There are dozens, not super easy to always find unless your subscribed because the algorithm now prefers to recommend content with no harsh critiques and primary news sources like CNN, FOX, MSNBC first.

In her own psychotic laughs at jailing black people to the Republican Commonwealth Club she always pandered to. She was the only political candidate in California to oppose marijuana legalization, even her Republican opponent supported legalization, and she sent thousands of people to prison for smoking marijuana. Then she goes on Charlemagne the King and laughs about how she was smoking marijuana while she did it !!

 

Those who own America decided 2 years ago that Kamala was to be president and they have been pushing her out in newer and newer models and she gets rejected by voters, especially younger black voters, over and over. A team of her and the man who passed the Biden Crime Bill putting 1 million Black men in prison for life is not going to get over-turnout of Blacks. She is geared to the New Democratic Party-----Suburban Elite White  Republican Women who like the idea of a Indian/Jewish/Mulatto Woman President, but prefer their black men in jail.

She did not send thousands of people to prison for smoking marijuana. Those charges alone don't even make it to court.

I think she will be one component as to why Biden will lose, there will be a confluence of occurrences that will push this election into Trumps hands.

I don't want either candidate that's why I'm voting Green. If we get another 4 years of Trump it's honestly what we deserve. Maybe it will knock the DNC out and we can finally have a non-corporate party for once.

Actually Hillary Clinton received over three million more votes than Donald Trump. And despite Trump's bragging, it is very difficult to rig the Electoral College.

You like to change the parameters rather than admit defeat.  You said ONE MILLION Black men were sent to prison for life. Yet there are  only a half million Black prisoners in all state and federal prisons, and the bulk of that includes those sentenced for much shorter terms.

On the pot smoking, you now cite stats that include other offenses such as possession, cultivation and sale, the latter two frowned upon more severely. AND you have broadened it to include the WHOLE state! Yet pot smokers going to jail specifically? YOU DON"T KNOW. I lived in SF. It was widely known that smoking in itself did not go anywhere even if cited.

Don't forget. A DA is obligated to enforce the law. Discretion can be used, but a DA can't simply ignore the law.

Tell that to Kamala who as CA AG stepped in and stopped the prosecution her political-donor Republican Steve Mnuchin for illegally foreclosing on a million Californians and taking their homes. That discretion didn't extend to a black man on death row she knew was innocent. She fought to withhold the evidence.
