I believe in a post by @durian about upcoming travel to Bangkok it was mentioned that Quartet Saladaeng offers monthly rates.  Here is a link to their website.  You might reach out to @durian to ask if he booked directly with the hotel, some online service, or how he found out they had monthly rates.  Just a thought...

https://www.quartersaladaeng.com

I used booking dot com and was searching for apartments.

I couldn't bear a month in a hotel (what with housekeeping coming in everyday and I like to sleep during the day) so I wanted an apartment.

Do not disturb signs are usually helpful.... I like to be able to call for clean towels as needed, and come back to a cleaned room, sheets changed, etc...

I usually get my room cleaned by the evening shift.

I liked how new Hotei Park Silom operates. If you don't hang the sign ' clean my room ", they won't , but still will leave bag with 2 bottles of water and roll of toilet paper at your door in the morning.

Furama silom now have communal shelf near the lift for each floor, where they put extra towels, amenities, coffee/tea bags, iron and extra toilet papers and one weight scale for those weight watcher.

I like the hotel rooms with a tablet/touch screen where you can state:

  • Fill up my coffee/water/fridge
  • Toilet paper
  • Make my bed
  • Change my sheets/towels
  • Remove the remands of my last visitor 😉
  • Don't disturb me till...
  • Bring breakfast for two at ... am/pm
  • Don't bother me at all...
  • That's the tip for the cleaning lady/boy
  • etc

Happend to me lately in a hotel in Europe. Without that they leave you alone

I think this may be consistent across the Furama brand as I experienced the same at one of the Furama hotels in Singapore. I ended up with so many spare towels lol

and leave the tip daily not at the end of your visit.  You have no way of knowing the right staff member will get it AND they know another tip coming tomorrow might try a little harder for you. Leave under the pillow.
At Malaysia hotel years ago, I got flowers every day (presumably liberated from a leaving guest's last day --- but the thought counts).
