There are several. I used to see quite a few advertised in one of the large monthly magazines but have not been in Tokyo since pre-covid and no longer have a copy. The problem you will almost always find is that the mamasans and big boys will have little if any English.

Hi Macaroni21.  For non-Japanese speaking customers they either have LINE or email to make the appointment.  You can just spell out what you are looking for and I usually include a clip of the boy I want.  It may not work out due to availability.  I have been in Japan 3 times since they reopened last October and used 3 or 4 different agencies during my time there.  It is not the easiest system but it worked for me.  I don't speak Japanese.

Top (anal sex) mean the boy will top you.  Top only means they will be leading or active but there will be no penetration.

3 thumbs - I think you mean 3ps

circle means yes, triangle means in training, and x means no

You should try it when you are there.  I have used several agencies and never had a problem.  Of course, some experience are better than others but it is just because of the chemistry between the boy and myself.

Send them a email or LINE and ask for what you are looking for.  I even talked to several on the phone when I was in Japan and I don't even speak Japanese, some will be able to communicate a bit in English and you will have to guess the meaning then follow up with email.  Sometimes may just hang up on you or may not work out, but that is part of the fun to me.

Hmmm perhaps, but strange too that such a large percentage of the guys on that site are showing as such, as you wouldn't presume that such a large amount of their guys neither top OR bottom for their clients?

Definitely. 

It explains the popularity of host clubs for women.

It's not really about sex per se; it's women paying for the attention they do not get from their husband's at home. Most of the time it's just innocent fun for those women lucky enough to be able to afford the exorbitant prices these clubs charge for alcohol,  companionship and often a shoulder to cry on.

 

Sex for men in Japan is largely commercial. Huge areas of Tokyo and other cities turn into brothels after 6  pm.

I have never used the commercial bars but have friends who have. They all tell me the system and the service works very well and they have usually had a great time. These boys seem to know exactly how to please you. But one suggested that when making appointments it sometimes helps to give the bar an indication of your age/fitness level (i.e. are you very overweight?) I think the boys have a duty to go with customers whoever they are, but a slim 20 yo may find it difficult being with a very overweight 70 yo! Just a thought.

I had some great massages in Yokohama China Town and Onsens in Osaka and Tokyo.  They are all around 6,000/7,000 yen for an hour of pressure point massage.  I suspect the guys are all Chinese.  The massage is not done in a private room but in an open hall.

The one in Tokyo was https://thermae-yu.jp/price/ .  You will have to pay entrance fee for the onsen plus the massage.   The massage shop is in the basement and you can make appointment there separately.

That's not what I'm looking for... This is not a gay massage parlor.
