I'm so excited to be back in Bangkok and want to thank everyone that contributes to this forum. It gives me something to (wet)dream about when I'm not here. Last night, I ran into the owner of Hotmale and he told me about selling it even though he plans to keep the bar downstairs and Moonlight. The downstairs bar is like "Cheers" for me when I'm in town. I only come once or twice a year but they somehow remember people and make it seem like I never left. I really love all the guys that work there and the ones that work outside at Hotmale upstairs. Since Hotmale has been around so long, if it gets a new owner, do you think it'll change a lot?

Since you are there already keep an eye today evening  across the soi as 20th was rumored date Atlas bar will open in old Sol location. Hope is you attend and report back your impressions.

Banana bar lively last night.  It does offer a mix of all the aspects of the bar ‘entertainment’  with some decent energy and humour

Thanks for compliments! Glad you like it. I was just fooling around with AI. My way of coping with holiday hangover. How I wish I was in Bangkok now to celebrate Christmas and New Year. I didn't know the song was used in Pattaya. I remember it being sung by singer named Samantha Fox in 80s.

And yes sometimes it's more entertaining to watch the other customers

But the owner is probably savvy enough to realise that now there is Atlas Bar, it's going to be more competitive. Good time to cash out.

If the deal included the ground floor bar it might be attractive because that generates more income than what's above it.
