Only thing I don’t recall too fondly are their meals – too Asian for my taste but that’s me and I understand they are feeding their primary clientele i.e Chinese first. And really sitting on the plane doesn’t not require much of calories so taking half meal does nobody harm. So looking at bright side instead if arriving at 2 am I landed at 1 p.m. No need for taxi, I took train to the city and could take an advantage of excellent exchange rates in the booths of airport ‘s rail station. Nantra Silom kept my room even if I did not show early , settled me in the same I was in last trip , undisturbed by rain which just started I did customary walk around Silom Suriwong checking for changes , noticed new Fresh Boys above Screwboys, boarded door to forms X SIZE bar and closed Dick’s in soi Twilight as well as former BOY66 renamed Moonlight now in former Jupiter site. Usually my first step is Arena but as often happened Guardian Angel gently steered me toward Senso and as soon as I opened door I knew why – M was there resting on the floor with broad smile in response to mine I guess. Along with Jack he is my favorite there and since Jack was not even present seconds later we were climbing stairs for 1490 1.5 hr . treatment. Minimum tip indicated as 1500. 1 hr costs 1000 with minimum tip 1200 and there’s note in the menu that special services may require an additional tip. Yes , expensive but since I never had bad experience there and M is one of my favorites of all time, well built , handsome former porn star with excellent massage skills. Cute # 27 smiled at me , than again so I waved him over , ordered drink , asked if he will go with me, long time ? yes, how much ? 3000 and so much about bar hopping. Since show was about to start I was sensitive enough to ask him if he wants to watch it with me. It turned out that is a participant in 2 numbers so I told him to go and return after show. This made him visibly happy , few hundred baht more for him. They have 2 categories of boys, models and go-go. Out of 9 models at last 3 are looking outstandingly glorious but it seems they are for looking only . There were some information that off fee for them is 2000 and expected tip 5000, translation of which is that they are not interested in being offed which is fine but eye candy truly they are including start #1 , former # 60 from old Jupiter – Tam which I had pleasure of knowing already. 400 off fee paid and we marched to my room for happy , happy time together. And this is how day 1 was over.

I just returned from trip there , barely unpacked and I'm already plotting how to force myself to return , sooner the better . Sure scene is not the same like before but it's still tons of fun to be had. At Arena out of 20 boys on display I'd not take perhaps 3 , it leaves 17 boys to entertain me, that's 17 days, 3 more than my regular 2 weeks foray there. And It's only Arena. Yes , f***k shows are scarce and cock on display rare but that's in the open, nothing other than size of wallet prevents somebody from having plenty of either day or night. Prices - surely went up but how much up ? In nominal may be twice over years I'm going there but is really 2018 dollar worth the same 2001 dollar was? And there's cost of getting there. Last time I paid more than 1000 $ was in 2013, on my second trip back in 2002 it was 1600$ in 2002 dollars ! Instead of tormenting ourselves with memories of glorious past , often too rosily tinted why don't look at full half of glass ? Soi Twilight is rumored to close but we already have pre-emptive strike with new bars - Tokyo Boys, G-Boy and new location of FreshBoys. On Saturday Jupiter was full 1.5 hr before show started Some boys may be lazy and greedy but weren't they in the past ? For one such there are and were before 10 affectionate, clingy and sporting genuine smile. Instead of nursing wrinkles we should smile than thank God for Thailand.

from my humble experience there's no problem with twinks going Long Time, they are always my salvation when hunks decline. Hunky boys seem to be content with short time and it may be reason for that - they are older , with commitments at home and because they are scarcer it's easier for them to be more picky.

I just finished 8 days service duty in Pattaya and only problem I had was that same boys I was lusting over did not want to do long time , there's still a lot of fun to be had in Pattaya . I agree but as always in such a cases there are 4 solutions, scale back on activities or gnash your teeth and pay or try to bargain it down or find cheaper sources, beauty of Thailand is that all of above are available. Particularly those living there or even on longer vacation can easily built whole schedule for boys outside of their working hours.

Happy to report that last night it was grand opening of that new bar located just beside Screwboys, at at 12.45 a.m. about 10 boys in attendance , few patrons but as it turned out I was first ever to off boy from here to a great applause of everybody present when it was announced. Hope it brings good luck to them, getting an off in the first day Boys regular , next door type but at least 3 attractive enough for me to consider and execute an off. Not a lot of space inside . Drink 380, off fee 600, this is too high in my opinion but at least my long time companion was not in rush to leave in the morning so I consider this bar as part of offerings to be considered.
