Are you traying out all new hotels in the area? Nice!

I personally love new hotels. But nowadays, unfortunately, it is often the case that while everything looks very beautiful and modern, there are still major downsides. Such as virtually no sound insulation between the rooms or between the room and the hallway. Or certain designs that are not practical. Like the fact that when you take a shower, the entire toilet gets wet.

I am curious to read your experiences in the new hotels alongside the photos.

@jimmie50 posted a first-hand account of a visit in May this year.

My posts are meant for visits; I rarely post about mere walk-bys. The fact that I wrote this shop up on two walk-bys says a lot!

If anyone wants to be an intrepid reporter, I'd suggest a visit after sundown. Things may be different from what's been reported by @jimmie50 and me in 2024 and 2026, which were afternoon occasions.

Before I posted my above post - I had searched for this place in the Massage_Insider Telegram forum but there were no returns - so that should have been the first clue that this place is not in demand.

OMG...absolutely my worst experience ever...anywhere.  Based upon my experience I would avoid, but some adventuresome soul might enjoy the challenge.

Apologies @vinapu...thanks for that reminder.  I was just responding to post by someone else and didn't stop to think what the actual topic was.  Yes, I have never been to Arni Hexa hotel.  My comment was specifically directed to Magic Hand massage shop.  

I just left that hotel this morning and was somewhat shocked by strong statement about it until 5 secs later I realized you  were referring to massage shop

It was bit wait for that hotel to open as it looked almost ready when I passed by in January. 

There are 2 buildings, reception is in one tucked in the alley, café is in brown building right at soi Wat Haulampong. Entry by card to both, so very discreet, at least if you are in brown building. No elevators, safety deposit boxes on reception only. Close to bars as it's behind Rose hotel and even closer to Sam Yan MRT station. 

Not for room size queens as room was fairly small and shower fitting just one at the time. Kettle, coffee and tea provided but no sugar. Very quiet area so good choice for budget conscious who try avoid street noise. Similar standard to Red Planet, now Earth Planet down the Surawong minus elevators  safe box in the room but much closer to the bars.

Shower not big enough for two people? Definitely out for me!

About Magic Touch. I once had an outcall from there. Very cute, lovely skin. The massage however was like being lightly dusted by a feather. Perhaps he thought I was made of porcelain. I asked him to be firmer a couple of times, and he tried, but really he had no idea. In the end I gave up and decided to enjoy being stroked by a cute guy for an hour.

He was though very enthusiastic and uninhibited when it came to the afters. 

Thanks for the pics and review. Rooms look modern and nice. I tried to stay there last month but it had not vacancy.

I am, at times, up for a challenge at a massage place,  but not that type.

I booked this hotel for a few nights and I can't wait to see it in person. I'll also be new to this area... any food or massage recommendations?

you have Magic Touch massage right next door. And hotel is only steps from Suriwong where  there's plenty massage options, probably more one can sample during typical 2 weeks holidays.

it did but I stick to my eternal advice  - go and check for yourself, you never know where your treasure is

The possibilities there are extensive, especially  if you go round the corner down soi Tawan, to soi 6, where the massage shops are lined up.
