did not have problems getting other models to agree to be my companion. The good thing about this is that first model was a gossip, and my sexual preferences came to be known in the studio. So the other models who went with me knew exactly what to do to please me. On the other side of the coin, they knew that I did not pay this first model for his time (just the occasional shopping spree), so I started right.
My suggestion to you is of course go on Chaturbate, strike up a conversation with a model you think is a good fit with you (after paying for play of course, depends on the model). Ask for his WhatsApp, and then just setup a meeting from there. He may even have suggestions on other companions that may accompany him (and you). You'll know from your conversations that that he is from a studio versus just being a independent contractor, and maybe a visit to his city may facilitate a visit to his studio. Your mileage may vary of course.  I've visited two studios so far.
These studios are really a cottage industry in Colombia, so these are not "professional studios" per se. These are usually just residential houses with good internet connection and rooms outfitted each with computers and an HD webcam. Sometimes these studios also house the boys, providing them with common areas and access to laundry facilities and a big kitchen. It is perfect, for example, for a hot young Venezuelan without any legal documents to stay in Colombia (and there are a few I've met) to earn money they otherwise would be incapable of earning back in their country, without any need to possess any prior useful work skills except possessing a hard body, a big cock and pretty hole. They won't even need a place to stay or clothes to wear. Everything is provided by the studio. Lots of drawbacks in this arrangement. The owner gets a possibly unfair cut of the boy's earnings. But oh well.
I've actually stayed the night in one of the studios (but not in the boys area with bunk beds, but in the owner's bigger bedroom with other boys), and the ambiance of the house is not really designed for sleeping if you are a light sleeper. Lots of boys graduate from staying in the studio to getting their own place, once they earn enough money, because it is simply not ideal living conditions, due to the sheer number of people who live with you, with music always playing in the background, and the boys (and girls) transmitting in all hours of the day. I did not get sleep that night I stayed, but for a number of reasons in addition to the the noise.
    Hope this helps.
