splinter1949 reacted to reader in Pita bids farewell to parliament
    From Thai PBS World
Former Move Forward party leader Pita Limjaroenrat bade farewell to parliament last night, saying that this debate may be the last of his political career, before the party is dissolved by the Constitutional Court.
Making his closing speech at the end of the two-day general debate against the government, Pita, currently advisory chairman to the Move Forward party leader, talked about the party’s victory in the May 14 general election while missing out on the formation of the government.
He gave his assessment of the poor performance of the Pheu Thai-led administration over the past seven months, ranging from its failure to carry out the reforms it promised to the lack of leadership by the prime minister, lack of vision, national agenda and any credible achievements.
Pita said that he does not regret the fact that his party won the election and managed to cobble together 312 votes in parliament, against the Pheu Thai party’s 314, but ended up being pushed into opposition which, he added, is an important role in a democratic system.
“I will never regret that this debate may be the last of my political career. There is no secret about it, everybody knows that my political career is hanging by a thread, but I am ready to walk away as a victor,” said Pita, adding that the likelihood of the dissolution of the Move Forward party will not prevent Thailand from moving towards change and will hasten the pace of the party’s advance toward victory.
Given the responses of ministers against opposition MPs’ criticisms during the two-day debate, Pita said he regrets the loss of opportunities for the country, for the confidence placed in the government by the people and the support that his party gave to the government.
Instead of the government’s “Ignite Thailand” slogan, the former Move Forward party leader said he would prefer the slogan “Darkness of Thailand”, as he pointed out the government’s “darkness” or failures in eight areas, among them being constitutional amendments, bureaucratic reform, economic stimulation, justice process reform and improved quality of life for the people.

First Experience, Two Nights in Space (Cont.)

But ultimately I pull it forward and tuck it behind the waistband of my pants, as to hide my awkward erection in public. I'll come back tomorrow night.
I spend my free time scrolling the TikTok feed of Jupiter and looking at the videos they've posted recently. Every night they post a video of the line-up of guys. I look for the one I shortlisted, and screenshot his photo.
I return at 10:00 PM and before entering the venue, I show the street hawker my phone and the photo of the model. I ask, "Is he working tonight?" The hawker looks confused, and ushers me over to the door staff, who confirm his name is B, and he is there tonight. I pay the 500 THB and get sat in a very good seat, with no one beside me. I order a drink, this time alcoholic and pay the extra fee. I tip on the drink.

Not a minute later, a mamasan sits beside me and confirms my selection of the night. He asks if I want to talk to B before the performance starts, and I decline. I'll invite him for a drink later. Should I have taken this chance? While I was confirmed on my selection, I'd rather see him in the show first, to re-confirm this is exactly what I want. What if he had a bad attitude tonight, or seemed ill to perform? Okay, now I'm just making excuses. I fucked up.
The show begins, and it's much the same as the night before. Less intensity, and the club is less crowded. When the models do their initial walk on the stage and around the bar, I offer B a 100 THB tip as he passes my table. He bows and puts his hands together politely. He is not flirtatious, but seems respectful.
Another dance number begins the string of acts, but this time all of the performers are off. It's very low energy. A drag performance immediately follows. It's less elaborate than the night before. I didn't come for the show tonight though, so it doesn't bother me. As I've come to understand, each venue has their good and bad nights. Luck of the draw.

The models strut by again, and I tip B another 100 THB. Again, he bows and puts his hands together. I want to catch his attention. I've never done this before, so I'm sure I'm throwing out unnecessary money. My indiction the night before was that the boys are in high demand and you often don't get your pick, but tonight it seemed that even the patrons were less interested. There was no tipping and no shots being offered. There were no screaming women having the time of their lives. Was anyone smiling? Soon I would be.
The mamasan sat beside me again and confirmed my selection. Where he seemed immediately interested in offering me B before, this time there was hesitation. "Well, he's straight, so I'll have to check with him." Okay. I'm a courteous and respectable person. If he's not comfortable, why would I force it? But let's not forget the purpose of this establishment either. Chuckle with me. Ha. Ha.
B is sat beside me shortly afterward and the waiter confirms that I will purchase his drink. He is stiff. He looks straight ahead and doesn't engage much. I ask him, "Your name is B?" He can understand but his English is not great. We banter very briefly. "Are you Thai?" I ask because his look appears to be Chinese, and I find him incredibly beautiful. "From Udon Thani." He explains. I try and use this to engage in further conversation as I will travel to that region soon. It doesn't work, he appears uncomfortable. I'm a little taken aback. I'm not a bad looking person. I'm in good shape. I'm well dressed and polite. I don't touch him, but he seems scared. I sit for a bit and watch the show, looking at him occasionally. He fakes a little smile. I figure, I paid for his drink, I'll see if it's okay if I rub his back. He shakes his head up and down and smiles and then goes back to a blank expression. I make sure, "Is this okay?" and again the same gesture.

His body is tight. His skin is soft and cool. You can feel the muscle clenching underneath, rock hard and chiseled. I'm very impressed by his look. He has pale skin and big ears. A stern expression. I try and tell him that I saw him in the show the previous night, and that I was impressed with the size of his dick. He shakes his head the same way. I assume he doesn't understand me.

Okay, is it just the language barrier? To be honest, my intention with him is to have him flex while he fucks me with his massive cock. His body is incredible and I simply want to worship him, and his tool looks like it can provide me ample pleasure, even if he doesn't give it his all. I'm accustomed to 18cm or more, so this is my target when seeking moneyboys.

He sits for a while and finishes his drink. Then it comes time for his performance. Unfortunately I'm unable to watch him perform, as immediately the mamasan returns and confirms that he will go back to my hotel with me. I pay the 500 THB bar fee. I am unsure if I should tip, so I don't. I think this is a mistake? The mamasan seems happy anyway.

When the performance finishes, B is fully dressed in street attire and looks quite good. He comes to my table and grabs me and takes me outside, where we flag down a taxi and head back to my hotel. He speaks to the driver in Thai to help him navigate. We sit quietly in the back of the taxi and he stares out the window. I admire the way he is dressed and his stern demeanour. I am going to love using his body.

I'm staying at Beanstalk, where the room is quite minimal and the bed is Japanese style, low to the floor. I worry if this is an unusual or unimpressive accommodation for B. We enter the room, and he immediately sits on the bed and removes his shirt. He begins to undress. Part of my desire was to slowly removing his clothing and to appreciate every muscle of his body, as he flexed them ritually.

That was not in the cards. I touch his body. I run my hand on his chest as he lays back on the bed. I push against his abs, feeling the solidity of the muscle underneath the layer of skin. I grab his pecs and caress them in my hand, filling the entirety of my palm. I ask him to flex and he doesn't understand. I make the motion with my arms, flexing my own biceps. He does it half-heartedly. I'm a little disappointed.

He quickly undoes his pants and pulls out his dick and starts to put a condom on. I take this as understanding it's time for penetration. No. I suck his dick. It gets hard quite quickly, and again I'm taken for a bit of a shock. Is this the same model? His dick is significantly smaller, even though he's seemingly aroused. I'm told later that dicks in performances are often pumped to appear much larger. Okay, then pump it up! It's not small, but it's more akin to 17cm now.

He keeps the condom on as I suck his dick. I just don't have any interest anymore. A blowjob with a condom? I can't do it. I stop sucking him, and I try and kiss him. He keeps his lips closed and pushes me toward his neck. He smells good, but I'm being disappointed at every turn. Surely the sex might at least feel good.

I ask him to fuck me. "No fuck" he says. My jaw hits the floor. Excuse me? "No fuck."

Clearly I misunderstood the purpose off Jupiter, or some rule somewhere, or missed some step in the process. "Just suck, you suck me. No fuck." He seems angry. I ask him if he can remove the condom, I don't mind giving oral, in fact I thoroughly enjoy it. But I can't suck a piece of latex. He says he will not remove it.

My mood is killed, my desire is gone, my erection shrivels, and I'm left agasp. Is this what people pay for? Is this the moneyboy experience? I think back to the trip reports I've read, and there is so little detail about the sex, just about the general 'good time' they seemingly have. Oh no. What have I gotten myself into.

I just give him the 2500 THB mandatory tip and he gets dressed and leaves. The entire stay lasts 30 minutes. He says thank you, but doesn't offer to keep in communication or try and schedule another appointment, which is what I will soon find out is customary. I sit in my room for a moment, thinking about what just happened, and I feel incredibly bad. I just paid a total of 4800 THB for the most disappointing sex I think I ever had.

I get over it quickly, and head to Grindr for something free. This time there's passion.

    From The Nation
For the first time, Bangkok’s Samyan neighbourhood will be transformed into a new Songkran hotspot, with lots of water splashing and free concerts on three days of the year’s hottest month.
From April 13 to 15, the entire Chulalongkorn Soi 5 will be closed to traffic to make way for the “Samyan Water Street 2024” event organised by local entrepreneurs and businesses to mark Thailand’s traditional new year.

Water towers will be set up along the walking street for people to fill up their buckets and water guns to ensure everybody is thoroughly soaked. Visitors can also enjoy the beautiful Songkran parades and free concerts on two stages from 3pm to 11pm over the three days.
On April 13, bands taking the stage include YOURMOOD, XI, and CDGUNTEE, while CHILAX, NICECNX, PIXXIE and WIZZLE will perform the following day. The festivities will wrap up on April 15 with performances by MIRRR, PROJECT M.O.N., FLI:P, and MAYARAP.

Those side tables have their advantages!  The boys often line up on stage naked, but holding a large sheet in font of them to provide a teasing show when you face them as their erect cocks push out the sheet . But from the side you can usually see very clearly those same cocks in the gap between sheet and boys! Worked for me several times hahaha.
Toy Boys is, for me at least, the No 1 agogo in BoyzTown and a happy mix of twinks and hunks. Usually a happy atmosphere in there with everyone having fun, customers and boys.  The boys also like the bar as there is usually a steady stream of boys being borrowed for the night.
I have had more offs from that bar than any other in Pattaya, including several that have become much loved 'regulars'. Just a shame that the drinks are so expensive haha.
Also in BoyzTown, Classic Boy Bar (used to be Cupidol) is a twink heaven.
Pikky Bar is a quieter open bar, several well know faces seem to 'retire' here from the other bars, but a great place to relax with (a much cheaper) drink and watch the  world go by.
Good to see you making it to Nice Boys in Sunee, it remains the last 'hands-on' bar for mutual HJs and BJs in Pattaya, and the boys are far from shy! hahaha.

I think Mr Gareth, the unfortunate victim, was extremely unlucky to slip in such a way to impale himself on the glass. A really freak accident ? Maybe ?
you mention boys Keith. The biggest accident risk they run is injury as a result of motor bike accidents. I’ve had the need over the years to examine boy’s bodies for research purposes and found that most have scars from these accidents plus very often evidence of broken collar bones. There is an instinctive tendency to use the arm to brake falls from moving motor bikes, cycles, and moving ridden animals causing fractures. Boys also sometimes show burn scars following cooking in their rooms with unsafe equipment using most frequently bottled gas.

I’m always wary of wet tiled floors in Thailand in the shower or round the pool. I have the impression that cheaper smooth ceramic tiles are used, whereas in the “West” they are non-slip. That resulted from a fall I had getting out of a Thai hotel pool when I slipped and fell striking my chest against a raised edge. I thought I had broken a rib, but an X-ray at the Bangkok.Pattaya hospital revealed bruised ribs which remained painful for the rest of my trip.

    From Pattaya News
A British businessman and ex-pat died after falling on a glass door at his home near Pattaya on Wednesday morning. The door broke and impaled him in the chest area, relevant rescue teams told The Pattaya News.
The tragic accident took place at a luxury one-story house located in a village in Moo 2, Huai Yai sub-district, Banglamung district, Chonburi province. Sawang Boriboon rescue workers and Huay Yai police rushed to the scene at 7:10 AM yesterday, April 3rd, 2024, to find the victim, Mr. Gareth John Wilson, deceased in his bedroom.
Mr. Gareth, 54, had suffered a large laceration to his chest, and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was discovered face-up in only black underwear. Police found at the scene a broken sliding glass door to the bathroom with bloodstains nearby. No signs of a struggle were found. Police believed that Mr. Gareth may have fallen on the glass door by accident, which subsequently broke and impaled him in the chest.
Mr. Gareth’s wife, whose name has been withheld by police in light of the ongoing investigation, told police that the deceased had been out drinking with friends last night. He returned home in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The wife said her husband was about to enter the bathroom when he appeared to have experienced dizziness and fell on the glass door. The door the broke and impaled Mr. Gareth. However, Gareth was still alive and managed to walk to the bed only to pass away shortly later.
Mr. Gareth’s body has been taken to the Police General Hospital for an autopsy. Police are awaiting the results of the autopsy before they can determine the exact cause of death.

    Part 3
With just one day left before Jake's arrival, I decided to take things easy since he seems to have some plans and places he would like to  see. One smart move on my part —I made sure to bring up the topic of compensation in advance this time around. However, his response was a bit unclear. He seemed to think that me handling everything for the next three days would suffice. He mentioned wanting to enjoy Bangkok without the hassle of worrying about MB work and finding clients. While it sounded reasonable, deep down, I couldn't shake the feeling that I ought to do something in return when he leaves.
I woke up and spent a few hours responding to emails and checking on the progress of work back home. Mates always nag me about not being able to relax and disconnect properly. But I think that investing time to stay on top of things now prevents a mountain of stress later on post vacation. Plus, it ensures that my vacation doesn't eat into all my leave credits, leaving me with nothing for the future. This approach has served me well so far, though I guess everyone has their own way of doing things.
When my stomach started rumbling, I decided to call it a day and went out for lunch. I stumbled upon a Chinese noodle house near McDonald's on Silom Rd. It turned out to be a poor choice—the service was cold and indifferent. Despite being customer number two at that time, I felt completely ignored by the four staff. I took the initiative to grab a menu myself, but when I sat down, the waiter pointed to a QR code on the table and swiftly walked away. The code led me to a Thai website, leaving me to fend for myself. Hungry and frustrated, I opted for McDonald's next door to fill up. Problem solved, albeit in a less exciting way.
With my hunger satisfied, I made my way to Green Massage for a foot massage. They tried to upsell me to a full-body massage, but I declined, citing my recent meal and the potential mess they may need to mop off. A foot massage there is always a delight, and I've never left disappointed. It's also a perfect way to kill time before catching the boy show next block.
Later in the evening, I found myself at Arena in Silom Plaza. It wasn't high on my list of places to visit prior to this trip, but recent events with Tawan made this visit compelling. Not much seemed to have changed—the atmosphere, the process, and the quality of masseurs all remained consistent. Yet, it still seemed to be the go-to spot for meeting Tawan-like guys, at least for the time being.
As night fell, I headed over to Screwboys, which was quickly becoming my favorite spot. Their current selection was on point, and I couldn't resist checking it out. One boy caught my attention. Not my usual type but his overall playful demeanour onstage and how he vibes with other guys looks entertaining. I quickly signalled to invite him to sit with me which he smilingly obliged. T as he introduced himself is from Vietnam - he also mentioned that it will be his birthday in three days. I nodded politely which he interpreted that I don't believe him. He then whipped out his phone and showed me a photo of his passport. I smiled and asked if he would like a drink.
T seems eager to secure business as he instantly became touchy and leading my hand to explore various parts of his body. A few moments later, we were kissing like we are the only people in the room. This left me a bit embarassed as I am personally not a fan of public displays like this. I asked him if he would like a second drink. He responded saying that will it be alright if his brother can join us and have that drink instead.
Min joined us and minutes later was doing the same routine as T. I really couldn't complain being flanked and alternately kissed by two gorgeous guys. I was shocked to learn though that they are actual brothers (as per T: "mother, father same same "). I can't even process the fact that they both would like to spend the night. At the end, I politely declined the proposition. I just can't wrap my head around that kind of scenario.
It eventually ended with me and T marching out and doing a 7-11 pitstop. In the counter, T handed me a 100 baht note since he purchased a pack of ciggies. I appreciated the gesture but made it a point to add it to his tip.
At the hotel, we had a lively discussion over microwaved food and he's just a chatterbox talking about his life in Bangkok and his family in Vietnam. I prefer not to participate much in this type of conversation as these can be potentially used later for financial help requests. But T have a very animated and entertaining way of storytelling that I can't help but to engage.
We then showered together and things started to heat up again. Initially, I was concerned that his over the top touchy and flirty gestures in the bar is just for show to convince clients for an off - but he remained consistent all throughout. We had a quick shower, a bit more chat and a few minutes later, told him that Jetlag is calling me. He pulled me closer to his chest, kissed me in the forehead and said our goodnights.

    Part 2
Writing this trip report has proven to be quite the challenge. Balancing daily activities with the need to have fun, reflect on experiences, and put thoughts to paper has left me significantly behind schedule.
Upon returning to my hotel from Hotmale , I was eagerly looking forward to succumbing to the embrace of jetlag-induced sleep. However, my hopes were dashed as I discovered that my room was plagued by an annoying noise coming from the balcony, which to my horror ,housed the condenser units of adjacent rooms. I endured the disturbance for the night and approached the hotel staff the next day. Thankfully, they promptly assigned me a much quieter and better room. Having to repack and move was a hassle given that I have nested a fair bit with my stuff already scattered everywhere in the room.
Once settled in my new room, I received a message from Jake, a Philipino MB I met from a previous trip. Given this trip is unplanned, it turned out that he'll be in Bangkok as well but with friends and a week later than my arrival. We agreed to have his incoming flight rebooked so that we can meet for a few days before he set off with his mates. Too much drama with this rebooking as I can't use my credit card to pay. Jake said that in Manila, sometimes the airline will look for the card used to pay for the flight during check-in. And he can be deplaned if he's not able to produce it. Still I can't see the logic . Must be an anti fraud thing
Deciding to fill my time, I ventured to Platinum Mall in search of souvenirs and treats to bring back home. Although the mall's offerings remained largely unchanged, I managed to find a few trinkets and enjoy a meal at the Foodcourt on the top floor.
Opting for a change of pace, I hopped on the BTS to Saphan Kwai station and decided to try out 15M. I was asked to remove my footwear before climbing up the second level. I was expecting to be given slippers at this point but was shocked to learn that I will be barefoot the entire time. Some masseurs are in the reception and while I am browsing the menu, noted how much photo enhancement were done to the photos they send to clients. Generally I found the massage experience to be underwhelming, questioning the value of opting for the longer 1.5-hour session as the quality seemed lacking.
As evening approached, I made my way to Dreamboys, only to notice a significant reduction in the lineup compared to my previous visit. Disheartened by the sparse lineup and boring atmosphere, I made a swift exit, seeking a livelier alternative.
I then marched straight to Screwboys, where I encountered many familiar faces missing from Dreamboys. It was a full on contingent on a small cramped stage. I was pleased to spot Mai among the performers, his boyish and manly charm is always a welcome sight.
Among the performers, I invited and struck up a conversation with Boy, a Vietnamese who used to work at dreamboys,  who surprisingly remembered our previous encounter (complete with details!)After enjoying the show, I proposed spending more time together, although Boy expressed his fatigue (not enough sleep for two days) and suggested a short time. I responded saying that I am in the same situation as him and may be asleep way before he did. We agreed, settled my bill and made our way to the hotel.

I've just returned after what must be my eightieth (more or less) trip. And I'm pleased to say that there was no loss of enjoyment, though the twenty hours travel is increasingly stressful. As is the "recovery time"....longer now than it was when I was younger.
Of course, a major factor for me is that I have someone I love awaiting me. That reunion is something I look forward to.  We continue to take pleasure from the most mundane activities; walking the beach- this time in Lamai ( Koh Samui) as well as Jomtien- deciding where we're having dinner, me watching P make his devotions in the temple, and so on. Even having a shared breakfast. I'm always conscious that I  smile more and laugh more when I'm with him.
I sometimes wonder whether I'd still be travelling to Pattaya if I was still playing the bar-scene as I was twenty years ago. Reading posts about bars does cause some nostalgia but, overall I think that what I have now is better, though not without the inherent tribulations  of a long-distance relationship.
Anyway, the good news is that the next trip is only fifteen weeks away. And where to go this time before Jomtien? Krabi? Chiang Mai? Bangkok? Chiang Rai? Decisions, decisions.  I am certainly fortunate, and my determination to spend my last years living as disgracefully as possible undiminished.
And yes, I suppose  I should admit that a particular activity remains fun, just in case the more prurient of our posters were wondering!.

I first heard it in those Go Go bars in PattayaLand Soi 3 was it where wild west boys is .
Forget the names of the go go bars then ,
I just listened to that song   tonight and it brought back memories of Pattaya back in 2004
Times have changed and i looked over my old diaries to see I was going to Pattaya back then every 3 months for week long trips,  and according to my diary I was very excited weeks before
Even taking sick leave from my work to go
Fast forward 20 years and I'm not that overly excited,
I could even put it off until later in the year if I wanted ,not that fussed actually
    I don't know if it's me changing ,maybe I'm getting old , or if it's Pattaya .
I do plan to retire there within the next 10 years
The shine is still there but I miss a lot of the past ,and that's not a good thing because I like change
In a way it's great not to be overly excited as I was 20 years ago , those days I was counting down , and it was antsy pants until departure day ,antsy antsy pants !
Now I don't care as much

I go out to Kman Massage frequently.   I have a regular I see.   We do 3 ways often.  I message him and he sends me 3 or 4 pictures of guys available for this kind of fun.     I have never been disappointed and most of the times these become no limits scenes.    It all comes down to communication and money.   Most of the minimum tips are 800 - 1000.    Easy to have 3ways for 1500.    Saphan Kwai area shops is the place to go for this kind of fun.

That's a fairly subjective question but I'll give it a try.
Based on 40+ visits to these shops post Covid, I can honestly say that the data about body size and preferences I found to be accurate. And for the most part, they all strive to satisfy the customer because that's how they make a living.
Do the guys look like the photos? Yes. But as I recently mentioned in another post, some of the veteran staff photos may be a few years old. And pics of a small number who have darker skin may have been edited to appear lighter. That to me, anyway, is no problem because I find those cooper toned guys attractive.
I think we all need to keep in mind that just as all of us are unique in outlook and desires, so are the guys who staff these shops. They have different personalities and backgrounds. For me, that's a plus because I want to meet a wide array of young men from different places.
To those who just want an a more generic--cookie cutter if you will--experience, I'm confident they'll still come away satisfied, also.
I think if we put ourselves in the place of the young men we encounter, we can appreciate what goes into their job. They agree to meet clients they've never seen before and have no idea how the next hour or so will unfold. I'm always amazed how often they pull it off with aplomb.

    From Pattaya News

Pattaya, Thailand – The Service Workers In Group Foundation (SWING), a community-based organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the health, human rights, and dignity of sex workers, announces a significant milestone in its mission to aid vulnerable communities impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and HIV/AIDS.
With the generous support of the Government of Japan Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP), SWING has secured essential mobile vehicles to extend crucial services to sex workers and other affected individuals in Bangkok and Pattaya.
In response to the devastating effects of the pandemic, SWING initiated the “Angel Kitchen” project in 2019, offering vital sustenance and daily essentials to sex workers facing job loss and economic insecurity. This initiative later evolved into the “Food Bank” project, facilitating broader aid distribution to sex worker communities and their families.
Amidst operational challenges, including transportation limitations, SWING demonstrated unwavering commitment by utilizing its own resources and subsequently investing in a food truck to facilitate aid delivery in the Pattaya area.
Recognizing the urgent need for expanded mobile services, SWING submitted a proposal titled “Providing Mobile Vehicles for HIV Testing and Food Trucks for the Sex Worker and Other Vulnerable People in Bangkok and Pattaya” to the Japanese Embassy’s GGP project. This proposal, aimed at addressing critical gaps in service provision exacerbated by the pandemic, received approval, signifying a significant collaboration between SWING and the Japanese government in advancing grassroots initiatives.
The handover ceremony for the donated vehicles was held on March 27, 2024, at the SWING Foundation’s Pattaya Office in Chonburi Province.
Mr. Tatsushi Nishioka, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Japan, officiated the ceremony by presenting five vans, comprising two laboratory vans, two counseling service vans, and one food truck. The esteemed guests, including representatives from the U.S. Embassy, renowned experts in public health, and local government authorities, witnessed this pivotal moment in SWING’s commitment to community welfare.
“We are deeply grateful to the Government of Japan for their unwavering support, which enables us to expand our reach and enhance our services during these challenging times,” stated Professor Dr. Chalidaporn Songsamphan, Chair of the SWING Foundation Board. “With the addition of these mobile vehicles, we are better equipped to address the evolving needs of sex workers and vulnerable populations, ensuring their access to essential resources and healthcare.”
The handover ceremony represents a significant step towards bolstering community resilience and fostering collaboration among stakeholders dedicated to mitigating the impacts of the pandemic. SWING remains steadfast in its mission to champion the rights and well-being of marginalized communities, with the invaluable support of partners like the Government of Japan.
