When I first visited the gay beach as a sex tourist many years ago I was delighted it was not like a California beach with no services, chairs, umbrellas, masseurs, boys, etc., that was the allure. You may not be aware but there are two beach volleyball areas at Jomtien that I am aware of, in addition to banana boats, jet skis, paragliding, etc. Try doing that on a California beach (and I am from San Francisco). At Jomtien there are large open areas for families and sun bathers to work on their melanomas.

Nobody gives a shit about them especially this uncaring government who has effectively reduced their income by 50%. Might makes right and these poor folks no say in any of this.

Last night the Complex was quite busy as there was a BP at La Dolce Vita complete with food, dancers, sound system, etc.
 
I also remember the short-lived Rock Hard Boys. Had some good times in the back room. It was a licensed drinking bar and the shows were impromptu depending on the demand.

Living in Thailand has its advantages when booking flights to USA. I use EVA and can now book a business class ticket to SFO for Xmas for less than $3,500 (BKK<=>SFO). My friends in San Francisco would pay $4,600-5,700 for this same flight (SFO<=>BKK). Also, the Elite class tickets are costing $600 less than last year for the Xmas holiday period. Nice thing about EVA is it avoids Japan (Taipei).

I'm hoping to hit the Lottery so I can see if it is better in a private jet but probably not. I have done a RT to Europe in Seagrams G5 and the best thing was just drive up and climb on. No waiting around for your flight to leave or your bags to be delivered .
 
Bring back the supersonic and improve it. Can't believe it's basically same travel time as it was 50 years ago.
 
Anyways this flight was on EVA through Taipei and EVA really puts American Carriers to shame as well ANA, Lufthansa , BA, Thai etc.
 
Arrived at 1130am. Airport was slow no telephone numbers given and no baggage inspected on leaving airport.

I was messaged to death from Hornet and Jack'd as well as Romeo. There is no chance i will get to everyone in my list and I have spent a lot of time cutting the list down.

Absolutely amazing to me that you could spend all that time in Thailand and not know the Law.  You can work in Bars, Disocs etc at 18 but must be 20 to enter as a customer . Been that way for as long as I have been coming to Thailand.

Gloating accomplishes nothing. I'm an American, I have Brits, Aussies, and Europeans as friends and I wish their currencies perform just as well as the dollar. The continued weakening of baht will be a benefit to the Thai economy.

Up to about 8 years ago, when I discovered Thailand and Pattaya, I used spend my holidays on the Canary Islands at the resort of Playa del Ingles. There gay life focussed on a section of the beautiful beach and the large area of sun dunes, where gays went for sex despite the efforts of the police. There was an area of bars and clubs called the Yumbo Centre, which was also gay, and where rent boys were available. I found no difficulty in finding young boyfriends, although of course I was better looking in those days. It is only 4.5 hour flight from the UK and accommodation costs are modest. The beach is superb as is the climate.
However Ive never been back since and instead I make an arduous 24 hour journey to Pattaya, where the beach is poor, and the climate is humid and too hot. Why ? - we all know why. THAI BOYS !

Managed to free up a small window of time in the apartment and had a Gayromeo Boy come over.
 
Lots of fun was had and $80 was the fee.  Wish I had time to sample more but maybe ned time.

Do yourself a favor and if you like to travel, make Kracow, Poland next on your list.  The most beautiful European city I have ever seen and I've seen all of them except maybe Dubrovnik.  The town square makes Prague pale in comparison.
 
The prices for food and travel and convenience stores etc etc etc are close to 1/2 of those other cities.  I have not been able to meet any boys because of my travel arrangements but a lot of cuties on Gayromeo and Hornet who have replied to me and the price structure appears to be $60- 80.  I will be back for sure to experience that part.

Street vendors are a minor irritant for me and frankly Bangkok wouldn't be Bangkok without them. I say let the authorities look elsewhere for problems to solve.

I find sex by selecting a commercial sex venue from the many publicised in Out in Thailand. Of course the photos are often out of date, and sometimes the addresses are inaccurate, but it usually works out in the end.
