His recent posts shows that after he left moonlight, or maybe due to lockdown, he lose more muscle/weight and to my eyes, downgraded to more twink look now. Maybe an upgrade to someone else though hehe.

He's adorable and always so friendly and humble. Yeah maybe he's cutting down on carbs now that he's not training and working - that slippery slope you know with isolation, boredom and the fridge being so close by.  He was never bulky anyway - would take him no time to become ripped again.  Actually he looks great in his latest flex clip on Tik Tok (blue shorts).

My second favorite guy is sarawut maranrond, the second guy from right.

Remove two consonants and a vowel and his name becomes Sarawut Manrod.:D

They all have nice gear - check out those sweat pants and gloves - wonder if they're sponsored.  Or maybe they just cleaned up nice for the shoot.

Durian prices have been going through the roof the last few years with snotty dealers adopting a take it or leave it attitude locally in favour of the China market.  Let's see whether prices will come down this year with the China market becoming less accessible and supply outstrips demand.

  3. This might get a lot of gay farang to start eating durian.  Here's a report of the story in CNA.

Thai durian stall manned by out-of-work gym owners as fitness rooms close

Durians and shirtless hunks: It’s such a foolproof combination, you wonder why no one thought of it sooner.

Actually, somebody did think of it sooner.  Malaysian fitness model and instructor Jordan Yeoh did it way back in 2015.  I've posted his pics here previously.  Drool on, girls!

Colloquially, we call washboard abs "durian seeds" here coz of the resemblance.  So if you hear a guy being described as having durian seeds, it means he is fit, with six-pack or even eight-pack abs.

  4. The beach seems quite busy still, with pimps, streetwalkers and farang milling around. Social distancing not being observed and I'm surprised by the number of elderly farang still on the beach and not isolating themselves. Everyone has an equal chance of being infected by this virus if exposed to it but the impact on the elderly and those with pre-existing medical conditions (COPD, asthma, heart disease, hypertension, etc) is worse.  Click on the link below for the video.  Please take care, everybody.

Many a book has been written on this (many more about str8 ditto) and mention specifically TH as having the ultra-thin distinction between ´love ´and ´paid s..x´.

I think you need to flesh this out and explain it with greater nuance.

For those who provide sex and/or companionship in return for monetary consideration or financial support, then love is not the main issue.  But that doesn't mean that genuine affection or "like" can't be felt between the parties involved.

For those who do not exclusively seek financial compensation, love and attraction is definitely the main draw, and a distinction could easily be made from commercial sex.

Boy69's post made me think. In our sixteen year relationship, P has only told me he loves me about twice. Many years ago, I once asked him why. After all, I  often say that I love him. At this he smiled and then became coy. And then he said words to the effect that "it's not the Thai way to say it. You know what what's in my heart." I no longer expect it.

This reticence to verbally express love may be true of Pee and his generation or his own familial background but I wouldn't say it's true of all Thais.  My friends are very generous with their verbal outpourings of love during anniversaries, Valentine's Day, special occasions, when they're drunk, when they're trying to make up after a big argument or for no reason other than to express genuine affection.  I'm sure it's been said more than a few times during climax too! I see verbal expressions of love on social media, in movies, TV dramas, classical and contemporary literature, hear it in plenty of Thai songs, poetry, etc.

From the formal phom rak khun to the more  colloquial chan rak ter, Thais are not shy of saying those universal words I love you.

Flight cancelled I feel bad for him he stay alone now

There's a Thai Airways flight bound for Phnom Penh on Friday, 27 March 2020. Approximately 4900Bt.

I've asked friends in Chiang Mai and Khon Kaen to check and they've reported seeing Western Union offices closed until mid April. The offices were in shopping malls. No idea whether this is true of every Western Union office in Thailand.

If you do manage to book him on the Friday flight and are able to wire him some money, remember to add a couple of thousand Baht to cover his overstay fine.

Good luck to you and your friend.

  8. Western Union should work. Tell him to snap his passport personal particulars page and his last entry stamp into Thailand, which should be less than 30 days ago.  That way you'll know that he's still in Thailand.  If he's already left Thailand, the exit stamp would be next to it.  As for how much to send, up to you.

  9.  Does your Mastercard double as an ATM card? Try making a withdrawal at an ATM. Charges apply. You can withdraw up to 20,000Bt at a time I think.

Alternatively, go into the bank and ask if you can make an over-the-counter cash withdrawal using your Mastercard. The big three Thai banks are Bangkok Bank (blue theme), Siam Commercial (purple theme) and Kasikorn (green theme). The Bangkok Bank head office is in Silom Road.

Also see if American Express Thailand is able to help you. Their office is in Phahonyothin.

    Good luck!

The new venue at LCR is a major problem. I could feel as well as hear the thumping of the loudspeakers in my bed at 0300 the night before my return home in June.

Did you also feel the pea underneath the heap of mattresses?

This is certainly not a ploy money boy will never tell you that unless he really likes you or planning to make serious relationship with you.

You obviously haven't heard the expression throwing a sprat to catch a mackerel (or whale, as the case may well be in Pattaya).

Certainly my recent experience in Patong Soi 2 bars across the Soi from Dreamboys P  was not positive. I would have thought this a great opportunity for a new stream of clientele, but I’m afraid not.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "new stream of clientele" but we were there recently (post Songkran) and the gay bars relocated in Patpong, the bars in Silom Soi 4, Silom Soi 2 and Moonlight were packing them in with mostly China and other Asia customers. A fun, vibrant and occasionally boisterous atmosphere and we enjoyed ourselves.  Didn't see any farang lounging around like Cixi waiting to be fanned, fed and fawned over.

I do have good memories of the Tarntawan and its welcoming policies for offs and mostly god memories of the offs.

Wow, that must have been some fuck for your memories to have ventured into the divine.

I take it there was also a lot of kneeling involved?

Thanks for you report. Good to know Fresh Boys2 is drawing boys and customers. When fist opened, two customers was a crowd.

Perhaps the crowd was into clenched fists and an open fist was just too much to take?

Dreamboy Twilight’s mamasan is apparently saying the old German owner bought Hot Male Patpong 2.

I don’t believe myself but if most of old Dreamboy mamasan and boys are moving to Hot Male, being a business partner may makes some sense.

Wouldn't this be in violation of some antitrust or anti-competition agreement?  I mean when the German guy sold Dreamboys to the Thai guy, he wasn't selling bar space but the bar's brand, image and goodwill, which include the boys, mamasans, uniqueness of shows, etc, at least for a certain period of time, no?

One thing that has disappeared was the fluorescent painted body show particularly in Barbiery, but at a few other bars too. The artistry of the painter was amazing. Performed in black light, the dragons, serpents, tigers, or foliage moved sinuously with the gogo boy's body outline barely visible. At its best, the gogo boy would be nude, and there would be the added thrill of making his equipment out amidst the darkness. It think the heyday of this art (and it's the one thing about these bars that I'd call art) was in the 1990s; it began to disappear with the crackdowns of later 1990s, and soon faded out altogether by the 2000s.

Does anyone remember this act? It's such a pity no one was allowed to take photos in the bars. I would have built a valuable collection otherwise.

By any chance is any bar doing something similar nowadays?

They had this act at Hotmale last November.  I asked one of the captains whether the three guys were wearing body suits because the artwork was quite intricate to have been painted on the go go dancers in just a matter of minutes but he assured me that it was painted on.  The act was OK; it would have been sexier if they had picked the guys with the sexiest bodies but they seemed to have been in short supply that night but there were plenty of huge cocks!  One of the dancers had a substantial amount of lower abdominal fat which seemed more pronounced in silhouette form but overall the show was alright and the captains at this bar were some of the friendliest and least intrusive that we had encountered.
