  1. On my one and only visit to Moonlight back in October, I do not recall seeing Babe at all. I am sure I would have remembered him, as I find him very attractive. Not sure he is attractive enough for 8000-10,000 Baht, but very attractive. The one I did notice and comment on was Boss. As I recall, he was quite the topic of conversation in my trip report by others, as well, and I believe someone even posted a link to a video he was in...I mean like a hard core video. He could definitely tempt me to loosen the purse strings a little. lol.
  2. I have lost my phone twice over the years. Both times it was because I had a bad habit of putting the phone in my lap while driving around town. I would forget it was there, then get out of the car and the phone would fall onto the ground. I wouldn't realize until some time later, but it was long gone by the time I discovered it was missing and returned to the car. You would think after doing it the first time I would have learned my lesson. Thankfully, I have never experienced the loss of wallet or passport (knock on wood).
  3. Thanks! Think I prefer his hair style in the video versus the still shot. I assume these guys are the models at Moonlight and not number guys. I don't see numbers on the red shorts for any of the guys in the videos. That would mean they are not offable? Or, very expensive? lol.
  4. Third video...guy walking across the stage who bends down to get the garlands.
  5. Sure is! What is the name of the one with all of the garlands to the far right as you look at the stage?
  6. Very true, but I am definitely not one of them! lol. Not what I was looking for. Ended up having to block him on my return to Denver. Have to give him an 'A' for effort, as he certainly was a persistent little devil.
  7. Nice to know there are still some honest people in the world, isn't it. So glad you were able to get your phone back and you avoided disaster.
  8. You will recall from my October/November trip report that I met a young man via Grinder who was employed full time at one of the large Thai banks who wanted to be boyfriends, but also wanted a monthly contribution from me of $1000 USD! It started out innocently enough without any request for money, but eventually that did come up. I do not know if he could be called a 'money boy', but hindsight makes me think it is at least a side hustle. On the other hand, I met a really nice therapist at one of the massage shops who has continued to maintain contact with me and we have made plans to spend time together when I return to Bangkok in February. Not once has he mentioned money or asked for a single thing. It would appear he simply enjoys my company.
  9. I also notice that Blue, as well as several others, are listed in the daily updates via LINE with Jey-Spa and Glam in addition to SMS Sanctuary. Where is Magic Touch and Sabaidee located? Are they in Silom area? Worth a visit when I am there in February?
  10. I do the same thing. My phone is always in my front pocket. I do not use it for financial transactions when I travel, so the only time it comes out of my pocket is for sending/receiving quick messages via text, LINE, WhatsApp, etc. or if I happen to be using the maps app trying to find a specific location. I don't use it enough when out and about to worry about needing a battery pack.
  11. Pardon my ignorance, but what is 'gooning'? Something I have never heard of before.
  12. I definitely love food and enjoy eating very much. One of my favorite things to do especially when traveling is to try new places and new foods. I just never take photos of my food and have always been curious about what the fascination is with taking photos of your food and posting it online. Then again, I am probably odd man out in the fact I have no social media accounts and never post photos of anything online. lol.
  13. I have never quite understood this. Most of my Asian friends and colleagues are that way, regardless of where they work and live. Why is there such a need to take photos of a plate of food?!? Even Asian students in the general population at the high school where I taught were this way when I would travel with various groups as a staff chaperone. I simply don't get it.
  14. Hope everyone has a wonderful and Merry/Happy Christmas; a healthy, prosperous New Year filled with all of our fun and favorite activities! 🎄🎁🎉
  15. To be honest, I have never been a fan of his...even in his early days or prime years. Just never really did much for me. Could easily turn him away if he wanted to hop in bed with me. Brad Pitt, on the other hand, has always been a looker in my eyes. Certainly would not send him away from my bed. Might handcuff him to it instead. lol.
  16. Brad Pitt, maybe, but Tom Cruise?!? Really? lol.
  17. Indeed it was very early. I was in California. In general, school districts set their own bell schedules with some guidance from the state. When I was teaching, first period started at 7:30am. I taught special education in a public high school. My students were the moderate to severe population, so they rode special buses and started arriving between 7 and 7:15am. I had to schedule my paraprofessionals so that they would meet the buses and escort the students to the classroom. Basically, 6:30-7:00am was the only time during the day I had to myself for any type of prep work before the students started arriving. Since I retired and after COVID, the state (California) stepped in and passed a law stating 8:30am was the earliest high school could begin in order to allow for students to get more sleep and be better prepared for the school day. Of course, that had a chain reaction with all after school activities being pushed to a later time in the day. Consequently, students got home later, started homework later, were still staying up until the wee hours of the night/morning...and still falling asleep in first period class beginning at 8:30am!
  18. This is the approach I took on my trip in October...at least in the beginning until it became somewhat overwhelming. I would use the Notes app on my phone once I got too busy for the 'live' report to jot down key points I wanted to remember and mention.
  19. I am definitely a day person. For more than 30 years I was up at 5:30am and at school by 6:30am. Bed time was usually 11pm. I tried to get at least six hours of sleep a night, but could function with five for several days if necessary. Since I retired, my body is just so accustomed to those hours I routinely wake up at 5:30am. Once I adjusted to the time difference between Denver and Bangkok last October, I followed that same routine. My schedule was very similar to @TMax. I enjoyed starting my day with a nice breakfast. Not so much of a gym person, but would go for a nice walk or swim during the day. While I am not much of a bar/club person, I did manage to stay out late while in Bangkok to experience some of the nightlife. I will probably do the same on my trip in February, although not on a nightly basis.
  20. Like @TMax, all I want for Christmas is to be back in Bangkok with a nice hot Thai guy who has a lovely hard cock. February 18 won't get here soon enough!
  21. You might check out Siam Roads: https://siamroads.com It has been mentioned before in other posts on the forum. I know Mac comes highly recommended by several members. My experience with him was a 'no show' at the last minute. They have two other guides in Bangkok as well. No idea if any of them have access to a car. I recently hired Woody in Chiang Mai and that was a great experience and he did have his own car. I would definitely hire Woody again. Perhaps the guides located in Bangkok have access to a car or can make arrangements. Just a thought.
  22. You are correct. This is no longer true. In theory, yes, but the reality of our current situation is trump has pushed against and upset every set of norms. The stacked supreme court is useless, as is the current congress, so there are no longer any checks and balances. Our founding fathers must certainly be rolling over in their graves. Politicians in general are no longer true statesmen with a willingness to compromise and do what is best for the country. I don't believe they can even think for themselves. They just follow their fearless leader blindly.
  23. Let us hope and pray we can survive his stupidity and wrath until 2026, and that the people wake up and do elect enough from the opposition party to retake the House and Senate so that we can put a stop to this nonsense.
  24. I have no idea about the accuracy of the news article, but I was reading Daily Beast online and they reported that Rob Reiner had mentioned to a few close friends after the argument at Conan O'Brien's holiday party and Nick was asked to leave that he was a little afraid of Nick and concerned for his safety. The article did not provide names of these close friends also in attendance at the party. That would contradict previous reports that while they were concerned about Nick and his well-being, there was no hint that he could become violent. I suppose the truth is somewhere in between, but we will never really know.
  25. Personally I skip over such articles. Don't need to be reminded that I am getting older and we all age differently. Just a simple fact of life and death. Stopped going to funeral home visitations years ago. Most of my family chose cremation, as is my plan as well, with no visitation and no service. Would prefer to remember friends and family from photos over their lifetime.
